I was in desperate need of repairing my kitchen and powder room hardwood floors. A friend suggested I contact Molyneaux in Cranberry Twp., PA. The sales rep, Megan Baird, was so friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable about their products and services. She brought several samples to my home and, together, we selected a color that would match my kitchen cabinets perfectly. Within two weeks, my order arrived and was installed. The installers were professional, wore masks, and took their shoes off to enter my home. I am more than thrilled with the job they performed. They had both rooms completely done within three hours. They even cleaned up after themselves. I purchased a wide-plank, floating floor; and it has made my kitchen and powder room look absolutely beautiful. Megan also followed up after they were done completing the job, to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. We just had carpet installed last week in our living room, dining room hallway and stairs. This was a replacement for the carpet we had done by Molyneaux about 10 years ago. Candace our sales person was very good and listened to our concerns and was considerate of our time line. She measured the rooms and was able to have the installers put the pieces of carpet that was needed to be pieced together off to the sides of the room to avoid the main walking area of the carpet. The only issues we have are with the installation of the carpet around our stairs birdcage of the railing and the cleanup could have been more thorough. I called Candace about the stairs birdcage installation and she put a work order in to correct this issue. We are currently waiting for a call from Molyneaux to schedule the fix for our stairs. read more

Stopped in at Molyneux after having a bad experience with a box store. Waited on by Valerie. What a terrific experience. She was extremely knowledgeable. Showed us different price levels of carpets and kitchen flooring. She came to our home with numerous samples. What a difference that makes to see large samples in the different lights in your home. She explained pricing, installation, everything we will need. Didn't push us, gave us all our options. Ordered carpet for living room and flooring for kitchen. When it came time for installation, we were very pleased. Gentlemen were very professional, helpful, and skillful. Was an excellent experience. To start, I just want to commend Megan Baird on her performance! when you come to the front of my home there are literally 54 steps! Meghan was caring all of the samples like a trooper, I ask do you need help and she stated she was fine, wow what a team player. Megan showed us all of the wonderful colors and also gave her input on what matched our picks. showing up to the molyneaux facility was delightful, I was greeted immediately, and show the personnel what I wanted Megan to bring to my home, so me and my wife could pick our ceramic. I choose molyneaux because they've done our flooring in the past, and I liked the way the job was done. I plan on using them in the future for all my flooring needs! I was hesitant to do the "shop at home" service for my front entry stairs, but I was pleasantly surprised. Candace was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and worked to make the deal happen. She has a good eye for color and shares her opinions in a very helpful way. I wound up going with her suggestion and I am thrilled with how it turned out. The installers were great as well. We used Molyneaux a year ago and they did an excellent job replacing the carpeting in our home. They also replace some old vinyl floors in our kitchen with tile and they did and excellent job. Two months ago we got a bathroom pipe that broke and we got water damage in the upper floor, main floor and basement. A company took care of all the repair but we decided that we just wanted Molyneaux to replace the carpet. As the first time, they did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company. We chose Molyneaux because of their brand recognition and positive reviews. Our sales rep, Bill, was very nice and informative. The installers were courteous and did a good job moving our furniture with care. The carpet looked great, however there was a downside. Nails and staples were found left behind on the finished carpet. Also, the carpet track strip was protruding in some areas. Not good for a house with two young kids. We would use Molyneaux again if there is better attention to clean up and finishing. read more

She was very helpful about what type of carpeting would wear well, and she allowed me all the time I needed to choose a color and style. She also provided little extras, such as getting a sample of the carpet to me so that I could choose a paint color and giving me tips on how to clean the carpet.
