We've been going to this place for about 8 years. The food is great, the people are wonderful.

We visit Mojo's often, usually for their wings. Although that's what I went for today, I ended up ordering the fried catfish platter with two huge portions, hush puppies and Cole slaw. I opted out of fries for onion rings. The cole slaw was a bit too creamy for my liking. The catfish though...chef's kiss! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! We've had many different waitresses and they've all been so helpful and kind. My husband had the Cuban sandwich and really enjoyed it. read more

Service was good for the most part. Food was a little disappointing in regard to price and quality. Chicken fried steak sandwich came with 2 pieces of fried steak fingers and not an actual chicken fried steak patty. Was also supposed to come on a jalapeño but was just a plain white bun and hot dog was a joke. Ordered sweet potato fries 3x and every time they came out with less and less. read more

First, let me start off saying I love going to Mojo's but today may keep me from ever going back. I walked in at 7:24 PM and walk to the back bar where I sit until 7:33 PM without anyone coming to serve me. Then I took it upon myself to walk to the front bar and order on the side. I ordered a shiner and returned to my seat. The bartender poured the beer and when she came over to where I was standing another patron told her that I was sitting at the back bar. She then said, " he can come get his beer from right here!" She then proceeded to place the beer on the bar and walk away. I walked over to where the beer was and I got her attention. I paid my tab and I left. It is Texas beer night and I am over 15 beers in on my 69 beer challenge. I sure hate this because she has spoiled a great place for me. read more

Food was pretty good but we were the only people (party of about 10) in the whole place after 11pm. Open floor plan and a chill, friendly atmosphere. I had the Mojo burger and the bun was delicious. Other than that it was a standard burger. My lady had the margarita pizza and while some parts of the crust were slightly overdone she still enjoyed the meal. We were there for a friends party and our server, Avery, was awesome. He kept the drinks coming and was friendly and funny. We had a fantastic time. Would definitely dine here again and if I lived closer it would probably work its way into my regular rotation. I've tried so hard to like this place since it's right by the house. But last time I went there with my pregnant wife we got picked on by a staff member there with a Guy Fieri hair style for sitting at the bar. I have always sat at the bar to order food, drinks, and watch sports but after we were told we are too young to be at the bar and that we had to sit somewhere else (we are 27) I just didn't enjoy the service. I didn't argue and pull out my ID, I just sat somewhere else and ordered a beer from the table. I've been here before years ago and just never made the trip back for whatever reason. Decided to stop by since the patio is dog friendly. We ordered boneless wings and the chicken sandwich on steroids. The wings tasted stale and didn't taste fresh at all while the sandwich was just OK. The fries had a fishy aftertaste to them. Simply an overall great experience. From entering the restaurant and leaving the atmosphere was excellent. The food was well above expectations. Not a fan. Showed up to watch a bowl game and invited some friends. Very accommodating by pushing some tables together. Service was quick. Good prices on the beer. The food though is marginal at best. I had fried pickles and southwest egg rolls. Both were the worst I've had and I usually order these wherever I go. Pickles had little to no batter and the egg rolls were served upside down so the filling could fall out. They were also dripping with oil. Just gross. I got two different tacos and both had so much salt that they were inedible. Since it's in the neighborhood we have been there quite a few times... each time hoping it's better than the last. Have had the wings- so fatty and just not good.
