At the time of final payment, I felt the owner's tone was unnecessarily confrontational when he said I had not submitted payment quickly enough. I did not appreciate how the situation was handled. He also stated that providing customers with photos was not something the company normally does, even though I had specifically been promised regular photo updates. Based on the lack of communication and my overall customer-service experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this vendor.

Since I have a sail shade next to the gutter, the hardware creates some friction to the old gutter. Israel nicely put in a metal patch, protecting the new gutter. After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. I can tell even my project is considered a small project to them, they took their time and installed the gutter professionally and paid attention to small details.
