Rose tea lounge is one of my favorite stops! However the prices are a bit costly so it's a definitely a treat to ourselves! My husband and I love the ambiance inside, it smells so good and it's always clean and cutely decorated. They have one kiosk, and there's not always someone available to take your orders because they're focused on making drinks. Which makes sense if they're busy! I truly love their fruit drinks! Strawberry Heaven is my to -go!! Adding in lychee bits (not the bites/ stars) was the best decision I ever made lol my husband loves their mango tango As for coffee Creme Brulee Boba Latte is our favorite ! This only comes in a smaller size but if you get Black Sugar Boba Latte and add xreme brûlée it's technically a larger version but $$ it'll cost you, I think it comes out to $9-10 (like I said treat) We do like the curry pizza right next to it as well! I've been here a few times, my favorite thing to get is the tie guan yin oolong milk tea. Unfortunately, they were out on at least 3 occasions that I went. The Assam black milk tea is alo very good. I love that you get to have the actual tea flavor and the milk doesn't wash out the taste like some other boba spots. They have a very aesthetic shop with a good amount of seating. There is a small parking lot that they share with starbird and curry pizza house. Personally, I prefer to walk here. Service is quick as well. We got the marble matcha on our last visit, which is incredible aesthetic and tasty. The cream took some manuevering to mix it. Definitely my go to boba spot in the area! read more

I got the Matcha Latte with 75% sugar, no ice and Oatly oat milk. I love that you can adjust the sugar, ice and milk options with the boba here! The matcha itself was delicious and is ceremonial grade matcha. I found it to be on the sweeter side with 75% (I usually go for less sugar around 25%), but if you enjoy slightly sweeter matcha lattes, I recommend 75%. I was surprised there were no passion fruit seeds (there was literally 1), nor apple slices (as advertised). When drinking the drink it tastes more syrupy than a refreshing fruit flavor. I'm not sure if its just this location or overall cutbacks but a little surprised this drink was missing those ingredients . I ordered the Tie Guan Yin and Da Hong Pao milk tea at 25% sweetness. The Tie Guan Yin has a light roasty taste to its similar hojicha but lighter. The Da Hong Pao has a bit of a nutty taste to me. The tea was a bit watered down for both of them, but the flavor was good if you like your tea on the lighter side. For me I wished it was a bit stronger. Unfortunately mouthfeel isn't very creamy, which was a bit of surprise since they use Straus milk is known for the rich and creaminess. Their Fremont location is pretty good the last time I had it. There were also a few seats outside, but no heat lamp for after the sun sets. It was also very odd that they didn't have anywhere to order with a staff member at all (most places have both options so staff can help out when it gets busy), so you don't interact with staff at all except when they call out your order number when your drink is ready. And there was also only a single self-ordering kiosk which meant the line to order took quite a while. Overall, they have an interesting selection of drinks, I would come back to try a few specialty options that not every place has. This time around I got the dirty boba matcha latte, which was just a matcha latte with boba. It was tasty and not too sweet, but with a good matcha flavor. One of the best milk tea shops in the bay area! You can smell the tea in the air when you walk into the shop. Online ordering on their website via Toast made it very quick. You have the option to order in store from their ordering tablet. Overall, there is a strong tea taste for their tea drinks. All drinks come in a large size cup. You can adjust sugar (0% to 125%) and ice levels (less to extra) to your liking. Honey Gyokuro Green Milk Tea is a rich flavored green tea that has honey instead of cane sugar. Was a creamy drink where you could tell the difference regular green tea and gyokuro green tea. Gyokuro itself is tea that's grown in the shade, which results in a different flavor in comparison to regular green tea. The panna cotta is thick and holds its shape. It is similar to a pudding texture. For best distribution in the drink, it's best to have it detach from the bottom of the cup by flipping/shaking the cup before drinking. The aesthetics are the same as the other locations; there is a modern and minimalistic feel with prominent black and white tones around the shop. I ordered my favorite Matcha Marble, and my friend ordered the Strawberry Cloud Ice Blended. The Matcha Marble was creamy and had a strong matcha taste that I liked, as usual. My friend was not a fan of his drink at 75% sweetness, but he is willing to give this location another try! Rose Tea Lounge has come to Cupertino, and it is poppin'. My bf and I have gone to Rose Tea Lounge in Fremont, and I thought it was good then. My bf really wanted to go try it out again. The menu here is smaller than what they offer at the Fremont location. I'm assuming that they are getting their footing before adding more drinks to the menu. Mango Cloud (5/5) - My goodness, this drink is delicious! I actually wanted to try this drink when we went to the Fremont location, but I guess it was out of season