The place was super cute but the jasmine milk tea was ok. I got a hot and cold jasmine milk tea and they were both lacking in flavor. I will come again to try the jasmine milktea snow and maybe the other flavors. Got pictures of the cute pins that they have.

I've always been a fan of Molly Tea and have enjoyed their drinks at other locations, so I was excited to stop by the Cupertino store on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. The tea tasted much bland, lacking the rich tea aroma and flavor that other Molly Tea has. I ordered one of my usual drinks, so I had a good point of comparison, and the difference was noticeable. I hope this was just an off day, but based on this experience, the quality at the Cupertino location didn't live up to the standard. U can do better for a premium tea shop.

first time here. place is quite spacious and clean. service is quite fast and staffs are just ok. anyway, for the drinks: * premium jasmine citrus: i will say it is just ok, just like regular tea with a touch of lemon * pistachio white champaca coconut: the pistachio cream is good, sweetness is just right. the tea is ok but the touch of coconut needs a bit stronger, i think anyway, i will give three stars at this time. i also wonder if you can make the cup bigger though, just a thought...

I am not too sure about the hype around this place, however, it must be given the cuteness and ambience. As with other Yelpers, this location is actually quite inconvenient as there are about six spaces available for an otherwise very popular boba shop. So depending on your luck, you may need to wait around until a spot opens up. Others have reported parking elsewhere and walking over. On a Wednesday mid afternoon, this place was packed. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. My drink took perhaps about 10 minutes to be served up. I wasn't impressed by my oolong milk tea drink. It is really my test as a comparison with the plethora of boba places around the Bay. And for that, I most likely will not be returning anytime soon.

Big fan of Molly Tea.. I got the snowy peach, my wife got the snowy jasmine and my son got the premium jasmine. They were all really good and I also liked the restaurant style. Didn't really interact much with people working there since you order via touchscreen so can't comment on the service. If I'm in the area I'm definitely going again.

I've really been wanting to try Molly Tea, especially after hearing many of their other locations were closing down or going through rebrands, etc. The Bay Area stores are unaffected, but I didn't want to miss my chance so I came here right when they opened on the weekend. Parking is super limited, but we snagged a spot in their very small lot. Ordering on the kiosk super easy and I downloaded their app to get a dollar off my first drink. Plenty of seating inside but I could imagine it gets quite crowded inside quickly! The service was also really quick and my drink came out within 5-ish minutes! I got the snowy jasmine and honestly it was fine but nothing to rave about. The jasmine tea tasted quite mild and watered down and the jasmine whipped cream was really good but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it again.

First off, we love Molly Tea's Jasmine milk teas and have always ordered from either the Sunnyvale/San Mateo locations and we really enjoyed it. We enjoys drinking it so much that we have to get 2 each for our kids and 3 each for us adults every single time!! On Monday, we were near this Cupertino location so decided to order 10 drinks, nothing complicated, just 9 premium jasmine milk teas & 1 snowy jasmine. Horrible mistake!!! The jasmine milk teas had almost no tea taste, straight up water & some milk. Even my 8 yr old said it tastes like melted ice and milk. The whipped cream in the snowy jasmine was just so thick and had no jasmine taste. We also tried boba in one of the drinks and another bad decision, boba was like soggy and felt nasty. It's wasn't even a lot of boba added either. The service was ok-ish? The at first handed me the wrong order? One bag. I had to ask her this is 10 drinks? And she then checked the others and proceeds to hand me the other bag from opposite side. I had to ask again like that's my 10 drinks? I had to stop her and requested for my drinks to be packed in 2 bags bcas no way I am driving with drinks stacked up and risking my car getting drenched in milk teas. While the young lady was packing the other drinks into the second bag, the guy came over to her and told her to go so something else so he finished bagging the drinks and gave me that second bag only. I had to ask him for my other bag... And he didn't even pack me any big boba straws!! Lucky I checked and grabbed one. Anyhow, I really hope someone looks into the quality of the teas ASAP!

Molly Tea is a hyped up boba shop across the street from Main Street Cupertino. The store is relatively clean but can get very crowded. The drinks are kind of expensive but the quality does not reflect the price point. The boba was really soft and more like a paste than a tapioca ball. The matcha was just mediocre (low grade probably about the same as the Costco bag). Service is kinda slow. I don't understand the hype or the popularity.

Molly Tea has become one of my go to places for milk tea. I used to go to the one in Sunnyvale and that parking lot is so small and crazy sometimes. I'm so happy that they opened this Cupertino location. Parking lot still sucks, but you can park in the neighborhood and walk. I usually get the jasmine oat milk tea at 50% sweet. I love that you can taste the jasmine tea and the oat milk is not overpowering. The jasmine mango coconut is also good and refreshing. It reminds me of the mango one at heytea. Service can vary depending on the day, but there are plenty of seats inside for you to sit down and wait. I usually like to order online and pick it up. Overall, highly recommend Molly tea. I can't wait for the Santa Clara location to open soon!

Mehh.. Not my cup of tea. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing? I got the matcha jasmine salted cheese and it wasn't great. Overhyped imo. But then again I'm not an avid tea drinker. The matcha was subtle. More milky. Tea flavor was ok. I wouldn't say it's my fave. At least I got to try. Packaging was nice tho. A cover for the foam part if you take it to-go. I like TP Tea more if I had to drink milk tea. Service was crazy busy. Luckily I ordered ahead to save some time. Ambiance was lively, interior is super bright. So packed and limited parking nearby.

First time trying Molly Tea. Seen the wait at the Sunnyvale location before...the Cupertino one seemed a bit shorter, but still pretty long. Two of us ordered: snowy jasmine with boba $8.98 premium jasmine iced tea with boba $5.58 Only two self-order kiosks which makes it a bit inefficient in ordering and lines clog the shop inside. Limited parking in the lot. Had to park on the street a few blocks down. two kiosks Not worth the wait...smells nice inside, but drinks were far from good...boba was not cooked well.

The jasmine whipped cream with pecan is by far the best item on their menu. I could have it by itself. Molly Tea has very strong floral notes and is definitely on the less sweet side, which I like. They recommend ordering above 70% sweetness if you want it more sweet. We've ordered it for delivery a few times and the packaging itself seems over-the-top secure. The lot at this location is small and I'd recommend find parking on the street.

I don't get the hype T^T this is third go at Molly tea, got all the different types of milk tea plus the jasmine whipped cream. The floral taste is nice, but tea is the wrong word to describe it. They're more like flower water, everything a bit watered down. We tried the oolong milk tea mixes and it definitely is better but to be honest, heytea is even better. Also, both this location and the one in Sunnyvale have tiny parking lots so always need to find parking elsewhere.

I ordered the Yumberry Yogurt Drink, Peach Gum Drink, and Grape Yogurt Drink. I got all of them at 30% sweetness, and they were still pretty sweet, so I'd recommend ordering them with even less sugar if you prefer drinks that aren't overly sweet. Even though they're always busy with orders, it wasn't crowded inside. I was able to find a seat since most people just grab their drinks and leave. The drinks are very fruit-forward and taste incredibly fresh and high quality. If you enjoy fruity drinks, this place is definitely worth trying. My favorite was the Yumberry Yogurt Drink because it was so unique--I've never had anything quite like it before. It reminded me a bit of a mulberry drink with a creamy yogurt twist, and I'd definitely order it again.
