I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.

Dropped her off at 8:00 & picked her up at 11:30. She looked absolutely adorable!! Angela did an excellent job & got what I wanted with her "puppy" cut. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get the other two in. They were done by someone else (can't remember her name), but also cut & groomed exactly how I like them! Upon complaint to the owner, she suggested we take the dog to the vet because she "didn't cut him, he has a skin condition because you neglect him!" We immediately took him to the vet who rolled her eyes and said "this skin condition is called RAZOR BURN from shears!" He now has to use cream for his "wounds" as the vet said. For that alone, we'd give them another shot, even if the grooming hadn't been top notch...but it really WAS! His nails were so long this time that we figured we'd have to bring him back several times before they were back where they needed to be. They not only clipped them to the perfect length, but also filed them smooth. He smells wonderful and wasn't itchy like he has been after some other washes at other places. I highly recommend them for your fur babies. They do a great job!