then. If you love mango and this drink is in stock, definitely try it out! It has a good flavor with mango bits, and it's very creamy. Summer Melon (2/5) - I honestly didn't like this drink, but I don't really like fruit teas that much so take that with a grain of salt. Anyways, the drink is refreshing, but the flavor is very lacking and on the watery side. I just didn't think it was worth paying $6-7 for. Tie Guan Yin Oolong Milk Tea (4/5) - This drink is good, but it falls short from my favorite place for TGY. The drink just seems a bit on the watery side and is not as strong as I would like. I did get a chance to try black sugar boba with this drink, and it was super good. It's probably the best boba we've had in the area. Grape Cloud - I won't give this a rating since I don't like grape, but my bf loved this drink. Similar to the Mango Cloud, it's just very creamy, but with the grape flavor and bits. If you love grape, I would assume this drink would be a 5/5 for you. Since this place is new, it does get crowded sometimes. The interior of the place is really sleek & modern. We did get a chance during a not-so-busy-hour to just sit and chill inside which was really nice. The Panna cotta was a little bit more heavy than what I would have liked, the Matcha had a little bit more bitter flavor than also what I would have liked, the strawberry was OK. Wow, this is my new favorite spot for fruity drinks. Dayam. First time I came here, I tried their black sugar boba milk, hubs got the grape cloud, and my daughter got the grapefruit cloud. Mine was underwhelming (too watery? Not creamy), but the other two fruit ones were phenomenal. I was really surprised at how good the grape cloud was. Per other reviews warning about sweetness level, I got both at 50% and it was perfect. Got both with lychee jelly and thought the star-shaped bite sized lychee was so cute and unique! Also appreciate how generous they are with the fruit and jelly fillings. Second time around, we got the peach cloud and strawberry cloud; both at 50% sweetness. Strawberry was perfect but peach could have used 75% sweetness. Also got to try their peach ice cream--blown away with how light and creamy, yet perfectly sweet it was. First of all Parking was awesome! Plenty of space in the parking lot for this boba shop! Second of all the employees were very kind, friendly and quick ! I believe you can only order at the kiosk for this location but i went pretty late in the evening so I could be wrong. The place was so clean !! Our drinks were prepared quickly within 5 min and online ordering hasn't been enabled for this location so it would be great if they could add more ordering stations. For drinks we got the Tie Guan Yin Oolong Milk Tea (Dark Roasted Oolong) and Matcha Marble (Blended Matcha Freeze with Cream) and both were pretty good! I appreciated how the tea flavor really shined in the roasted oolong milk tea and the match freeze was nice as well but pretty heavy considering the cream which is more similar to a salted cheese than a pure whipped cream. We got both at 50% sweet which was perfect. There are a few spots inside and outside to sit and hang out but generally it's more of a take-out spot. It's a good alternative to boba shops in the area and we'll be back to try the fruit smoothies which were out of stock when we visited. read more

So excited to see a new Rose Tea Lounge in Cupertino. Saves us so much driving to Fremont! They are currently soft opening with limited hours (Thurs-Sun from 12-6pm). A peaceful flow of people without a crazy wait, which is nice. Parking is behind the lot and we really liked the outdoor furniture area - it's limited with two seating areas but it's well shaded and breezy. We ordered the Peach Cloud, Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea (25% sugar with honey boba) and the Ruby Black Milk Tea (25% sugar with honey boba). Our favorite is the Honey Gyokuro milk tea - imo, easily their BEST drink but it wasn't on the menu here unfortunately. A staff member told us that their menu here was going to a bit different than the Fremont location but I'm hopeful they'll eventually add the Honey Gyokuro given it's a more unique tea and SO good. Onto the review for the three drinks we actually ordered... Peach Cloud was good with a nice frosty texture (we got it without cheese foam) and tasted authentic with good fruit chunks. We got it at 25% and it actually did feel like 25% in terms of not being overly sweet. It was nice to have a lighter option that tasted very natural. Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea was also very good, our preference is for the sugar content to come from the boba topping and not the tea itself. The tea had nice, subtle flavor without added sugar and made the honey boba shine. Great balance of more natural (no sugary tea) with a pop of sugar in nicely chewy boba. Ruby Black Milk Tea was our least favorite, it felt just a tad off for us but it could simply be our preferences in tea base itself. Boba itself was equally good. Super cute and clean aesthetic with the marble table tops and walls! Not a whole lot of parking or seating. It seems more like a grab and go location. It looks very new but it was already running smoothly. Ordering is done on a tablet kiosk in the right and drinks picked up on the far left of the counter. This is also the most expensive boba drink I've purchased so far. I