My daughter asked me to cater from Moe's for her bday party and despite seeing the the bad reviews for this location, I went against my better judgement and decided to give it a chance. BIG MISTAKE The quantity of the food was unacceptable. The customer service was very poor- Staff seems pretty disgruntled and they forgot my chips with my catering order- but that's not the issue. I understand that sometimes things are forgotten. However, I had placed an order for 13 people and it was clear to everyone that the portions in the trays were not for 13 people. I picked up the order with my family and they also wondered how that is even possibly an order for 13 people. The containers were barely 1/3 filled. The beans portion for 13 people was about 3-4 cans of beans I could have bought at the supermarket. I have taken a photo as proof. When I asked the cashier about it, she replied that the quantity of food is "weighed" -- Even if it really was weighed, something is really wrong with the scale then. Why are they being so inaccurate and stingy with the quantity? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IN CUMMING, GA ever AGAIN. i came to moes at about 9:00, as i finished my meal i went to go fill my drink with a lemonade slushie to treat myself with a sweet treat to end the day. as i pushed the button it paused at the start of me filling up my cup to "defrost". i went up to the worker to ask if there was a way to fix the machine and he said that "it shuts off at a certain time in the night". there was so much time till closing so i don't think it's fair that it shut off that early and i never got my drink:( read more

This is a really great Moe's location!! The people working here are always very friendly and working very hard! The food is always perfect and they also upgraded all of their drink stations!! Typical Tex Mex, like Chipotle. Service is not at par. Folks behind counter needs lots of instructions. Worse thing is that kids meal had just one taco in it and a drink for almost same price as other chains. Didn't fill the kid and you need to order one more. Ended up paying more than my own meal. This time however was a pretty close experience except the food was worst than last time. For my burrito: Barely any meat was given and the tortilla was ripped so it fell apart. Welcome to Moe's! I'm somewhat surprised by the recent negative reviews, but I guess there's a lot of angry people with the pandemic. We have frequented this location for 4+ years and had little issues here and there, but they're always corrected immediately and generously. The worst part about this location is how crazy busy it gets during peak times and the parking lot is a nightmare. It's also somewhat of a nightmare getting in and out of this shopping center being on the corner of a super busy intersection. All in all, the service is what you would expect and the employees are friendly. The food is fresh and typical of Moe's. They have so many incredible deals, make sure you take advantage of their app as well as the Atlanta United discounts! We get so much cheap or free food it's ridiculous! read more

My family and I have been Moe's customers for years, but today we had a very unfortunate experience at this location. With the desire to support our local businesses during these trying tomes, we decided to place a take out order. I decided to place our order over the phone as it seemed more convenient at the moment. First, when I called, the guy who picked up the phone (James) told me to "hold on a second" and then proceeded to put me on hold for over 10 min. I had to call back to finally be able to place my order. He proceeded to take my order in a very rude manner. I get they were probably busy, but he could have simply and KINDLY said they were busy and suggested I place my order on the app. Obviously, it was only my husband who went to pick up the order. I am NOT putting my family at risk by taking the whole family to pick up our food. When he arrived to pick up the order, this JAMES person, rudely and disrespectfully greeted my husband by saying, "Y'all need to learn how to use the app." REALLY???? What are you trying to imply, here??? SERIOUSLY???? what kind of customer service is this? What if I prefer to TALK and connect with people, specially during these trying times???? Moreover, isn't there a better and more professional way to communicate with your customers??? JAMES, shame on YOU!!! It's a very busy Sunday afternoon and the line was LONG. But, staff was kind, friendly and extremely patient for a day like this. There was one staff member cleaning the whole time we were there ... wiping down tables and keeping things stocked. That many people, the place could have been a mess. But, it was clean and running smoothly. I assume great management was behind this well trained staff. We don't usually come here, but we'll be back. And there is a second line at the counter of other people waiting to talk to the cashier in addition to the people ordering their food. It is what it is. Go here for a quick cheap meal with your family, let them dirty up the place as it doesn't matter here. Super load and family friendly. I'm not personally a fan of their mostly rice thick burritos but their nachos are pretty good if you want cheap processed meat on it. I eat here for Moe Mondays. It's a decent deal and the food is what it is; fast somewhat spicy somewhat healthy food..... I usually opt for the bowl and load up on the veggies and black beans. The workers are usually friendly but as stated in another review they don't switch gloves after touching other contaminants. For me this includes beef and pork products. We gave it another try today. I had a junior Joey, My husband had the Earmuffs & our son had the JC Quesadilla. I tried their Cilantro lime rice with my burrito and it was really good. I think I like this rice better than the original one. Our food was good, but my only complaint is that they do not have tomatillo salsa on the line. It's annoying to have to go get it from the salsa bar and take it back to the line to have it put on my food. Speaking of salsa bar, they do have several options and everyone should be able to find something to their liking. read more
