Called for service on furnace due to noise. They came out checked said something was in fan area…read morecleaned it out. Also checked my capacitor and suggested I replaced it due to it not running at full compacity which I did(obvious up charge). They gave me quotes for a few different options to do like replacing whole unit, cleaning ducts, replacing fan etc. I said I'll have to talk it over. Called a couple weeks later to find out the price again. They wanted to charge me another service fee so they could come out again to tell me the quotes from prior visit. On top of another service fee for the service when they do the replacing of part. So up to 3-4 service fees for one issue that they did not resolve. At $100 dollars a pop not including anything else.

You are right I am not a expert in heating and cooling that is not my profession. I hired another company turns out there was a leak in the fiberglass tape that caused the issue. Ron's heating blamed the builders saying not enough insulation or etc. Well you're wrong. You guys come to my house for 10 minutes . Yes it's on camera you can say different but it shows when you stepped in the doors and drove off. Total 12 minutes. You guys want to charge me a diagnostic fee FOR WHAT? You guys didn't diagnostic the issue another company did within 30 minutes. Get a second opinion before hiring this company because they are a one sided company and that side only Benefits them. I have my newborn room with improper heat coming into the room. It's 61 degrees when the house is set to 70 degrees and they blame the builders when it was due to their issue that they didn't even diagnose another company did. JOKE of a company. I tried paying the diagnostic fee that I honestly shouldn't because they rushed and didn't even spend the time to figure out the cause. They wanted to charge me a 3% fee for a debit card. Then they tried to charging me for a visit the the prior owner did and never collected on me. The owner wife was trying to pull a fast one on me then said ohh sorry I didn't realize it was a different name. Luckily I asked my total before providing my debit card number
