We just got our second golden retriever puppy from Famn Damily Farm. We got our first a year and a…read morehalf ago. Both dogs are beautiful, incredibly healthy, and have been amazing additions to our family. And I really can't say enough good things about Famn Damily. I've been there twice now. With my family. In both cases we drove 240 miles to get there, just because we realized what a special place it is, and because we knew we didn't want to get our puppies from any place else. You set foot on the farm, and you see dogs that are truly living their best lives. They have so much space to run and play, they are so well cared for, and so loved, and so clearly happy!! And healthy. And the facilities that have been constructed for the dogs, that clearly took a great deal of time, money and effort to build, are very impressive. Melodie Hammond runs the farm. And she's amazing. I know that my future dogs will be golden retrievers, simply because I know I only want to get puppies from Melodie, from Famn Damily, and Golden retrievers are what she breeds. I had also signed up in advance for a 1:1 training (they require you pay in advance- it was $150) and decided to cancel. It took them more than a month to profess the refund and I had to email multiple times asking about it. Finally, I called them to talk to someone about this experience, but no one ever called me back. Not recommended.
