He has great abilities around HVAC & Plumbing - we have had him help us with both. The first time he helped us with a burst pipe in Jan 2019. He was very quick and very with great work to get our water turned back on. Then we uncovered a couple more burst pipes and he came out the same week to fix us again even though he was very busy with a lot of winter weather casualties. Once we found out he did HVAC work too, we had him look out our equipment - which is a mess. And he found a cost effective way to improve our heating just by adding a couple strategic registers. Honestly, he created a game changer, and bought us more time to fix our HVAC later. Then today, he came within a couple days of calling him for a non-emergency to fix some bathroom plumbing and an outdoor water valve. Very affordable, very responsible, and great service. We have a 50 year old home, so contractors are regular visitors... Jay is the only repeat contractor we will let come back into our house. I recently just moved to the area from out of state and didn't have a HVAC service I can trust. My heat went out and didn't know where to turn. I found Even Flow and I'm glad I did! Jay responded promptly and professionally. Within a short period of time he was able to determine what the issue was and make the repair. The furnace in "my" new house is old but because of the overall condition Jay did not try to sell me on a new one. Ben and Jay are the best of the best!! Always accomodating, always giving prompt and thorough care for all my heating and plumbing situations. I have an older home and the plumbing is very challenging. Ben came out today and went above and beyond to explain what was happeing as well as what he was doing to fix it, and prevent it from happening again. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. i had a furnace problem and tried to fix it myself. After no success I called Jay at 8:30 pm. He answered and tried to help me over the phone and tried to tell me things I could try to save money and do it myself. I thought that was pretty nice of him and felt comfortable that he was a fair and helpful guy. He was able to fit us in for the next morning. He came out right when he said he would. He took his time finding the problem and fixed it with a good price. He didn't try to sell us a new furnace or anything else we didn't need. Jay is a very honest and knowledgeable. He came out to fix my furnace that wasn't working when it was -20 outside. I called him first thing the morning and he immediately went to the supply shop to get the broken part and come by the house to fix the furnace. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and cleaned everything out for us. He could have easily over charged us for the call during the extreme cold but instead he went over and beyond to fix our problem at a fair price. Highly recommend!!! Hot water return pipe burst on a Friday night after 5:30 and I called a couple of plumbers because the wife was pushing me to find someone fast. Judy was my first line of communication, and was all over this when I called. she was the only one to call back numerous times to give me a technicians status upon arrival.
