Sun Moon Lake Milk Tea with Egg pudding
    Susan Z.

Fast and friendly service, decent milk tea but I prefer TP Tea's stronger tea. I got the Sun Moon Lake Tea and it was decent. Tea Top's egg pudding is great though! I can't wait to try more of their drinks and toppings.

I GREW UP GOING HERE SO I AM BIASED. I love their milk foam wintermelon but I messed up and tried to be healthy. I got it half sweet instead of the full like i normally do and it didnt taste as good. They have a decent amount of good drinks but i love wintermelon so much it has to be four stars

Tea Top is such a classic if you went to school in the cupertino area. I honestly haven't been back since high school. but I was pleasantly surprised. We got green tea with feng guo which is such a rare find as a topping. The feng guo here is better than Wanpo and TpTea. However, I prefer when it comes in bigger pieces like at Wanpo. I appreciate that they have honey as a sweetener option. I think the tea itself is great but TpTea and ChiCha has better green tea (but just marginally). Service was quick and the cups are super cute!

I came back with my boys for them to try this boba place. One got Mung Bean slushy while the other got milk tea with three toppings. I got my usual taro milk tea drink. Service was fast. There were tables inside that you can sit. Overall, I would come back and try a different drink if I want something different than taro.

The sugar level was just right for me, I got 30% sugar and it wasn't too sweet. I went on a weekday around lunch time so it was a little slow, but on the weekends I always see a lot of people here. The cashier was very friendly, they also have stamp cards for you to collect stamps and points.

This is a great no frills boba spot with good portions, quick service, and exclusive fenguo topping from Taiwan! It's a grab and go spot but there are tables for seating if you want to stop here. Go to is the signature green alpine milk tea, love the flavor!!

8 years later and am swinging through town so of course had to come to Tea Top to get my #9 grapefruit green tea with crushed ice! Just as delicious as i remembered. Must open a location in Henderson NV please!

    $7 Mango Slushy

Mango slushy tastes very artificial... it also has some weird syrup at the bottom. What the heck is this? This is like a kids Kool-aid drink?!? For $7, this should be made with real mangoes... or at least pieces of mango.

Amazing tea, great customer service. I was there on Labor Day Monday around 2 pm. The lady who was in the front helped me with my order was super sweet and nice. She let me check the tea for 3 brother earl grey to alpine green tea. The lady who made the tea in the back was super fast. The store is clean!

Earl grey with 3q. Less ice and 50% sweet
    Ryan R.

I got the earl grey with 3q milk tea. 50% sweet and less ice. Pretty yummy, but still a lil too sweet for me. I should try 30% and no sweet next time. Cashier was nice, and I got my drink fast. Place was a lil noisy 'cuz there was kids hanging out.

Service was quick! Milk foam was okay but the boba was bombbbb and the right texture. The sweetness wasn't too over the top. I typically would do 0% but here I would do 30%. Ambiance was cute with a giant boba drink structure. Would try again

This place was bookmarked for so long, and I finally got to try Tea Top this past weekend! It is located in a large shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking spots in the lot. Although, it does get quite busy since there is a Safeway & large dim sum Chinese restaurant in the same plaza. I decided to try the pearl milk tea here. I like how the pearls are smaller, it's more fun to eat! I do wish I lowered the sweetness. I got regular sweet and it was a little too sweet for my liking; I generally have a sweet tooth where I usually get 70-100% on my boba drinks (depending on the store), but I'd probably get 50% or even 30% here. Even though it was a little sweet, I'd still come back to try other drinks on the menu! The customer service was also really nice and I got my drink fairly quickly.

I'm looking forward to it! PLEASE MAKE IT FULL Good job and keep up the good work

Earl Grey 3Q, less ice, less sweet.

Ask the Community - Tea Top

Is it possible to order ahead for pickup?

yes! i would call 10-20 minutes before you pick it up. you pay when you enter the store.

Are there any non-dairy milk options? (E.g. soy milk for milk teas? Not fruit teas or regular green tea, black tea, etc?)

Can u add the milk foam on top of any drink or just those listed on the menu?

Most of the standard teas can add milk foam. If you want it on speciality drinks just ask beforehand , as some combinations might be overpowering.

What's the milk foam drink? whats a good non-tea drink here?

Milk foam is milk whipped to a shake like consistency , then poured on top of a drink. It is a little saltly. My favorite non tea drink is the fresh milk trifecta.

