would love be to be able to write a review for the food, but I wasn't served. I went to Willy's at the Windward Parkway location in Alpharetta, GA on 4/2/26. There was no one at the counter so I waited. There was a young white woman at the register looking at receipts (that was weird), through an open door that lead to the back was a young Hispanic woman washing dishes and a young Indian man walking around. Both looked at me several times, laughed, and never came out. The restaurant was NOT busy at all. The white woman still hadn't moved and the other two in the kitchen still made no effort to come to the front. After a few very uncomfortable minutes, I picked up my things and turned to leave. I wanted to pull my phone to record, but I just wanted to leave. In this day and age... As I was leaving and had reached the door, a customer leaving at the same had seen me standing there, looked over his shoulder and told me the Indian man was coming to the front, but why would I spend my money there? I thanked him and left. Willy's, do better. EDIT 4/26/26 - I've been traveling for my company, and I wanted to update. The district manager did reach out to me and I sent a time stamp picture of the time when I was there. I received an apology and was extended an offer to return. I thank her and appreciated her quick response, but I won't ever return. You only have to treat me like that once. I hope they improve and teach their staff better customer service skills. To clarify, I didn't view this as a racial issue, but no one wore name tags that I could see, so by color was the only way I could identify them. read more

Definitely love the food quality and staff... It seems to no matter which location you go to. You still get friendly personnel, fresh food and great salsas. The restaurant itself casual dining and accommodates children as well. read more

Very disappointing. Very limited menu, expensive prices (Lunch -$35 for two ), no ambiance and so-so food. I was expecting real Mexican food, this was just a Chipotle knock off. I have no idea how these folks have been able to open so many locations with such average food. Never again!! read more

I was so excited to see Willys on a food delivery service company site. I built my own burrito and ordered a large queso with chips. I haven't been to or had Willy's in years because there hasn't ever been one close by to where I've lived so was happy to see this was now an option instead of the M or C counterparts neither which I really care for. M always forgets to give you the things you've ordered and they never make it right and C is just disgusting. Delivery was under an hour and everything ordered arrived. The driver followed zero delivery instructions but that isn't the restaurants fault. The reason for the two stars and not five is that the burrito was actually cold. Not cool like it had once been hot, but cold like it was put in a refrigerator instead of a heating element to wait for the driver to pick up. I literally had to microwave my food. The queso was super clumpy and for some reason yellow? Maybe something changed over the years? I remember the queso being white. I felt like I just paid $8.13 for Velveeta. When I finally got to bite into my burrito there were long stems from the cilantro all through it. "Chopped cilantro" doesn't mean fill my burrito with a clump of sticks. I ate maybe a quarter of it and had to chuck the rest. Such a disappointing experience after being so excited to finally have it again. read more

This may sound strange, but as much as I love coming to Willy's, I don't know if I've ever seen the food look and taste as fresh as it does today at this one! Even the chips and salsa taste fresher, and the guacamole was actually beautiful and I don't like guacamole! These kids are friendly and put together our tacos and burritos, possibly better than I've ever had them done. Good spot for quick and tasty Mexican bowl. I got the buffalo chicken bowl with peppers and onions, cheese, lettuce, pico, guacamole, cilantro, sour cream and salsa verde. It was very fresh and full of flavor and lighter than a burrito. I will definitely get this again when I want something easy to get for lunch or dinner. read more

Never been to a Willy's before but my coworker and I were working in town and staying at the holiday inn express down the road so we went here to try it. Very similar to chipotle how you build your own meal and everything was top tier. Very good first experience at a restaurant. The owner is definitely a hard worker and committed to his staff and customers! He made sure us and everyone else in there had what they needed at all times and was even sweeping the floor as the owner, I respect that big time anyways hope this sways someone to stop by cause this place was great! Tried Willy's for the first time this past week on my lunch break. I was in and out within 25 minutes! This restaurant is ALOT like Moes or Moes is ALOT like Willy's. I believe Willy's was founded first. Either way, at both restaurants you walk up to the counter, go down the line and build your order, pay at the end of the counter and seat yourself wherever. Both businesses have extremely similar business models in my opinion, however, that is not a negative. The one item that stuck out differently to me on Willy's menu was their Frito Burrito! This bad boy has adobe chicken, rice, black beans, sour cream, Chipotle ranch and Frito chips! You read that right... FRITO LAY CHIPS! I felt like I had stepped into heaven and I was eating a burrito with Jesus! The Frito chips definitely added a nice little crunch to the burrito from the inside out. My meal was $8.88 which came with a small brown paper bag of tortilla chips. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the burrito and would highly recommend it to anyone that loves big burritos and Frito Lay chips! I will definitely be stopping in again soon to try their fish tacos. We would order this for lunch at work and someone would run and get it. One of the guys preferred it over Moe's and you could order online. Our orders were almost always right! Went with my son Jan. 3rd to Willy's in Alpharetta (Windward pkwy) and it was just great. The food tasted especially good (fresh and good flavor), and the people were so nice. I tried the Taco Salad for the 1st time and really liked it. I've been happier since there the new manager came. He cares and there is an older gentlemen that I really love. He's so customer-service oriented and friendly. Everyone seems nice. It was a perfect night for us before he left for college the next day. Thank you! read more

