We were in Dallas on a girl's trip, and since thunderstorms were causing mayhem, our original outdoor spa reservations were cancelled. I AM SO GLAD. was this 5 times the price? Yes. Was it 100x better than expected? Also yes. We all did the Trinity package, which consists of a massage, scrub, and facial. The spa facilities were gorgeous, and they thought of everything. Forget a hairbrush? They have disposables. Forget to shave your legs? No worries, shaving cream and razors are available. Alan was my masseuse, and my GOD whatever they are paying him is not nearly enough. Hands down it was the best massage of my life. The facial was pleasant, but nothing to write home about. My bestie was given a weekend stay at the Omni as a gift from her daughter for her birthday. She had asked me to join her for a spa day at Mokara Spa, but when I went online and saw the price, I told her I could think of so many other things I'd like to do with the $500 charge. The evening before, I called her & asked if her other buddies were joining her and when she said no, I knew I had to go. I told her I'd just do the body wrap. I belong to another spa, much more reasonable. But I soon found out why the prices are higher - remember (in most cases) you get what you pay for. And she and I travel together a lot and have had fantastic spa services in Dubai, the Philippines, so why not here in my own backyard? I selected the Deep Ellum Body Treatment: Our signature body wrap is the one that gets the job done! Be ready for a night on the town by exfoliating the body with a revitalizing scrub. Then you will be cocooned in a restorative shea butter wrap to increase circulation, reduce water retention, and boost the skin's overall appearance. When my buddy & I entered the spa, we were warmly greeted and shown to the lounge area, where we were treated to cucumber slices for our under-eyes & snack bit and tea. After a few minutes of relaxing, we were ushered into separate rooms and I was introduced to my Masseuse, who explained what she would be doing and asked if I had any questions. It was a wonderful scrub, massage & wrap. After I was done, she walked me out and showed me the showers and told me to relax while I wait for my friend to finish. Yes, it is pricey compared to my neighborhood spa, but you are paying for the lovely view in the wonderfully comfortable lounge, the private showers and blow dryers, the small bottle of bubbly served with a champagne flute, the attentive staff and the luxurious products used. Don't recommend, just don't even waste your time or money. The only time a feel compelled to leave a negative review is when I feel I the need to warn others. For the price and how rushed I felt the service was I would only give one star but the ladies at the front were friendly. Maybe because they add a mandatory 22% service gratuity the women who did my blow out really didn't give a sh!t? The women who did my blow out made me feel like she was in a hurry to get out of there. The first red flag is that I was the only client there on a busy holiday weekend. I was looking forward to my blow out all day. I've had thousands of blow outs and never felt this rushed or disappointed. The shampoo scalp massage was terrible. Instead of relaxing I felt like she was slapping me around rushing the entire process. Warning other to NOT book with Sally. Trust me you are wasting your money at this place. I live for the spa life I enjoyed the spa so much in Fort Worth that I decided to try out the one in Dallas at the OMNI hotel in downtown Dallas. Its Christmas time and shopping can be stressful. Soooo, after a full day of shopping, I ran up on Mokara. It wasn't as great as the Fort Worth one (see my review). I am sure the staff saw my disappointment, but it is still a good place for relaxation. I recommend it! The coded lockers were definitely a plus, as I am forgetful (especially while relaxed and after a drink). I didn't have to keep up with a key and I appreciated that. There are showers, dry sauna, services, and a relaxation room. I took advantage of everything and I must say the relaxation/cool down room had a great view!!! The staff recommended tea, but I opted for a mimosa instead. The ammenities include freebies in case you forgot something (this includes mouthwash, yessss) and there is water throughout. They made me feel like they were thoughtful, they even included a plastic bag for your swimwear, as they have a rooftop pool at this OMNI. My favorites were all there: Big, clean, fresh towels and cozy robe. They have free slippers as well, but I always bring my own to a spa. read more

I Had the most luxurious half day experience at Mokara recently! Heather and Adrian (sp) gave wonderful and relaxing facial and full body massage services! The spa amenities include a full bathroom for men and women with a dry sauna and a lounge with complimentary champagne, tea and noshes like nuts and berries. Complimentary access to the pool on the same floor is available to guests with the exception of weekends. I went on a Saturday, so I had to buy a resort pass to get access. Honestly, if you're going on a weekend, I'd pass on purchasing an additional pass for access unless you'd like to turn up after your massage. The pool is kinda small and is crowded during that time, and may not be the atmosphere you want after a relaxing massage. I will definitely return for a full day soon and highly recommend others to do the same. read more

