Finally stopping by after passing this place many many times. Didn't disappoint. The portions are pretty sizable here. Flavor was pretty good. Don't go here thinking these are some authentic tacos or Mexican food lol far from but yet still good. I got three tacos. Grilled chicken, crispy chicken, and barbacoa. When I saw that the crispy chicken was literally just breaded fried chicken I panicked. But I will say that it was probably the best of the 3! The barbacoa taco was a little underwhelming with less flavor than I expected but still not bad though. The salsa was very fresh along with the rice. I'll have to come back to give the burrito a try. I've gone to Bubbakoo's Burritos a couple times and the service is always great. This past this I ordered the hibachi burrito and it was pretty good but on the soggy side when I got home. I think I like the custom burrito option better. In the past I've had their cauliflower burrito and it was very good! I'll probably come back and try another combo next time. read more

The Chiwawa is unique with the crunchy panko outside and rice inside. It's great with queso and steak on top. Our server was very patient and helpful with caring for our order since we were new here. Price paid was about what we expected for the amount of food we ordered, and we appreciated the free chips and salsa on a Saturday. The pulled pork nachos were our favorite items we tasted. After we entered the store, we perused the menu and ultimately decided on ordering a Grilled Chicken Tostada Salad and Chicken Tacos. The staff and ambiance were both wonderful. For our Tostada salad and Tacos, we carefully selected the ingredients. Our order was ready quickly and we started with the Chicken Tacos. The chicken was grilled perfectly and the tacos were delicious, especially when paired with the crispy chips. Following that, we enjoyed the tostada salad which was also superb. I went here on a recommendation from the hotel desk. It didn't hurt I had a 10% off coupon either. I got there about 2 pm on a Sunday after a long travel day. The two young men working were great! Super friendly and helpful. They explained the menu and how it works. I went with the Burrito Dilla basically all the stuff in a burrito but in a quesadilla . I got the smaller one and it was plenty. You pick your meat then your toppings. They grill up the meat and away you go. The Burrito Dilla was great it was grilled perfectly. So I ordered again and my Burritodilla didn't taste the same as it did my first time ordering. I got my family on board this time because I was so excited about my food last time. In addition to my Burritodilla, we ordered chicken & fried cauliflower. We were a bit disappointed with the Burritodilla and chicken. My family wasn't too happy with the chicken. Can't speak on the fried cauliflower because it was for my children. I also ordered the love chips and they weren't what I expected. A three step process to select what you want. First step is to choose the your entree. This includes burritos, quesadilla, bowl, taco. Next step is to choose your protein, it includes different types of chicken, pork, steak or ground beef, shrimp. Base on type of protein will determine the price of the items. This place is such a great addition to the area. Some may compare it to a Moes, Chipotle or Tijuana Flats, but Bubbakoo's is a million times better. Yes, I mean a million times better. It's bright, the menu is more extensive than I expected and the staff had great energy and was eager to help us decide what to get! I went with the Chiwawa. The base is two giant fried rice and cheese balls. They're lightly fried so they have the perfect amount of crunch! They're pressed down into your bowl and smothered in queso. Then you get to add all the toppings you want! I went with their hot salsa, pick, black beans, fresh jalapeños, sautéed peppers and onions and hibachi steak and shrimp. This Chiwawa bowl was so packed full that I had three full meals from it! Everything is made fresh to order which you can taste! I upgraded for ONLY $4 to steak and shrimp. They throw it on the grill and cook it right in front of you. I was so impressed with my first visit and I can't wait to return and try more. On top of burritos, bowls, and the Chiwawa they also have Nachos, salads and even wings!! They have plenty of parking and everything was very clean. They take these two large fried rice balls and smother it in queso and all kinds of toppings and your choice of meat. It is very large and filling! Very good! Also got queso curly fries, and fried Oreos. The fried Oreos came with either raspberry sauce, caramel sauce, or maple syrup. We got the maple syrup. Overall, they definitely had some issues when I first went but it appears they've gotten better and improved and based on this 2nd visit I have no complaints. This spot has good tasting food but there were some important details missed in my order. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos with shredded carnitas, chips and salsa. The carnitas meat was delicious and savory. However, the salsa was not included with my chips so I ate them with whatever toppings fell out of my tacos. My husband ordered a fried chicken burrito bowl with mango habanero sauce on the side. The fried chicken is chicken cutlet chopped up into small pieces. The habanero sauce did not come on the side. Not a major deal for him, but, the point of it being on the side was so that our toddler could share some of the bowl without it being spicy. For dessert, we ordered fried Oreos. There were some Oreos in our order which tasted off (I guess it was the oil used to fry them) but 3 out of 5 of them tasted perfect. This is a solid alternative to Chipotle and far better than Moe's or Tijuana Flats. It's fast-casual and they even have online ordering although the last time I tried to use it the system was down. Basically everything is flavored really well. There is a wide option of sauces, meats, and even some seafood like shrimp. The prices are a bit higher and an entree is around $8-10, but at least it tastes great. I really like the way they wrap the burritos in aluminum like a real Mexican place. The service is so-so and sometimes they are behind on orders despite having lots of workers so they should work to improve that. read more
