The food is fresh, the portions are good size, and very tasty! Lots of parking in the strip mall, easy access, good set up and busy. The downfalls: the place is FILTHY, and this is every time we frequent the restaurant. The tables are dirty and we have to wipe them off, there is so much debris in the booth cushions collected over a good period of time, the sides of the tables are gross. The place is very dusty, the bathrooms aren't very clean either. There were only two employees working, the young lady was very nice and helpful, the young man just complained and griped about everything in front of us customers, which is inappropriate to hear complaining at where you eat. We don't get many opportunities to go to this location, but it is our favorite. However, today was not a good day for this location at all. They had one staff member working when we entered. One was on delivery and the other was on break. She was kind though. No one else was in the building so we felt that we would have a great experience. Upon reflection, the fact that she was preparing the corn as well as cooking chicken on the griddle should have been a sign. We chose to be impressed. Wrong decision. Can someone tell me why someone would go on break at opening time? I ordered the homewrecker with chicken and my husband ordered the homewrecker with steak. I had a free cup of queso on my app so I redeemed it. We ordered small drinks. Should be a cheap order right? $48 later we carried our food to the table. It was cold. They gave me my husband's burrito and mine to him. He had ordered the salsa in his burrito that has raw tomato. I cannot eat raw tomato. Food allergy. Not good. Because of circumstances beyond our control, we could not, nor did we take the time to re-order. Needless to say given the cost, and this experience, we will think twice before going back. I love Moes when you want quick non authentic mexican food. The staff is young BM and friendly is a hit or miss but they're always accommodating and out whatever you like in your burrito. It's like a subway style or chipotle style place and by the time you're done your burrito couple huge but they always seem to roll it up and make it look pretty. Their queso cheese In my opinion is the best and I always ask for two bags of chips. I love their chips. Fresh crispy nice and salty andnpairs perfectly with their green and Smokey roasted red salsa both very mild. Their meat has always been tender and well seasoned. Wife and I love Moes. We drive over an hour to Ft Wayne to have it. We always stop at the one on Dupont but that location is closed now. So we went to this one. The staff Friday night were awesome. They were fast and attentive. When we arrived their were 8 people at tables eating and 7 people in line. The store was clean and there wasnt trash overfilling the bins. I'm giving this MOES a 4 star rating- only because of how small it is. I absolutely love MOES, it's one of my favorite places to eat. This MOES was certainly busy today when we went (mid day on a Monday), and even though it could have been really stressful for employees, they were all cheerful, welcoming, and gave great service! This place is like fast food, but charges more than Taco Bell and less than a restaurant with a waitress. I ordered what is equivalent to a nacho bell grande and was under impressed. I am sure I would have been more impressed with a burrito or taco, but over all I like Taco Bell a lot better. I am sure the ingredients are fresher than Taco Bell, but Taco Bell just tastes better. Here's another place that's similar to Qdoba and Chipotle. You know, the Subway of Mexican food. Burritos made right before your eyes, and they're so big that it is nearly impossible (at least for me) to eat a whole one in one sitting. I have only committed such an act once, and my stomach was very unhappy with me for the rest of the day. But I digress... What sets it apart? They give you free chips with your burrito. And they have a nice little salsa bar with a few different types of salsa and sauces to choose from. Yum! My veggie burrito was fresh, and delicious. And they didn't charge extra for sour cream or guacamole! (I think they might on other burritos, but it was included in the veggie one!) Wow! Didn't know a restaurant could fall so far so fast! My family frequents this location but have not been back since 8/12/2018 due to the absolute worst food and service we have ever had anywhere! On this Sunday afternoon there was no adult supervision, to speak of, the teens running the place could have cared less about the food quality, temperature, preparation, dining room cleanliness much less anything to do with assisting a human customer because it interrupted their chat session! The male kid in the middle of the food prep process kept interrupting the female taking the order at the beginning so much with nonsense about something that happened with friends and unrelated to work in any way that she had to ask us each at least twice what we were ordering again and still screwed up my mothers order. The same interrupting kid making my daughters cheese and chicken quesadilla burned it 3x and had to have someone from the back kitchen come out to make a simple quesadilla! My daughter had to stand there and wait for her food which he was unapologetic about screwing up and we were all done with our food before she ever got hers. While we were eating at a table we cleaned ourselves, we watched as the workers literally groaned out loud when a couple new customers came in. They made the customers stand at the end of the counter and wait while they played a game (like rock-paper-scissors) at the other end to see who would "have" to take care of the customers. I attempted to contact the manager or owner after this visit but did not receive a call back, I doubt my message was ever delivered. I know the lunch service and usual weekday dinner service is so much better, but I was so irritated about this visit and the lack of respect these employees had for this family business, the customers and their jobs that I haven't been back as of yet. read more

I had a Taco salad with ground beef, corn salsa, lots of Pico, blackened beans shredded cheese and diced onions with delicious chipotle ranch dressing on the side. Welcome to Moe's! This is a fast casual Tex-Mex place much like a few others that start with "Q" and "Chi" but a couple things set it apart. The first is: QUESO. Their queso is so good. I love it on my burrito or spooned over my bowl. It adds a lot of flavor! It's also great to dip chips into. Which brings me to the other reason it is a rung above the "Q" and "Chi:" free chips. And good ones at that. Their salsa is free too, and you can add queso for a small charge. You can even get more. I wish there was one closer to my home because I'd go more often. I love Moe's. It is delicious! However, the customer service as this particular Moe's is less than satisfactory. I went in to get a quesadilla for dinner and there was a new person training. I have no problem with that, everyone starts somewhere. When he moved my quesadilla from the grill back to the counter he did a bad flip and it ended up face down with its contents all over the counter. Instead of offering to make a new one, his trainer came over, said oh this will be okay! and used her gloved hands (that she just bagged someone else's order with and used on the cash register) to scoop the quesadilla contents back into the dilla, fold it over and call it a day. The tortillas were so rubbery I had to throw them away and eat just the insides.
