Molly Maids just cancelled on us for our Spring Hill house move-out cleaning service. I do not recommend relying upon Molly Maids ever!! I have been in contact with them via phone and text message for over a week. They have my debit card number and key pad entry for the house. Molly Maid has been kind, but certainly not punctual which has a been irritating. However, the reason I'm writing this review is because of an actively unsafe action they took last week. I had my dog in my upstairs room, and left explicit directions that the upstairs not be cleaned. I was shocked when I arrived home and found that the room my dog was in had been cleaned. I feel that entering a room with a closed door and a dog in it is very unsafe, especially when I had specifically told them not to go upstairs. Fortunately, it appeared that nothing happened, but I think pet owners should be aware of this action. Surely this was covered in an orientation or training, and could be considered common sense- it is a blatant disregard of the safety of the maids and my dog. read more

This service works well with my schedule and usually goes out of their way to do a decent job.

Complete waste of time and money. We contracted for cleaning as we listed our home for sale following renters moving out. They were late and did not complete the job. They even went as far as removing a shelf from the fridge and hiding it under the sink rather than clean it. We immediately called to provide feedback within the 24 hour satisfaction period. A manager committed to someone coming back to correct the issue, giving us a call back and providing a refund. None of the above occurred and they proceeded to bill us in full and have not returned numerous calls. Hundreds of dollars wasted for zero results. Completely unacceptable, take your business elsewhere! read more

I first signed on Molly Maid in 2005 and have been with the company ever since. Over the years, we've been visited by lots of teams. Some were very good and others were just OK. Over all those years, a few losers in Molly Maids clothing somehow manged get in our home. Our present Molly Maids are Abby and Makayla- Route 11. They are hard working, cheerful, conscientious workers and always leave our home sparking clean. We look forward to their arrival and their five star cleaning job. read more

I hate to write a bad review because the two girls did work the whole time. The issue is a lack of attention to detail. I had to ask them to go over areas a second time, the blinds in the kitchen were not done as well as many other areas and streaks were left all over the floors from the unclean mop. They also had to borrow our vacuum because theirs didn't work. Furthermore, the angel in our nativity is broken. My parents think it happened during the cleaning. My aging parents have a large house and this was my Christmas gift to them. It was a bit more than I would spend - $350 and for that price, I wanted a more thorough cleaning. read more

I hired Molly Maids to clean the home I just purchased. When I called to initially make the appointment I told the lady on the phone I needed a top to bottom cleaning. She said no problem. The home is empty. Two ladies showed up. I asked that they clean all appliances, windows and bathrooms among the normal cleaning chores. I told them I was going out to do a few chores and to text or call me when they were almost finished so I could come back and lock my doors. About 3 hours later I returned thinking they would still be there since I did not receive any call or text. They were not there when I got back. They left my door unlocked, which they could have just turned the lock on the door knob from the inside before they left. I was not happy with the cleaning service at all. The microwave, the oven, the fridge, the windows, and the ceiling fans were not touched. I could not tell if they cleaned the tub or shower, but the toilet bowls were still filthy. I called to complain and all they could offer was for someone else to come out and finish the areas they didn't get to. I replied they did not get to anything. I'm not sure what they did besides sweep the floors, and I had painters coming out and the whole point was to have the home cleaned before the painters arrived, and she just said sorry but no refunds. My husband and I work at the hospital as respiratory therapist and are very busy and stressed from the pandemic, we had no extra time which is why I spent the money I didn't have for the cleaning service. So I paid for the cleaning service and had to spend the rest of the day and night cleaning it myself. Needless to say my experience was as awful as awful could get. read more

Scheduling was easy and they accommodated my need to have a deep clean done within a few days. Communication was good, email and phone; emails and phone calls to confirm appointment, call from cleaners to let me know what time they will be there, and so on. Cleaners arrived on time and were nice and courteous. That is where all the good things end. They spent 2 hours doing what was supposed to be a deep clean in a house that was completely empty. However what I got was merely a wipe-down. On the surface, things looked okay but on further inspection, things were not deeply cleaned. Toilet bowls still had gunk under the toilet rim and finger prints on the tank/bowl. The kitchen counters still dirty (another wipe down I did revealed a very dirty paper towel). Bathroom floors (vinyl) still dirty. Doesn't look like they used corner/edge tools when they vacuumed. Doesn't really look like they used any cleaning agents, just water, if that. Overall was very disappointed in their service and even spoke with the GM of this location. She offered to send another crew out to finish what the others didn't do but that was going to take additional time out of my day for something they should have done right in the first place. She did offer a mere $25 discount. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because of initial contact. In other words, customer service was good (4-5 stars) but cleaning service was a 1 at best. If 0 stars was an option that is what the cleaning service would be rated. Very disappointed in what I got. read more

I wish I could give the Franklin location a Zero. Hired them for a deep cleaning of floor boards, walls, oven, refrigerator, windows and blinds. Everything was still dirty! I wouldn't hire them to clean the toilet-literally. A waste of money and they shouldn't even be in business. Never again! read more

Awful customer service. The last team that came out to clean our house did not clean our floors, toilets, or my daughter's bathtub. On top of all of that, the crew dumped coffee out right in the middle of our driveway on their way out of the house. I called to see if we could get a refund for the cleaning today and they said they would send the same crew back out to clean the house and they could not give me a refund. I told them, that was unacceptable and asked for a refund again, only to be put on hold and then given an offer of $25 dollars off the service. This was after the week prior where another cleaning crew proceeded to rip one of our toilet paper holders in our master bath completely out of the wall. I proceeded to tell them to cancel our service all together and the response was "OK", followed by the person hanging the phone up on me. For anyone considering signing up with Molly Maid, I would look for another cleaning company. read more

After many months of discussing the difference between cleaning and simply swishing the dirt around, I gave up. The dust on one of my chairs was so thick it looked like talcum powder. I talked to the cleaning girl four times, her team leader four times and then with Molly Maid management. I even sent a picture. It didn't make any difference. read more

We advise you to not use these awful services. My daughter resides in TN and is moving into her condo. She needed some deep cleaning. This is what she experienced when Molly Maid arrived: 1) Bad Attitudes by Cleaning Crew (1 young female talking back disrespectfully and on her cell phone entire time. 2) They were using the dirty rags after cleaning toilet to clean other areas in house. When cleaning bathroom no bleach at all to kill germs. 3) Fans not dusted. 4) Baseboards not cleaned. 5) Floors, countertops and windows still duaty and dirty and not touched at all. 6) Substandard cleaning and you will not be pleased, 7) They conducted a QC to find out exactly what we said is true but still wanted to charge us $100.00 They charge $80 an hour and they completed the lousy job in one hour and a half. Just poor work and poor customer service. They are not trained to standard and the Molly Maids in KY provides the same lousy work. They cannot clean and should close this awful business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SUBSTANDARD BUSINESS. read more

We are so disappointed in Molly Maids! The first cleaning was great, but from then on they skipped areas, did not clean the tubs, and even though they were scheduled for 1pm they were habitually late. There were times I would come home from work at 4pm and they would have not been by yet. My family and I would have to leave and go hang out somewhere for a while waiting for the cleaning people to show up. This last visit I believe they were running so late that they only vacuumed, emptied the trash, and changed our sheets. I called to complain that our house had not even been dusted, but had to leave a message in which I also told them to cancel my service. Now, three days later I got a call back saying they were sorry and would put my key in the mail. There was no offer to remedy the problem, redo the cleaning, or just refund the money. I was told by a co-worker that he had tried Molly Maids and was extremely disappointed, I should have taken his advise and not have wasted my money! read more