I went here for my birthday as a surprise. I received a massage (which was 15mins shorter than expected... I did arrive late so this may be why?) The massage was nice overall. I also received a manicure/pedicure. The manicurist was really nice and personable. However, my problem came with the quality and color selection Available for polish. Very outdated colors and old polish that was thick and messed up after over an hour of drying. Pedicure bowls are old and they do not use bags like the rest of the industry does. I did reach out the the manager about my polish being messed up on my hands and feet & I was refunded for those 2 services. Which is why I rated it 2 stars. The manager was polite and prompt in resolving my issues. Overall I would not come back to this spa personally, as I've been to other high end spas in Dallas that do a great job all around. I absolutely loved it here! My group of girlfriends and I made a reservation here for my bachelorette party since we were staying at the Omni and they all knew I needed relaxation time! I love the fact that they asked if we had a male/female preference for our massages. Upon arrival, we were given robes, sandals, and a locker to put all our personal belongings in. We were then given a tour of the facility. There were showers with everything you would need, plus little nooks you could touch up in. Once we were changed into our robes, we went into the relaxation room to wait to be called back for our services. Inside the room, there were refreshments and small snacks. I had a signature massage with a mini facial. The massage was so delightful, relaxing, and stress relieving. My masseuse was very skilled and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. After my two treatments, I spent some time in the sauna waiting for the rest of my girls to finish their treatment. I loved that there were cooling towels with lemon outside of the sauna to cook my body down with. Once my girls and I were all reunited, we went to check out. Yes, gratuity is added to the bill automatically. It is stated on the website, for anyone who is peeved about that. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a bride gift from the front desk staff. NO REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS Weeks ago, I visited the Mokara spa upstairs after treating a friend to brunch that Sunday at Texas Spice. I'd heard that the spa carried the Eminence skin care brand, which has an organic face moisturizer with spf and is hard to find. I needed it because I was flying to Mexico the next week and was out of facial sunscreen. I bought the sunscreen in a rush, because I had 3 friends that took this detour with me this day. I quickly glanced at the ingredients to make sure that they were organic, bought my product and went on my merry way. I wasn't verbally told that there were no refunds at the time of checkout neither was there any signage, or details of no refunds on my receipt. If this was communicated at the time of purchase, I would have taken more time to make this 80 dollar purchase, but unfortunately it wasn't. When I got home, I read the box in detail and found that there were ingredients that my sensitive skin may have a reaction to, so I decided to take it back during my lunch that same week. My friend and I walked back to Mokara that same week, because I work downtown, so I'm close to the Omni. When I went to return the product I was told that there were no returns by the manager, Irena. I didn't understand, because there is literally no place that I've frequented that does not allow one to return a product that does not have it blatantly displayed, stated on the receipt, or at least told verbally before the purchase is made, especially unopened. After many minutes of back and forth with Irena and no clarity brought about the no refund policy being displayed or communicated, I was told that the no refund policy was listed in a brochure on a table by the window behind a display that was never shown to me. I went downstairs to talk to the manager of the hotel. She only brought down Irena from the spa, who then stated to me that the reason for no return was because they could not tell if the product had been used. I responded over and over that I hadn't even taken the product out of the box to view it, and I had only looked at the ingredients on the outside box. The product was never opened. She offered no help, or aid for solution, no resolve.  I went home that day disappointed, frustrated with the feeling of being hoodwinked by a company that I came to trust in. My sister requested to actually see the product that I was so upset about because she had heard of the company recently from a sales rep. I opened the package and IT WAS SEALED!!! SEALED!!!! So there WAS a way to tell if the package had been opened or tampered with and the manager would've known this information because I didn't contest her statement. There was no way that I would've known that it was actually sealed. Either she knew that it was sealed and fed me a lie, or she didn't and doesn't know the products that she is selling and is communicating false information.  I am extremely disappointed in my experience. I don't like the way it was handled at all. Even the Forever 21 sales rep states as they checkout your purchase "that this purchase is non-refundable". Being an upscale spa at an upscale hotel, I expect better communication to be provided than a fast fashion chain. This is an opportunity to put clear communication protocols into place. I am certain the person communicating was doing her best and it just wasn't good enough. I definitely need a refund for my purchase, but none was offered, in fact it was refused. read more

