The owner came to our house dissapeared for close to 45 min downstairs with another guy, and as all our secuirty shows no one went to check outside the unit.. He said when they were done,the outcome said id need a new compressor, which was around 2 thousand , i said no thank you,, and he said ok it will just be the 95 for the visit i said im not paying a thing, your staff told me it was no obligation, so im not paying i showed him the door. well it comes to find out i called another placed and the total to fix the issue was 180.00 running now like a champ.. unfortunately the issues dont end there. i was so taken back for the bait and switch i called them and said take my name off the lists.
