They even went directly to my insurance adjuster to request payment, bypassing me entirely. To make matters worse, their so-called $5,000 report is only valid for 60 days. If you don't complete the abatement work within that time, they charge you again -- even though all they do is reprint the same report with a new date. No new testing. No new work. Just another charge. When I filed a small claims case against them, they refused to accept the delivery of the court documents by not opening the door for the serving man, dodging service attempts by not answering the door. It was clear they were trying to avoid accountability. I had to find alternative ways to serve them because they simply would not cooperate. Attached is the invoice they charged against my insurance policy. I have also reported them to the California Department of Insurance and is pursuing them through small claims court. I would give 10 stars if I could. Just realizing this is a belated review. Tyson came out when we…read morethought there might be mold in our home. He took 5 samples and it turned out to be positive. I was really worried and he said the results were surprising because he didn't see supporting evidence for the results. He offered to come back to take more samples without charging us the full amount - just for the additional samples which are a reasonable price. The second testing showed that the mold levels were a false positive. We had been redoing the roof and some of the moldy material had made its way into the home through open windows for the test. He gave us a clear report and then when the tarp covering our roof leaked and we had water intrusion, he came back after the water remediation company had finished to check for mold a third time. He's very professional, thorough, and just a really nice guy when you are freaking out whether there might be mold. Highly recommend! Also helps he only does the testing and not remediation so there is no reason for him to give any false positive readings.