My husband reserved a Mother's Day package massage for me as a gift. We brought our 4 month old and stayed overnight at the Omni hotel because of the massage. They said to get there early in a call the day prior. I showed up at 8:45 am and the front desk said that the massage therapist called in the night before. Not only did I not get not a phone call that morning to let me know she said that they were fully booked and there was nothing that they could do. I asked for a manager and she said that she was not there today and would reach out tomorrow. This is my first mother's day. It is hard for me to even get out of the house because of our little one and I couldn't even believe that not only did they not tell me before I got there but she completely dismissed me with no apology and helped other guests. I am not one to complain but this has been a horrible experience and I am so sad this has happened. read more

Weekdays tend to be a quieter time to visit most busy hotspots with less crowds and more flexibility to enjoy the facilities. My 1st visit to the Mokara Spa and Salon was just divine. Sometimes we just don't realize how over exhausted and tense our bodies are until we make the schedule clearing time to completely decompress. That means no calls. No emails. Definitely no errands all over timbuck two. Just serene silence. Sitting still. Reading. Or soaking up the ambience. Earlier today I opted for the 30 minute exfoliating scrub. My massage guru Maria was so exacting in her healing touch, with the right amount of hands on pressure and small talk to get me on the road of being more balanced and centered. The spa faculty was top notch elegant and functional. First, I changed into their oh so super soft robe, had my initial sugar scrub with my essential oil of choice, there are three to choose from: a lavender blend(flowery), an orange vanilla(sunshine), or an earthy frankincense(hippee) oil. Then it off to the showers to rinse off the scrub. Second, Maria massaged shea butter into my skin to keep it glowing and radiant. Afterwards, I went to the spa rejuvenating room to sit and eat a health apple while sipping my complimentary sparklng wine. Loving every bit so far. Thirdly, I hopped into the dry sauna for a ten minute detox and to let the shea butter soak deeper into my skin. Finally, a soapy shower, bathing suit dressed, and out to the hotel pool for some laps and Dallas fun in the sun. Monday through Thursday both the pool and gym are available to spa guests to enjoy. Thank you, don't mind if I do. And of course I cannot wait to go back again. I am considering a monthly appointment just to really spoil myself and detox all the same. read more

The spa is clean and the staff extremely caring and dedicated. My hot stone massage with Kia (Nakita) was wonderful. They have a coed relaxation room with great views. Drawbacks, the spa was so busy there were not enough seats in the relaxation room and there is no wet sauna. I am a spa connoisseur and this place is good. We recently went to Mokara during a girls trip to Dallas this summer. We were staying at a more modest hotel, where the pool was under renovation. So I decided to find a hotel that had a rooftop pool. Long story short that's how I found Mokara. They are in the Omi hotel, and with any spa purchase you get to use the facilities for free all day. This is only applicable during the weekdays. But it's a really good perk. I had fairly low expectations for the actual spa. But boy was I surprised. We opted for just the basic 60 minute Swedish massage. Both myself and my girlfriend were incredibly pleased with the facilities. They were clean and well appointed With great snacks and treats. Rosie was our locker room attendant, and she was awesome. I did not catch the front desk attendants name, but he was awesome as well. We actually showed up as he was opening And he was more than gracious and let us come in. We had enough time to thoroughly enjoy the relaxation room and snacks and mimosas!!! The spa service self was also fabulous. I highly recommend the spa and I would jump at returning next time I'm in Dallas. Which honestly won't probably be ever, but you never know. I just wasn't wowed with Dallas as a city and a vacation destination but oh well. read more