Love Willy's and this is our second week going after going to the Windy Hill Road location last week where the food was fantastic! Unfortunately this location needs some help. The two guys up front were unfriendly and the food was underwhelming. Rice was mushy, taco shell was greasy, and the steak was incredibly chewy. Burrito was made haphazardly and without the attention I have come to expect at other locations. We don't live close by a Willy's and for 30 bucks plus a 20 minute ride and a babysitter, we had really looking forward to eating here but felt let down. Send the crew from Windy Hill or another location to train staff here, please! read more

Showed up on Saturday morning 11/13 at around 11:15 so I believe we were the first customers in. I wish I had taken pictures but I was kind of in shock by the sight of the place. (As a side note my wife is pregnant and the one that had to eat otherwise I may have left). But to be the first customers in it was odd that all the sneeze guard glass was filthy. The whole place was dirty, floor wasn't cleaned and the trash In the restroom was full. So the people that closed the night before didn't clean and the two workers opening didn't think cleaning was important either. Lastly, i was going to order ground beef but I could see the ground beef and it was obvious it had been sitting there for a while so I can only assume that it was left over from last night. The guac was the same as it was lightly brown but definitely not fresh, again considering we were the first customers and their sign says they make it fresh twice a day. I guess just the first make isn't at the beginning of the day. I think this place can be saved but you are going to need to find someone who cares. read more

I was just handed a $30 bag-o-crap from Willy's Mexican by the Uber Eats driver. I will NEVER order food from this place again! The tacos were foils filled with slop, as there was no form to this so-called "taco"! The queso with ground beef dip was a container of tasteless over-priced goop. The ground beef tasted like dog food! There were way too many chips and they were way, way over-salted!!!! Last of all - the cookies were worth about a nickel but cost over a dollar a piece. The cookies needed to be baked longer. They were very doughy. All together there was nothing in the bag of food I ordered that was worth paying for. I wish I had just gone in the kitchen and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Next time, that's exactly what I will do. read more

Wow! I have eaten at a lot of Willy's over the years but this location is FANTASTIC! It was a group of guys working last night and every single one was nicer than the one before. They changed their gloves and were great with our allergies and Celiac Disease. Everyone doubled checked everything and made sure we got everything! One guy helped me carry our stuff and get to the table and then another one helped my husband. Everything was stocked and you can tell the manager runs a great ship! But the most important part...the food was DELICIOUS! Tacos, Nachos, rice bowl, guacamole, salsa...it ALL was fresh, delicious and hot! We will definitely be back! read more

Not sure how this place got such good reviews. It was probably one of the worst "Mexican" food we have ever had. My husband couldn't even finish his meal. The food was cold and flavorless. We came on a Sunday night around 5:00 pm (that may have been our first mistake). The meat seemed like it had been sitting out a while. There were a lot of workers in there but many of them standing around and not doing much. The only positive (if you could call it that) is they give you very large portions and are generous with the toppings... now only if the food was fresh and good. I thought it was maybe that she was just having a bad day, but she is always like this any time I visit this location. I have my new Chipotle! The food is always fresh and ready to go - from the adobe chicken to the fajita steak. The salsa is delicious! My husband likes the frito burrito and I'm more of adobe chicken with lots of fresh jalapeños. I do agree with some of the reviews about chaos, having to repeat or have my order fixed a few times is frustrating. It totally depends on who is making the food so I've started to pay attention to who pays attention to what I'm saying vs assuming they know what I am going to order. read more

They piled them high and made them just like I like. If you haven't been in a while then I suggest you stop in. If you never been then you should stop in and give them a try. How is this Willy's in this location and literally the worst run of them all?? I must frequent this one as it is the only one near my job. It has not been a one or two time situation. It has consistently had issues throughout the years. Cleanliness, prep and readiness, card reader not working. Who is the store manager? This location show be well run. This is not related to worker shortage the issues have been there before COVID. I hate to put this location down. I eat ate one of the restaurants twice a week religiously. Hidden Gem Alert!! I was on my way to my regular fast food Mexican place when I turned into Willy's instead. Having never been there I did not know what to expect. What a win for me. Willy's was fabulous. I ended up getting a Frito Burrito jam packed with goodness. It was delicious although holy heck there is no way to eat the whole thing. Fresh, fast and priced right.
