CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. He obviously does not know how to deal with customers him self, so I guess that is why his TEAM doesn't either. They had the car in there possession for 6 weeks, with lack of customer service I decided to sell the back to them. I was offered 4k less for car due to the depreciation. FOUR DAYS OWNING AND DRIVING IT. I was waiting until the engine was replaced but I ENDURE there lack business ethics, and it caused me stress and aggravation and I still was with out a car. I decided to sell it back to them. That was 2 days ago They had the car for a total of 6 week. When I asked to remove my things from the vehicle they said they bring it to me. Imagine my surprise to know the engine was replaced and the was fixed. They never contacted about that. I found that out when I retrieved my things. While I was grabbing my things they were slapping windowstickers on the vehicle for resale. I left, then I realized one license plate was still on the vehicle. And the paperwork they gave me for the sales tax wasn't in the vehicle. So I asked them to send it to me. The sent someone to drop it off and gave me a my sales tax paper. They gave me nothing showing that the vehicle was mine, no warranty paperwork, nothing.... This has been the worst experience I ever had. I hope everone stays far away from Mohawk Chevrolet of Ballston Spa NY. They were done with the vehicle the day the casino bought it. Something needs to be said when the owner/ president doesn't know how to deal with customers either. I was pushed offed by 12 different people and not one had the business ethics or customer service training to take responsibility for my situation.

Over the weekend I purchased a 2023 Chevy Blazer from Mohawk, my sales rep was Nate Moss, who was easy to work with and very knowledgeable every step of the way. I stopped in around noon and literally drove off of the lot with my new SUV by 4pm (they were busy so I stepped out for lunch while they took care of the paperwork) I felt very comfortable with everyone I interacted with and was definitely impressed with how smooth everything went. I love my new vehicle. Thank you!

TYPICAL RIP OFF REPAIR SHOP .... My 18 year old Daughter lives 1 mile from this Repair/Gas Station…read more Her Car had broken down and needed a Battery jump just to get to the station to be Diagnosed. On Thursday 12/11/2014 We called the station to see how it was going and if the car needed a battery. The Shop owner told us the car needed a battery and the fuel pump was no good. The car for some reason didn't start after they put the battery in the car. We agreed to the Professional Diagnoses of the Mechanic in the shop. Later the same day the Shop owner called us back and said uh duh that wasn't the problem with the car! He explained they weren't sure what was wrong with the car after installing a battery. I asked if he felt he could figure it out or should we take it out of his shop, He replied no just give me more time. Friday 12/12/14 The Shop owner had not called all day so I called and asked what was going on with my daughters car. He replied he thinks the car needs a Crank Sensor, I asked if it needs a Timing Belt with it. Again he replied I don't know for sure I will try the sensor and let you know if that's it. (Basically he is a parts changer) On Sat 12/13/14 I called the shop AGAIN and said how is my daughters car? The shop owner said Good it's all done HUH!!! I said. Yeah its going to cost you $940.00. Well I was not called to even authorize doing belts, pulleys, extra 5 hrs of labor on a $120.00 battery install. Now I Explain to Him I am an ASE certified technician from Long Island and have been working on cars my entire life since I am 17 yrs old. I Looked up the labor time to do a timing belt all belts and crank sensor and pulleys and the labor time is 3 hours. I explained he is charging for labor time that he could not figure out what was wrong with the car, I would have known the crank sensor was no good in 15 min by hooking a scanner up to the vehicle and checking RPM readings. That's how you diagnose not changing parts until you get it. Please believe that not all mechanics will RIP YOU OFF like these guys did. I will be in front of his shop on Friday the 12/19/14 with a big sign letting neighbors know he Ripped off my 18 year old College student Daughter and will probably do it again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

Okay so a lot of the times I do touch on the app but I never really go into the app itself and the…read morebenefits of this app. I just want to take this review to go over how really great this app is. They have really outdone themselves with how they are improving this app on a monthly basis. First off you pick up a free card from there Cumberland Farms store and you link it to your checking account which is safe and encrypted so that it's not going to be defrauded. You are less likely to run into that type of a problem using this app then you are using a card when you pull into a pump and use it for gasoline. It connects to your card and you're all set everything is done it is just a great way to have everything right at your fingertips and right there. When you get to the store you open up the app and it will ask you for a pin code that you set up it's a four digit PIN. It will search for the store that you are at and it will ask you what pump you are at because you selected that you were going to get gas and then you put the pump number that you are at and we'll automatically give you the 10% discount at the pump you fill up and then it will give you a receipt showing your gasoline prices right there like I showed in the pictures below right on your phone just kidding no on the screen when asked you to print a receipt you already have one in your phone. I'm telling you it is that easy. When you are inside and you are purchasing things inside there are two choices when you go into the app that's a purchase in-store or buy gasoline you just want to hit purchase in-store and it brings you to a screen where you can show it to the clerk at the counter and he or she will scan that bar code and you are all set. Now as you're purchasing gas and products inside the store you're also building up lifetime savings and also rewards that you can apply inside the store for future purchases. So if you buy 10 coffees you get one free, and if you bye 10 slices of pizza you'll get a pizza free and if you purchase so much gas you earn rewards inside the store like free drinks and products along that line. And now they've just created something new where you can actually do tobacco purchases on the app is well. As you can see I'm very excited about this app. I would recommend this app to anybody who wants to use it, and wants to have an extremely easy time at the pump and in-store with convenience. Heck I would do a commercial for this app but I don't think I got the looks for it LOL but what can you do. Just get in there grab your card hook it up you'll be good to go I guarantee you you'll be glad you did. Thank you so much for listening.

This place is an absolute scam that preys on customers' wallets and time. I had a 9 AM appointment…read morefor a simple oil change and inspection that somehow turned into a three-hour ordeal. Halfway through, they called claiming I "needed" $800 in new rear brakes, even though I've never had a single issue with them. When I said I wanted a second opinion, they suddenly "found" a piece of glass in my tire so bad it supposedly required a full replacement -- funny, since I've never had any tire issues before this visit. The same thing happened the last time I came here, when they admitted they ran over a nail and convinced me to buy a new set under their warranty. An hour later, I get another call -- they're "waiting on a part to redo my brakes." The same brakes I specifically told them not to touch. When I told the guy again not to replace them, he got rude and said if I refused the brake work, he'd fail my inspection. When I finally picked up my car, the bill was $301.67. They charged me for a failed inspection, a "tire repair" (how do you repair a tire you supposedly replaced?), the tire itself, tire service, and a random "fluids top-off" charge. The kicker? My wiper fluid was completely empty when I left. So now I have: - A failed inspection for brakes that are perfectly fine - A "new" tire I didn't want or need - No wiper fluid despite being charged for it - And a massive waste of my morning This shop is nothing but dishonest crooks trying to pressure and intimidate customers into unnecessary repairs. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far away from Monro -- they'll scam you every chance they get.