I wanted to do something nice for my husband bday so I decided to surprise him with a couples massage. People were nice but the massage was very commercialized. Little communication and I felt rushed at all time we were there. My husband requested to have his table adjusted prior to starting because he was not comfortable, request completely ignored. Therefore he was in pain most of his massage. I reserved this appointment a week prior to arriving. The information given over the phone was not the charges I inquired. I was told it was $250 including the 18% gratuity and when we checked out I received a total of $295 because apparently I was misinformed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME 1) Understaffed, 2) Rude staff, 3) Underskilled. Not the three qualities you expect from the Omni. 1) Bought a deal for massage, mani/pedi (plus one as a gift for my mom). Took 6 months to get a reservation after calling spa director and explaining our frustrations with their availability. She explained they were just "so slammed" on the weekend, but extended out offer and got us in. This could have been a huge win for them....but they failed to deliver on the services. 2) Got there and it was very apparent that they are slammed because they aren't staffed appropriately. Rows of unused pedicure stations, empty massage rooms, with a lounge area overflowing with guests. 3) My mom's manicurist and pedicurist, I believe her name was Taffy, was absolutely rude. No smile, refused to look my mom in the eye or engage with her when my mom causally asked her questions, like "how is your day?' I was mortified. She acted completely put out to be doing the service at all. It took our fun "girls day at the spa" and made it awkward, tense and we overall felt like we were in a library not allowed to speak. 4) Massages we average at best. Felt like amateur hour for sure. My mom's massage therapist didn't listen to any of the requests or direction my mom gave. Being a Dallas resident trust me when I say it would be worth it to go to The Crescent or Four Seasons for a spa day in Dallas - much better value and experience. read more

Well I wish I could actually rate the service. Instead I'm rating the lack there of. My husband and I booked a couples massage for our staycation. We arrive at the spa ahead of the appointed time only to find out the appointment that I booked with "Eddie" didn't exist. No attempt to reschedule just "oh well" and would you like a facial? Um no I'd like a massage. The hotel concierge did bring a bottle of champagne after we made the hotel aware of the situation. Absolutely gorgeous spa! Prices were typical for spa-atmosphere, so they are inflated a bit -- I tend to get massages at home for less; but I was staying at the hotel for a work event, and just wanted to indulge in a soothing massage. Unlike Keira M, I had zero wait time. I actually called for an appt same-day, and showed up 15min prior to appt as expected. So no issues there for me. One of the friendly front desk ladies gave me a brief tour of the facility - - nice lockers, a couple restrooms, a few sink areas w typical spa amenities (lotion, mouthwash, soap, hair spray, etc), a couple private shower areas, and a sauna. I specifically asked about a steam room, but they only have a sauna. The waiting area is co-ed - - nice small self-serve beverage station in there. But it was a short wait, and then my massage therapist whisked me away. The aromatherapy massage itself must've been great - I know I fell asleep for a bit. At the beginning I had the choice of 3 different oils -- all smelling amazing. After my treatment, my therapist asked if I would like a glass of champagne or mimosa - - not typical for an after-treatment beverage choice, I went w the mimosa. :) I was now on a bit of a crunch for a client dinner, but I still snuck in 5min in that blissful sauna. Sweat out some more toxins.. $135 + 18% required gratuity for a 50min massage. Would I go back, if in town - - absolutely! read more