The only critique I have is the music being way too loud at times. It's NOT what type of music is playing, but purely the volume. When it's loud, people talk louder and it can occasionally be a little too loud to focus without headphones. Otherwise, I think I've found my new fav local coffee shop!

It wasn't crazy busy so it was easy to order through one of their two tablets and find a spot to sit. It is very spacious and filled with many tables, so even when busy you'll likely be able to find a spot. The menu is a bit messy to look at--there is a big menu hanging over the kiosks, another posted alongside where a line is formed, then the menu on the tablet kiosks themselves. It's a pretty big menu featuring primarily coffee-based drinks, matcha lattes, and a wide variety of food, so you'll likely find something appealing. I ordered their smoked salmon bagel (which rang up to about $16) and their matcha latte ($8); to be honest, neither were outstanding. The salmon and avocado in the bagel were great, but the bagel itself was a bit stale--for $16, it's a bit hard to swallow. The matcha was very milky, and there is another store offering better matcha drinks in the same plaza. I'll admit, though, it's a little on me for not picking coffee at a spot with "coffee" in the name. I will say, though, that the atmosphere in the main area is pretty good; the decor is understated but comfortable, and the lighting is good. The service is also solid--the servers are friendly and our order came out quickly. I will say that the bathroom feels ominous. Overall, it's a great spot to study; Big Mug is open late, has free Wi-Fi and a bathroom for customers, and offers both food and caffeinated drinks for longer study sessions. I feel that the prices vary widely for items but skew towards being too pricy for the quality, at least from my limited experience. I plan on coming back to give other items a try, but for now, it's not a favorite.

It was near 5pm. I walked in and the place was empty. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me. I asked for a strawberry smoothie, then walked around to survey all the baked goods. It's a small bakery with lots of trays of individually packaged cakes and pastries. The smell was very pleasant and comforting. Using a flat basket (or tray) I grabbed a few selections. I picked 2 "Heart Pies" that resembled my favorite French Butterfly Cookies. Also 2 pound cakes. The total rang up to just over $21. There's some small tables for enjoying your purchases there, but I took my items to go. The icy cold fruit smoothie was very good and very cold! Not too sweet, it had a natural strawberry taste. The Heart Pies were good and fresh. But the Pound Cakes were probably "day old." I noticed there's no dates or "best by" tags on the packages. It's a nice place to visit, and I will return again. Free parking in plaza lot.

Wisely, I checked Yelp reviews first because some deals can be too good to be true. It's hidden gem off El Camino and near Lawrence Expressway where those that know good Korean baking have this spot on their short list of preferred places. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pick up time and Korean grandma behind the counter was super pro, teaching me how to confirm check in and gave me a mixed bag of baked goods with/without fillings. If you like surprises, are omnivore & no special diets or food allergies, Too Good To Go is the way to explore. The items were in generic packaging without labels, so take a pic of the items you like so can order when visit next time. While my family enjoyed all the items, I really enjoyed the black sesame studded puffy rolls that I think were made with rice flour. There was a large group of older Asian ladies, including one who brought their lap dog, enjoying good conversations in their native language with their baked goods and tea or coffee. Another gentleman was taking a video call to help decide the best cake to buy. Will add this bake shop for a place to have a coffee meeting and to favorite in Too Good To Go.

We didn't go overly sweet because it was the morning, but I would love to come back in the afternoon to have a nice sweet treat and a cappuccino. For my family of three we definitely got over excited in order too much, but each bite was delicious. We got a leek quiche, a banana latte, spinach, artichoke danish, mango croissant, almond croissant, and a ham and cheese croissant. I was trying to increase the protein to not spike my blood sugar. Lol. I'd have to say the mango and the almond croissant were probably my favorite. The strong second would definitely be the artichoke and spinach croissant danish thing. Sorry, I forgot what they called it. They offered to heat it up a bit and I definitely recommend this. They did the perfect temperature for the perfect timing. Just enough to make the outside flaky and the inside warm and soft. The pieces that had cheeses were so much better warmed up. They definitely know what they're doing there. Seating was great. I'd love the decor. You can also order off of a menu, but we were too enamored with the actual pastries to even glance at it. I took photos but made sure to not take photos of the staff. I let the staff know that I wouldn't include their faces without their permission. they were very friendly and very appreciative. My family loved your little shop and we will definitely be back when we're in the area.
