Guy showed up on time and offered an affordable rate for 2 rugs with a deep clean. I had a carpet with some set-in pet stains and had asked if it would be possible to get them out- he said yes. This was my main reason for hiring a professional. Unfortunately, while the carpet overall did get clean (as he brought his industrial steamer), the stains and smell did not improve. I am aware that sometimes, stains are too set in, but I hired a professional to either advise me as such beforehand or not make a promise that they could be removed. After-the-fact, he said the fiber color had been changed. I asked if he had any special chemicals to remove them. He responded with "no" and recommended I put a plant over it... In sum, if you just need the carpets cleaned but no stain removal, Guy will do a fine job. read more

Just a heads up when the carpet dried, the stains I wanted removed seemed to still be visible. Large dark spot on my light carpet. So I guess don't buy the basic cleaning if you have stains you want completely removed. Just a heads up. read more

Guy did a great job. He was efficient, friendly, and professional and also gave me a very reasonable price. I was mainly looking for someone to help me get rid of pet odors and was very pleased with the outcome. The office staff (Sophie) was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This company is AMAZING! I found them on Groupon which is always tricky when you need services ASAP. Not only were they able to accommodate my tight schedule, they were able to come a day earlier. The woman that answered my call was lovely! Upbeat, professional and very accommodating! She gave me a 2 hour window 3-5pm, which was fabulous! The day of the services she gave me a call to give me a heads up to when the were arriving. The arrived promptly and were kind and professional. Now the carpets: They were FILTHY and within 45 minutes they looked like new! It was incredible. Guy, the cleaner explained what and when the carpet would be dry and to wear bare feet or socks. That was super super helpful as the carpet area were in bedrooms and heavy traffic areas. Nadav, his assistant even showed me the water and how much they had cleaned. Here is one of the best parts; it's safe for pets. That's why they call it GA Green. They are Environmentally friendly. I seriously could not be happier. Wow terrific service. I needed my sectional cleaned but ended up having them do my armchair and area rug because their prices are far and away better than others. However their work and service is outstanding. Guy showed me the water after my sofa. Wow I had no idea how dirty it was and now it's so clean. Once it's dry I'll upload a photo. Also I opted for the green cleaner which you should upgrade to as it's an inexpensive option worth the benefits. Also just a very nice father and son operation. Very pleasant. read more

I booked to get the carpet and rug cleaned through serviz.com and had the worst experience ever! However, guy came in and made my day so much better. He was very friendly and was more than happy to help me out with anything. I recommend booking an appointment direclty not through serviz.com. I have never had a better carpet cleaning experience. My carpet looks brand new. Guy, my carpet cleaner, did an absolutely fantastic job. He was so friendly and helped me move my rug underneath my heavy bed. It took us about 15 minutes and he was so patient and lifted it up and down 20 times, if not more. Terrible company, do not use. They try to get your money in anyway they can. They will quote you one price and then get to your location and tell you that their "regular" cleaning will not work and have to pay almost triple the amount. Stay away. read more

Hi, so if I could rate the carpet cleaner, Guy, he would get 5 stars. He's professional, friendly, and VERY good at what he does. The interactions I had with the company were timely, very quick, and again, I would say professional and eager to meet my needs. My only complaint was the quote, and frankly it was probably partially my fault, but if you choose this carpet cleaning company, it may be best for them to come on-site to give you a quote. I was quoted an amount via yelp communication, but wasn't asked what type of carpeting it was - nor the exact measurements but I expected that to vary the price. What I wasn't expecting was the fact it needed to be deep cleaned rather than the other type of cleaning which I was quoted. There was no mention of the possibility of it being a higher price based on the type of cleaning. Also, I was quoted a price, but it wasn't clear if it was the total price or per carpet. When Guy arrived, I should have asked what the quote would be prior to his cleaning it - again my fault. So what I thought would be a $100 job for something similar i had done before with another company turned out to be $300. i take responsibility for my part but I also do feel the business needs to take some ownership on their part as well. read more

I hired Lions and they did some work to try to mitigate, but said that it would be a problem down the line. Down the line arrived and I called Lions back when my AC was dripping excessive water. Turns out it was toast and needed replacement. I got a quote for replacement from them quickly. I shopped around and theirs was a little higher than others (5-10%ish) but I felt they had a very thorough quote that explained every step they would do, so I went with them. For the install, it was easy/quick to schedule. They told me it would take 3 days. Lions sent their subcontractors who did a really good job. It took the full 3 days to do the full install, and they were quiet, efficient, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They did not damage my paint or walls at all. During the work, they determined there would be incremental work needed to make the system work more efficiently. They ran everything by me and asked permission before, and quoted me the incremental costs. In the end, I felt like it was the right thing to do. They spent time making new vents and ductwork for me for what seems like a very small incremental price for the amount of work. At the end, I asked them to walk me through all the work on video to explain the system which they obliged happily. One note is that my building HOA is very strict about going on the roof and doing installs to avoid damage to void the roof warranty. The roofers said they would charge me an egregious amount to supervise the HVAC guys to make sure it was done right. Instead, I got permission from my HOA not to bring the roofers as long as Lions did not damage or modify the roof. I explained this to them and they did a perfect job reusing the old mounts so no roof modifications were needed, saving me some liability. In the end, the new AC unit works very efficiently quietly and has new features to prevent the same problems my last one had. New AC will burn a hole in your pocket no matter what, but I'm glad I had it done well by Lions.

I was very skeptical about using a carpet cleaning company again... the company that I used before said that they would take care of my and make sure I was a happy trooper when they finished the job...well how disappointed I was that their deep cleaning service did not meet my expectations...they couldn't get all the spots up out my carpet...however years later it was time for me to get it cleaned again , called GA Green Clean and of course the promises were made that they could get my carpet clean and looking brand new...well to my great surprise they came through with flying colors and had my carpet looking brand new...extremely satisfied with there carpet cleaning service and well be using them again for sure read more

I have used a many other carpet cleaning companies to clean my low pile designed carpet. I don't know what GA Green Clean puts in their water but my carpet stands tall and not just for the first few days but forever. I even had an area rug done as well and my friends where like you carpet look so tall and defined. I won't use anyone else anymore. read more
