Meh. We placed our order online. I arrived at the restaurant and could not get an employee to acknowledge me. I could see our order sitting there in a bag...getting cold. When at last they acknowledged me, THEN they got our bags of chips...as our entrees got more cold. They brought out a giant plastic tub, popped it open, and scooped up our chips. So they don't even pretend they are made fresh. My entree was okay. The rice was too hard though. And the guacamole tasted a little old. It wasn't a terrible experience. I love Moe's, its usually on my list whenever I travel. This location was new to me, stumbled on it since my flight was delayed so grabbed a quick bite here. Usually you get a "welcome to Moe's" when you entered, we did not. Also I understand if you have to take care of online orders but can you acknowledge customers in your line and say we will be with you in a moment or just finishing up etc etc. The food is always hit and miss, they didn't have fresh things out it was like bottom of the container. Im hear for the queso honestly, Moe's queso holds a special place in my heart. Also when did they change their salsas? Im not a fan. They took away all the good ones. This location used to be one of my favorite spots but the last visit was horrible. I arrived around 2 pm on a Tuesday so there was no wait. The people behind the counter acted like they did not want to give me any service. I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, lettuce, grilled veggies, chicken, queso, guac, shredded cheese, and salsa. the bowl wasn't even a 3rd full. I was not going to pay ~$11 for some mess. I told the cashier I could almost see the bottom of the bowl and his response "Yes, because what you ordered". I just left the food there. Will not return. read more

"Welcome to Moe's!!" - more like welcome to lack of attention to detail. If you've read any of my reviews you know that one thing that will surely get my goat is no attention to detail. Well my goat done got good tonight. This was an online order that I went to pick up in person. First lack of attention to detail - they only gave me one of the two bags that was my stuff. I had to query them on this but they did give me the second bag once they realized both bags were mine, and not belonging to any of the other, ummm zero, people there to get a pick up order...... Lack of attention to detail #2 - several missing items/toppings on various orders. None of them were extra money so nobody was out any cash however that isn't really the point is it? The point is we asked for certain toppings/salsas etc and they were shown on the receipt as selections it's just nobody bothered to PAY ATTENTION. Food tasted fine, nothing to write home about. Red salsa has a nice kick to it and the chips were nicely crispy. Oops, looks like I forgot to leave a few stars on your review. 2 spot for this joint. read more

The food was decent, but took a long time to prepare. I asked for a togo order and they told me it would take a while because they were stressed. They also told all customers that didn't have a mobile order that they weren't taking orders. This customer service is completely unacceptable for any restaraunt. read more

Amazing service. Talked to a young lady named Anaiyah I believe. She was very kind and helpful. She helped me decide what to get and it was delicious. She told me it was her second or third day on the job but, she seemed to be doing a great job already. Overall she made me feel like I was in a welcoming atmosphere. read more

Another great addition to Olive Branch! Moe's is on the vein of Chipotle, a Southwestern grill style fast food restaurant. You make your selection from Burritos,Tacos,Quesadillas and it is custom made in assembly line function from multiple toppings of your choice. All food is stated to be not frozen and not microwaved. I ordered a "Stack" which is essentially a '12 in tortilla folded into a hexagon shape, then filled with your choice meat (chicken,pork,steak, tofu or ground beef). I enjoyed my food (Very fresh), free refills and clean tables! The service at this location was fast and staff that appeared to be very customer centered, which is a huge plus to me, based on from the negative attitudes from other locales in the area. I highly recommend this location for it's convenience, low wait times and great service! Welcome Moe's to Olive Branch!! I will be back :) read more

Moe's Olive Branch, MS could not have screwed our order up any more. Placed a $70 order and was delivered 1 stack. they left off 3 burritos and 4 chips/salsa. Of course moe's was closed when we called. The Uber eats driver said the 1 stack is all moe's gave her. what a rip off read more

The staff is always very nice and they work hard. Unfortunately the food is ALWAYS luke warm. I've been here 10 times at least because it's a good last min meal before the kids baseball games or whatever, but after this last visit I won't be back. How do you serve a cold burrito? Having a burrito or burrito bowl that needs to be microwaved as soon as it's prepared is gross. Not to mention you never know how long this luke warm chicken/steak/pork has been sitting there... Even my 8 year old wanted to heat her burrito up, sad. read more

Welcome to Moes!! I don't recall the first Moe's visited, I do recall their uncomfortable welcome chant as well as vague menu descriptions along w royalty free celebrity impersonator artwork store wide. I like Moe's. (I like authentic Mexican burrito joints more, but have fun finding those in Mississippi!) Moe's is sorta Chipotlesque good minus the e-coli. The steak home-wrecker is not a bad burrito. Until I can get myself back to San Diego this will have to do!! read more

Awesome place to eat! I was greeted with 3 enthusiastic 'Welcome to Moes!!' when I can into the store, and after that stood in line. They were busy but they got service done quickly while making you feel comfortable. I ordered a junior burrito with a side of queso. The carnitas was fresh as was the rest of the ingredients. The chips has the perfect crunch and everything was really flavorful. I loved the queso especially, and the sweet tea was perfect. Really nice service as well. Clean and well kept! A step up from Chipotle in my opinion. Definitely a new favorite. read more

Moe's is always good, but this location is a bit underwhelming after coming from their Arkansas locations. They give you much smaller portions here. The nachos are still very delicious though. I have, unfortunately, gotten burnt chicken from here a couple of different times which has suuuucked. I love their salsa bar though-- Moe's has great salsa. read more

I placed an online order for pickup. I got there right on time and the order was ready. I sat down to eat it in the store and it was so cold and gross. It was like it had been sitting there for a long time. I'd asked for grilled bell peppers and they were not grilled and were in huge chunks. I for some reason received mushrooms even though I hate them and did not order them, tons of mushrooms at that. The place smelled dirty and gross. The salsa tasted weird. I ate maybe four bites of my food. The whole experience was bad. The food was gross, the food workers were rude, my order wasn't right, and the place was filthy. read more

I'm not usually big on writing online reviews, but this place blew me away with their fantastic catering services and delicious food! Our small business in Coldwater, MS needed catering for 20 people for a small function. There are not a lot of places nearby that can do that, so someone suggested we try Moe's. They were very helpful on the phone as we explained what we needed, and agreed to deliver the food for the usual delivery fee. On the day of our event, the food was delivered on time and set up for us. The price was quite reasonable and the delivery person was very friendly. Our fajita bar and queso was YUMMY and the sweet tea was delicious also! We even got "Moe's Bucks" with our order since it was Cinco de Mayo! We are so thankful to Moe's for making this catering experience enjoyable, affordable, and hassle-free. We will be ordering again very soon! read more
