The food was very good, the chips were also excellent, very warm and perfectly salted. Not only that, we also were given free chips. worst Moe's I've been to. I order moes almost weekly for 6 people, we get the same order every week so I have an idea on what we should get. Switched from Drum Hill Moes to Bridge st and Bridge st missed the toppings on 5/6 stacks. Each stack had every topping picked but we got just the protein and rice, a couple got sauce but a few didn't even have sauce. We love Moes but will drive the extra 3 miles to drum hill in the future. They never messed up our order in over 4 years of ordering weekly. Absolutely miserable. I ordered because Chipotle was closed. I had ordered a steak burrito with cilantro lime rice. When my food arrived (I Door Dashed and they were great), I opened a burrito to find brown rice, which tasted awful. I thought maybe I could salvage the steak, but it tasted like it was basted in honey for about a week. The whole meal was atrocious. I called the restaurant to find out about the rice change, and I was directed to a non-existent voicemail. What a surprise. I now know why I never bothered to go here. Just opened the other day so there are a few kinks to work out. Had dinner last night, the teens behind the counter are just that - teens. Not too many smiles being handed out and we didn't get the WELCOME TO MOE'S like most of the patrons (totally okay with this, BTW) Food was good and fresh. Only complaint, and we aren't sure if it is a legit complaint or not - but we ordered the "bowl" of queso, 12oz as the sign states. Container was barely half full. Actually going back right now to grab a quick dinner (8 1/2 months pregnant and mexican is my weakness right now....) so we will order another "bowl" and see what we get! read more

I usually go to the Moe's in Drum Hill so maybe I'm comparing this place to the other location. I went here today since I was closer to this location. I thought all Moe's were the same but the food was actually really SALTY. Not to mention, I don't even eat meat so I had a veggie bowl. The rice and beans were way too salty (and I am Hispanic so I do like spices) .... But whoever prepared the food went overboard with seasonings. The fountain machine was also broken which was annoying. Not sure if it's just the employees here but I will not be going back. I've gone to the Drum Hill location several times with no problems. absolutely the worst experience i've ever had. i went in for a application and the guy told me he wasn't hiring teens and i then told him i can work mornings and his mods instantly changed. he handed me the application i filled it out and he said he'll give me a call. a week later he suddenly calls me and tells me i can come in for a interview the next tuesday. so i come in wearing the usual jeans and a polo shirt and instantly the hiring manager shoots me this weird look. it's whatever i brushed it off we went on with the interview. now at this point we're almost done and he asks me if i had a computer at home for the training courses. he sets me up with a password and my employee number. i then ask him about the dress code and he specifically told me to get a new pair of pants and a new shirt for whatever reason. When i got there for my first day all my fellow coworkers were wearing sweatpants and sweatshirts, not even the attire i was told i had to go out and buy. Anyways, he then told me to come back on Friday so i can start working on the line. so i go home and do the online courses i stayed up at least 10 hours trying to get all the stuff down because, he only gave me a 2 day gap to finish my training. so Friday comes i go in and i'm greeted by 2 workers one Ruanna and the other Gustavo. both very focused and working. very helpful answered all of my questions. very good first day got scammed out of tips i didn't think much of it but they never split me my portion of tips. They told me "the first weeks you don't get tips" but i then went in saturday and i worked with the morning and closing crew which is from 12-5 and the morning crew split the tips but closing crew didn't. the hiring manager was working with the morning crew while i was there and he was just giving me dirty looks the whole time and everything i did he would have to make a remark on. it would be anything from "put three more chips in a scoop" or he would constantly tell me how to "properly" put queso in a cup and then do exactly what i had just done like i didn't just do that. Then on my third day i closed for the first time and obviously since it was my first time closing I needed to be taught everything, and seeing it's my third day i'm obviously not going to be as fast as everyone who has been there for months. I was with the group of teens that work there and they didn't teach me anything and decided instead of working they were going to wrestle behind the counter. Like seriously wrestle. I'm trying to learn how to do my job and that's what they're doing. The next day i get a call and it's the manager telling me "I heard yesterday was a busy day" I said "Yeah it was super busy for my third day" he then said "I don't think you're a good fit you weren't working at the same pace as everyone and didn't seem to work good under pressure" it was my third day and i barely knew what to do. i was just getting a hang of everything and i was moving pretty fast for having to learn everything by myself. not to mention he only gave me a two day gap to watch the training videos, how am i going to learn when i'm rushing to do it and barely able to pay attention. other than that the food is pretty good, but the girls don't wear hairnets (and the guys). they wouldn't switch their gloves after dealing with raw chicken or touching cleaning chemicals it was unsanitary. i do not recommend working here or applying here but eating here it is decent. it's a good spot not too busy, but terrible management. read more

just went to this Moe's for a free birthday burrito, side note: awesome deal, and i had a very pleasurable first experience there. First off everyone greeted me when i walked it, very nice. The names of the burritos made me laugh, Homewrecker, Joey Bag of Donuts, and Art Vandalay. everyone was very nice and free chips in the bag! I originally thought you guys were more of a restaurant like Chilis but now that i know you are more like Chipotle, i found my new burrito spot. i didnt get anything else other than the free burrito which im bummed about because the queso looked good too. I decided to try Moe's first time. It's the last time. Pretty much everything went wrong except them taking my money - that went without a hitch. I ordered a salad. Pretty easy. No special requests. First it took much longer than typical but the bad part was the tracking said it was 5 minutes away - for an hour. Very frustrating. I messaged the driver 3 times. No reply. When I called Moes I was given to voice mail after a long menu of options. So I waited and waited...salad arrived. By then, chips were cold, stale and lettuce wilted. That's ok. The salad was wrong. I ordered chicken. No chicken. No protein at all. Id call but nobody at the store answers. The salad was one third jalapeños. No exaggeration. By far worst salad I ever ordered. McDonalds makes a better salad. So the real comparison I wanted to make was with Chipotle. If you want a salad that costs more, takes longer, is much smaller and Is wrong Moes is your place. I've never gone wrong at chipotle. Lesson learned. Hopefully I've helped you avoid the same mistake. read more

I've gotten tacos here multiple times and always been happy. It's setup like subway, all the ingredients are visible through a glass counter. One person starts the order with the meats then passes to the next person to finish with the cheese and other vegetables. They have fresh jalapeños and fresh cilantro which I love on a taco. You get free nacho chips with every order and they have a self serve salsa station with different flavors and heat levels. I installed the app so I can make all my selections and send. So far, the orders have been waiting for me when I arrive. read more
