These are reasons you should use Molly's for day boarding, long-term boarding or grooming…read more - It's the only place I've found where I know my dog-son will be as cared for as being at home with me. You get charged extra if your dog has a little mat. The mobile groomer has a travel fee and if you have two dogs at one house, you get double charged. This was my first time with this company and my dog ended up with severe razor burn around his bottom. I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.
