The people that work here are worthless, particularly the people that were preparing food on March 22nd and 23rd, 2025 around 6:45-7:15pm. Both days my order was wrong. See photos. The first day I ordered two crunch wraps. Instead I received two burritos for someone named Brent even though my name was on the receipt attached to the bag. Also there was no salsa for the chips and no sauce on the side for the wraps that I'd asked for. The receipt on the bag also said that my order would have contained cheese and veggies, neither of which I wanted. The second day I got my crunch wraps but my order included cheese despite, once again, asking for no cheese as you can see in my Uber order screen. There was no sauce on the side again either. It said there would be grilled veggies which I didn't want but none were in there. I absolutely do not eat cheese or any kind of dairy so these are trash. Uber won't even refund me for the second day because it looks suspicious that I complained about my food two days in a row. Hard to believe that a restaurant is that bad at fulfilling orders but this one is. Now I have to spend double the money on dinner and wait double the time when I was hungry and ready to eat. read more

The girl turns around, grabs a bag of beef from their steamer, turns back around and pours the bag of beef into a dirty pan that's on the line. DISGUSTING. First and last time at this establishment. They were not busy and we stood there a bit to even be recognized. My daughter ordered a Buritto with Chicken and it looked pretty good. I attempted to be friendly by commenting on the employees rolling skills, it is hard to do and it looked perfect, she looked annoyed and said she trained and went to school to learn that. Okay, might be friendly sarcasm, her expression said otherwise. The Burritto we ordered came with guacamole on it and my daughter asked for it on the side. The cashier was indifferent, unfriendly, and when I asked about her side of guacamole, the cashier said to someone on the line ( not us ) " I didnt charge her for that, its extra" My daughter replied it's not extra. We sat down and no guacamole is in our bag. My daughter went and asked for it from the girl who made her Burrito and the cashier left her post to go complain about my daughter not paying for the guacamole. I could hear her from where was sitting. At this point I'm past offended and I went to the front and politely said " Just to confirm, the guacamole comes with the Burrito we ordered and is not extra, correct?" I can't even express how awful this experience was. The Buritto was good, not great, however having people that treat customers like this does not make me feel comfortable about their food quality and food handlng. Pride and care are important ingredients in a restaurant. Please know your menu, the guacamole was free, just on the side and even if it wasn't, $1.29 to be so rude is not okay. We have really tried hard and given this place soooooooooo many chances. We love Moe's and so do our kids but this location just keeps getting worse and worse. Most of the staff still do not know how to roll a proper burrito. The rice is very inconsistent, (half the time it is half cooked). Lately though you'll be lucky to get any rice at all! We tried twice this week and two days in a row showed up to a sign on the door that said they were out of rice! I don't understand how they can not make enough when it's the base to most of their dishes! The restrooms are also disgusting. I have to admit, I'm sucker for new restaurants. I love going into new places I've never been before and trying it out. It's a completely new flavor palette that I could enjoy. I went in and it was fairly small, but in a weird way it had felt as if I was home. The employees had greeted me with a bright and genuine smile which made me really happy. I ordered three bowls, each having different components inside. One of the employees that made me happy was Chris A. He had a bright smile and made me want to compulsively buy some more food. Chris helped me with my whole order and gave me precisely what I asked for. Moe's wouldn't be Moe's without Chris. All in all, Moe's was amazing! We live near this Moe's for 4 years. It keeps getting worse... Second day in a row they have run out of rice. 5:30pm on a Thursday. Ladies bathroom is still backed up. Now they are refusing to hand out water cups. $45 for three people isn't worth the hassle. read more

