The place itself looks like an old Irish pub inside and out. The service was excellent and the food was very good. Not to mention the beer was great too. You order at the bar and they bring it to you when it's ready. Here's what we got: -Fiction red blend -Anomaly saison -Peant Butter Publican peanut butter brown ale -Barbecued carrots -Fish & chips We hardly waited long at all before everything was ready. The fish was HUGE and pretty tasty. My lady loved the carrots especially. We would certainly stop by here again.

I do wish I had ordered my burger medium or even medium well...... the well done burger made it lack flavor. I love how fresh the lettuce and tomatoes were!!! The tots were slightly too overcooked for me but as you can see they gave me a ton of them! I didn't eat them all. The prices here are very reasonable so that's a PLUS. I didn't stay long after I finished my food so I didn't get a chance to really explore the space. I do plan to return here at some point!

With an adjoining gay bar that shares a smoking patio, the hostility and homophobia that permeate that establishment whose bartenders refused to diffuse a situation of a group of Irish homophobes objecting to me dancing in a corner, assuming I was trying to get their attention and preceding to threaten to "beat my ass." In this day and age, with the biggest mass shooting occurring a week before and since they adjoin a gay establishment, it baffles me this still occurs. What is even worse is that a stable lesbian patron tried to diffuse the situation who didn't witness it but said that they are a private establishment and to respect that. This situation required the bartender at Crossings, who handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, had to lock the door from their establishment. Mind you I witnessed two straight people practically fornicating on Crossings patio which turned into a threesome with another girl and then another guy joined as well. My response was love is love and good for them which garnered applause from all four. Now the same should be reciprocated for the other team!!!!!! read more

I was over on holidays in lexington recently from Ireland. This pub caught my eye as is was located in the heart of the down town area.Being Irish I didn`t think that I would find any place that could serve a pint of Guinness as good or even better then I would find back home,but Molly Brookes managed to pull it off.The staff were a mixture of american and Irish.Even got talking to a barman from county clare. The best Irish bar in Lexington, no doubt. And one of the only authentic ones. Great draft selection, bottle selection, and mixed drinks. Bartenders are always friendly and know what they're doing.