This place was amazing! I took my mom here this past weekend for her 50th birthday and we got manicures, pedicures, and facials. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly and talkative, and made sure we got everything we needed! More than anything my pedicurist was very friendly and talked to me easily the entire time, and the facial was AMAZING. It's not just a facial--they also massage your face, your upper chest, neck, and should areas, and your arms! Like I'm talking even the sides of your neck. The stuff they used on my face was customized to my skin type and what I wanted, the bed and sheets I was laying on were super soft, the room was dimly lit, and there was soft, soothing music playing in the background-I literally almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. After the facial, I decided a full body massage would be worth it but they were completely booked for the morning. My mom had a fantastic experience too--which is saying a lot because it's not easy to impress her. The facilities were fancy, comfortable, and clean, and the view of Dallas was amazing. They also have these delicious teas that the staff makes and brings you. Finally, when were were leaving, they gave my mom this amazing tasting, complimentary piece of cake since it was her birthday. The lady I scheduled this appointment with- Judith- was very nice, gave me the prices over the phone directly, and followed up with me about our appointment. We even arrived a few minutes late and instead of cancelling my mom's facial, they worked around their schedule to give her the full 50 minutes. My husband and I saved for his birthday weekend to enjoy the Omni Hotel and the Spa " Mokara". We had a pleasant experience during our stay until we decided to celebrate his birthday morning with spa services at the Mokara. So sorry this was even a decision cause it ruined everything positive prior to entering that 4th floor. We walked in with no greeting or feeling welcomed at all. We had to initiate most of the conversation instead of being asked how to help or did we have reservations or a tenure that included the spa. Nothing! Once we advised we were told to yo let know we had spa services included in a hotel stay letting them know to bill the room, we got a paper thrown on the counter telling us about all the fees that we will be billed for if getting service or choose a product. We opt to choose a product because my husband and I just wanted to get out of there cause of tyd cold treatment we were feeling and not give away a $100. credit. So we went to look at the products and other customers came in which were greeted with smiles and tons of willingness to help them and even go over their spa plan. Something we didn't get! So once this was no longer a possible thought of how we were being treated and in fact a true reality we were done. I asked the desk clerk who was the rudest one if the products were general for all skin types or is their something design for darker skin and men care for my husband. She told me it just depends on your skin types you just have to look for yourself! Wow!! Really not trying to be bother huh... So finally we grab random crap just to say we got something checked out at the counter and was ready to leave. My husband told one of the desk clerk cause the other rude one walked away, how they made us feel. She said she was sorry but it felt like she was just embarrassed cause she was called on it instead of it being sincere. We immediately went back to our rooms, checked out and told management what happened. Upper management followed up the next day offering a treatment of what the expectations should have been which was nice, however I personally declined because now to me us coming back to a place we wasn't welcome the first expecting to be treated nicely was a cover for what was the true first impression. My husband wanted to go back but because I said I didn't the management dropped the offer from free to a 50% discount? How is that making it better? Now he gotta pay to be treated with fake kindness when he was offered free a sec ago. Again it was me that didn't wanna go back not him so the offer should have stayed? That was a crappy fix for redemption and I was told by the person who was hurt most and had a shitty bday," I guess ya got take what people give you"! What? No, hell no you don't! He paid to be there, we didn't even know we had complimentary food vouchers a valet parking, and paid out of pocket for this service. You think that was credited off the bill? NOPE! You think he was offered a complimentary night stay at the hotel since he enjoy himself most there which would have gave opportunity to give a excellent review on customer service? NOPE! A dinner for 2 at one of the 7 restaurant in the hotel? NOPE! ONLY one so call offer of having to pay again just to get $50% off at the place that treated him like a unwelcome black slave or bum who didn't belong! This was there justice attempt to fix it, never asked one time how can they make it better. I know they thinking they just didn't wanna pay, but how is that the case when we paid everything in advance. We knew what we wanted and price wasn't an issue just a excellent time is all that was expected. Oh and let me not forget the nail in the coffin, in the receipt at the spa, they crossed out the tip option with a 0/ line through it so we couldn't give a tip like we wasn't expected too. This made all of my husband remaining bday stressful, disappointed and at the end of it me to blame for speaking ng my mind about not being treated like shit or made to feel inadequate or isolated. This was my first time to this spa and it was fantastic! I received an 80 min swedish massage and reflexology-the therapist was friendly and professional and applied just the right amount of pressure. The relaxation room where you wait had teas/ cucumber water/ raw almonds, peanuts/ comfy chairs and foot rests and was clean. The locker room had modern decor and was also very clean with a dry sauna and showers available- the robe was very luxurious that was presented to wear around the spa. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. They do validate parking whether valet/ self park. The only bad thing that has nothing to do with the staff are that the massage room doors tend to bang when being closed no matter how gentle you are- maybe the building maintenance could fix? Stay away. Felt worse after our couples massage. Asked my massages for lighter pressure but she still proceeded to use so much force. Also, was told my massage was one price but when I got my bill it was significantly higher (they added gratuity too and still asked for more). Nothing about the experience was enjoyable or relaxing. Before the massage they ask you to pick a scent. I did not mind, but they ended up giving me the wrong one but made me feel like I was the idiot and wro. Also arrived early to enjoy champagne and relax but was no able to do that so they could begin the massage. It felt rushed. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to it. read more

Horrible customer service! I'm a member at the Omni and usually come every 2 months to do a weekend get away. I have been calling the spa since Wednesday and left a VM for a return call back since they open on Thursday. It's now Friday and I have called everyday and no response or answer. I finally checked into my hotel this morning... I went down to the spa to schedule something in the morning. I walk in and the blonde lady at the front desk didn't even greet me or seem like she wanted my business. She tells me they are booked with massages and that my husband and I couldn't get in at the same time. She went on to tell me how there are only male massage therapist available and that my husband probably wouldn't like that.... If you don't want our business just say that. She could at least offered other services to us but did not seem interested at all. It's my anniversary weekend and it's definitely not how I wanted to start things. I will never be back. read more