If I could a give a zero star review I would. Got a bowl that was less than half filled for $15. Couldnt even be a dip for my effin free chips (they forgot my salsa of course they did!) because there was so little. Had chips left over more than I had a bowl. Workers were rude and annoying on top of that when they're the ones who made a mistake and forgot to give me a cup for my drink. Heard that this was comparable to Chipotle but definitely not lol. After my experience I feel like whoever told me that tried to play a prank on me because this was an absolute joke of an experience. This place is ok. They did mess up my dads order when he was literally telling them in line what he wanted on his nachos. I'm less agreeable than him so he was fine. The offer that is posted on here would not work here because I was not a member of moes but it also was not like a regular yelp prompt so that was disappointing. The food is moes food, glorified Taco Bell however when ur craving Mexican it will satisfy this craving. The best part is their rice and their chicken options. Their steak seemed boiled which is so odd but ok? I just wish the toppings felt more fresh as they seemed old and out of a plastic bag and not like someone mad them in the back but eh. This place is disgusting. We went for a weekday lunch at 12:30 and the place was empty. We should have known something was up. I ordered 2 tacos and asked for pico and was told they needed the whole store to make it and they just could not do it. My husband ordered a taco salad and after it was complete it was half filled the container. We then tried to to select a table and 5 tables week dirty. I told a guy there and he gave me a strange look and when we left the tables were still dirty with no one else in the restaurant. Do not go there. The respect from the general Manager to her staff. and the staff to the gentle manager is very rewarding. I enjoyed myself sitting in and eating my lunch today. The food has tasted better than I've had When I ate here three months ago. this restaurant has came a long way and very rewarding to see in the future how much better it gets. Visited mid dinner rush at 5:30 my Favorito was OK. My taco was less than full. The chicken quesadilla was less than evenly filled and the distorted just looked gross. There was stuff all over the counter. All of the queso's were out all of the soda tops and straws everything was just thrown throughout the place. When we walked in, there was a line of 4-5 people with one employee behind the counter working. After minutes of waiting, three employees walked in the back door carrying food that looked like it was from Wawa across the street. When the employees returned to work, the line continued to move very slow and they were rude and disinterested in working. They had to scrape my queso from the bottom of the pan that it had burnt onto because it was not replaced/refilled. They skimped on the meat, probably because they didn't feel like making any more that night. I heard many costumers asking for more than the 5 pieces of meat they were putting on burritos. The entire salsa bar was empty and none of the tables looked like they had been cleaned. AND after we sat down to eat, the line of people quickly became 12-15 people and people were standing outside because the line was moving so slowly. During this, one of the employees came and sat down in a booth near us to eat! People in line were leaving because of how slow the service was. Something needs to be changed here, the four teenagers working at Moe's today provided terrible costumer service. read more

This is probably the worst experience I've had at a Moe's. We go in and you can tell the guy is super new (not his problem of course) but no one was helping him. Then you see the other worker girl come out from the bathroom with one of her friends just fast walking and looking suspicious and a third girl came out a few minutes later also looking suspicious. Then when we asked for a stack they said there was no hard shells. So I switched to a burrito and my husband asked for hard shell tacos and they were out of those too so he asked for soft tacos. I guess being out of them just means they don't have any cooked. The guy then couldn't find the soft tacos and went to the back with the manager to find them and came back with the uncooked shells for the stacks! The girl worker had to correct him and my husband asked "so since you do have the shells, can I have a stack?" And he said "oh well I'd have to cook them"....right, so can you not cook them? We're pretty sure either he doesn't know how to fry or their oil wasn't on. After everything was said and done and there was a lull in customers, I think the manager had a word with them or was just updating them on something, I couldn't hear it. But then after, the two workers either hid in the back and were just laughing and joking instead of getting the missing food prepared or the girl went up to her friends and started talking with them and so did the guy! While the manager and another worker (prep guy?) was doing all the work. Even when there was customers and a line starting to form, the girl kept going up to her friends or the friends went to her since she was at the register and she was waiting. When we looked behind us at the friend's table, they had chick fil a on their table. I'm not sure about anyone else, but when I worked in restaurants, even as a manager and the store wasn't open, I would get in trouble for having another company's food out in the open like that let alone allowing "customers" to have someone else's food in there. And I definitely would be in a lot of trouble if I just kept talking to my friends while the manager did most of the work. It apparently the manager doesn't care because she did nothing to stop it or to help. Lastly they just didn't seem like they were anywhere near ready to be open even though it was like 12pm. The TVs weren't on, there was no music playing, food obviously wasn't prepared for service. It made for a very awkward and quiet lunch. This was just the worst experience I've ever had at a Moe's and it was shocking enough for me to actually write a review, which I never do. read more
