I chose this company to clean my carpets (last Saturday) - stairs and bedroom, and mattress, based on the reviews, but unfortunately did not have a good experience as you can see in the pictures. After seeing everything in person his only comment was he couldn't remove the urine stain from the mattress, which I said was ok. Once my stairs started to dry (they're still a little damp and smell of chemicals 6 days later after he stated used environmentally friendly products as I have a 3 year old), I saw that stain marks had remained and turned pinkish color (same as in some other customer review pics), and all the coffee or stain marks are bleached/turned white. Either discolored, bleached or else as in my entire bedroom and some spots on stairs, stains are 100% still there. Worker and his wife were very nice no complaints about them (other than he got defensive once I texted him about the complaint). Don't know if he plans to replace my carpet or if I'm going to be stuck with ruined carpet. I've had them cleaned before no problem (cleaner with A1 Carpets had removed all stains including urine, had made my carpets look brand new). Very frustrating every time I see it. Maybe steam cleaning doesn't have as good a result as regular carpet cleaning - I hadn't tried steam before so that might be an issue, I don't know but I'm very unhappy with the results. ------------- EDIT to reply to owner: 1. Owner NEVER stated stains on carpet would not be removed when he arrived and looked at them. That was the only reason for hiring him to clean the carpets. Why else would we proceed to a) leave the stains b) permanently discolor them c) bleach/remove coloring throughout. 2. I told you several times the lightly powdered product on the carpet is food grade Diatomaceous Earth which is like talcum powder and safe for carpets/ingesting. No way that bleached and discolored my carpets. You were aware of the product before/after your work. 3. Very strong cleaning agent odors - you can come over tonight and you can still smell it. I had hired you for steam cleaning and I don't know if you did something else considering the strong chemicals a) that smell b) that must have been used to discolor/bleach a carpet. 4. Every single stain in my bedroom carpet is still there (I had used the same harmless powder there as I have pictures of - obviously no chemicals used there, odor is not strong like on the stairs yet every single stain exactly as before and not removed). 5. I told you I get home at 6:30pm from work on Monday you never showed up. 6. I see other reviewers have stated their stains didn't come out and see that almost all the pictures have been posted by the owner himself with the dissatisfied customer pictures hard to find in them. 7. I did not hire to a) not remove stains b) turn stains pinkish discolored big blobs c) bleach/discolor throughout. Again, I have lots of before/after pictures. I've hired A1 carpet cleaning before and they made my carpets look and feel brand new. Now my 2 year old carpet is discolored, rough, smells of chemicals. read more

My experience with Henry was more than perfect. I had a bathroom leak that damaged my living room floors and the garage ceiling: water damage. Henry first asked for pictures of the damaged through text and he immediately afterwards called me on the phone and walked me through what needs to be done that same night. Henry and his wife then came over the next day to look at the damage in person and started out the dry out. He was very patient and not only answered all my questions, but also always added more details in every response he gave me to make sure I had the whole picture and all the information.