Mokara Spa is amazing. The spa had only been opened a week, so they had a couple of glitches with the lockers. I had the Zen wrap. The therapist let me pick my scent - yum. After the scrub, showered in the private room shower, which is perfect! Then had a hot oil scalp treatment - I could have stayed there for hours! The waiting room has a fire place and hot teas - both make you feel relaxed. However, I expected a small snack of some sort from this type of spa because after hours there, its a nice touch. My friend and I took a shower and were disappointed they didnt have q-tips or mouthwash. Both are expected! We do hope some things are offered soon because my friend and I plan to go back. Service can be hit or miss. We stayed in the Omni hotel and booked 2 days in the Spa. We tried calling the spa on 4 separate times over 2 days to make our appointments and each time the call rolled to voicemail. Finally, my wife drove down there to make the appointments in person. Later I had a question about one of the treatments and when I spoke to the spa concierge, she had to go look up the treatment in "the book" to describe what the treatment entailed. Granted, they have only been open a month and a half, but staff should have sufficient training. We were told to show up 15 to 20 minutes early so we can relax in their relaxation room. We did so, but after you fill out the paper work, go on the locker room tour, change, and put your tea bag in the hot water, they call you back for your treatment. Need to allow 30-45 minutes. The bathrooms were clean and each was equipped with a dry sauna. Men's bathroom only had one shower so you may have to wait. Relaxation room was nice but staff needs to stay on top of it. Several times there was dirty dishes at each of the chairs, no more hot water in the kettle, and ice water ran out. We asked for more honey and it took them 20 minutes to bring more. As for the massages, they are not consistent between therapists. We did 80 minute massages. A small middle eastern woman didn't use any fragrances at all, didn't massage fingers or toes, and seemed to know only a very few massaging techniques. She also wanted to start a conversation while performing the massage. I ignored her and she finally got the picture. Stephanie, on the other hand did an outstanding job. We both really liked her massages. Massage tables are heated which was nice. We didn't like the fact that they automatically add in the 18% "service charge". Where is the incentive for your therapist to do a good job? There are a number of details that they miss that could make this place better: light switch is missing a faceplate in the relaxation room, if you are going to provide razors in the men's room, how about providing shaving cream too? How about providing some aerosol deodorant too? When finishing a treatment how about putting your shower shoes below the table so you can step right into them and laying the robe across the table. Other spas provide fresh fruit to snack on if you are going to be in the spa all day, Mokara does not. read more

My husband and I did couples message on Sunday afternoon. The spa is extremely nice. We did the 80 minute massage and we both agreed they were one of the best we have had. Really friendly staff. Massage tables are heated which is really nice. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend. read more

Walked in for a pedicure and was told they were booked, and the next day they wouldn't be seeing anybody after 3 because the technician has kids. Spa is definitely missing out on money this way, and a spa service could help visitors experience a total package. They suggested I visit a local nail salon within walking distance, but that defeated the purpose of me staying at a luxury hotel. read more

The spa itself gets 5 stars from me. It was beautiful, relaxing and exactly what a spa should be. BUT i came there for a blow dry. That experience gets 2 stars. The girl was rough, i didnt understand a word she was saying and if you are paying $65. for a blow dry you should get it the way YOU want it, not the way the styalist wants you to have it. I walked into the spa at 8:55, she took me at 9 and I walked out the door at 9:16am with a blow dry not even close to what i wanted. I worked my company's convention for a week and at the end of it I had pre-booked a package at Mokara Spa. It was mid-week so the spa was quiet and relaxing. The prices are what you can expect for a top rated hotel. The spa is simple and elegant in it's feel and has everything you could possibly want in a spa. The staff was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that I was pampered and my day was perfect. I loved that I was offered my choice of water, tea, champagne or a mimosa. The relaxation room had small snacks of nuts, chocolate and golden raisins...which made the room just that much more special. This is a shout out to Jennifer, Sara and Lawanda...thank you for a fabulous spa day that I will not soon forget!!! read more