think it was around $8.50 for the Kyoto. But it was also very delicious and one of the best I've had in a long time! It is quality and worth the price. For me, 50% sugar was the perfect sweetness. The packaging and presentation were so pretty! I think Rose Tea Lounge will be successful even in an area already saturated with boba shops. I think I fell in love with them and wish there was a location closer to my town. Came here on a Monday afternoon after someone recommended this place. There was no line for ordering but there were a few groups sitting outside enjoying their drinks. The outdoor seats were really comfortable. You can order on the tablet on the right side of the counter. One thing my friend and I noticed while ordering was the heavy perfume smell, which only persisted in that corner. It didn't smell like a cleaning agent, but we weren't sure where it was coming from either. I got a matcha latte with 0% sugar, oat milk and a panna cotta topping and a tie guan yin oolong tea with 25% sugar. For the matcha latte, since the panna cotta topping was set on the bottom of the cup, you have to stir to break it up before drinking. I didn't do that at first so my first taste was just the panna cotta which clogged up my straw as well. It tasted sweet and had a bit of a coarser texture than expected, but still delicious nevertheless. It worked well with the bitterness of the matcha. For the tie guan yin oolong tea, I found that even with just 25% sugar, it was still quite sweet, but I usually prefer to not have a lot of sugar when drinking tea. Beautiful, lounge-like setting but limited seating. It's never been crowded when I've gone, and picking up drinks is quick, but they do take some time to make. Ordering, on the other hand can get to be a bit slow if there is a long line ahead as there's only one self-ordering kiosk. You don't interact with staff except when they call your number. Parking was easy since it's in a complex, which is always a plus. The real highlight here is the tea. Their green teas are super strong, floral, and fragrant which is definitely the best part. The honey gyokuro green milk tea is a must-try; I haven't seen it at any other boba shop. If you like bold, high-quality tea, this place delivers. Super cute interior but drinks are okay, I wouldn't get the matcha here since there's much better in Cupertino, but their other drinks are good. Friend ordered the oolong tea with jelly and I got a Thai iced tea with pandan jelly. My Thai milk tea felt too milky and though it tasted good, my stomach felt questionable after all of that milk (I went with the default house milk option.) Relatively new and upcoming chain, previously in Sacramento and Fremont (right off of Mission Blvd) but now is on Stevens Creek Blvd in Cupertino, in front of the Biltmore Apartments! Ample parking in the back, soft opening right now so menu is limited (no phoenix oolong or honey gyokuro milk tea sadly which are my favorite drinks), and hours are limited to 12-6 right now. Really good balance of tea and creative drinks, it resembles a mix of Omomo/Orobae from Irvine and def has a unique niche even in South Bay with their drinks as a result (you can't get gyokuro milk tea anywhere else or the phoenix oolong, even the Kyoto milk tea which is jasmine milk tea + matcha isnt easily found elsewhere here) Drinks are $6 w no toppings, up to $8 for some specials w boba, runs sweeter on avg so I'd recommend 50-75% if you don't like it as sweet Clean interior w room to sit, but this is a weekday lunch at the middle of the week so its empty rn as expected Self-order w workers focused on making drinks so not much to add for service, but overall smooth and fast (but again no lines at 1:30 pm on a wednesday) Edit: top notch service - turns out they mixed up my order with the order right before, but I already left with 3 drinks (since one in common was the same), they called me - had me come back to get the 2 correct drinks in the order and I got to keep the original 2 mixed up, shoutouts to the staff working hard to fix any mistakes especially during soft opening! read more

This Tea place is our latest find and very close to our home where we can just walk here. We both ordered the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea, it was done perfectly and so creamy and delicious. This place has a beautiful sitting area and nice place to just hang out to enjoy your tea. We'll definitely be back!!! read more

Inside, there's only one kiosk you can order to from and I believe that they could add more to lighten the load of that single kiosk. The menu screens were not on yet as it is still the soft opening, but it is clean and aesthetically pleasing. There are a couple tables inside and out. Drinks are amazing with higher quality boba (black sugar/honey/crystal). The Thai Tornado, Kyoto Milk Tea, and Summer Melon were great, but they were already out of the Mango Tango drink. The Thai Tornado was rich, creamy and still sweet at 50% sugar. Good if you're looking more for a dessert drink. The Summer Melon was very light and refreshing. The melon could be tasted, however, it also tasted very floral as if there were rose petals in it. The 25% sugar is also a good choice for this drink. Unlike the other locations, this location has yet to introduce food options, but it is still the soft opening. Overall, this place has higher quality tea drinks. read more
