He spent over an hour trying to find the problem and said he was available if it came up again. Sure enough it did the next day and he grabbed the part and fixed the issue. This is the first time I felt I got a great price, service and communication from a mechanic without feeling like I got duped once they left. I hope they know they are my go to service now. As a person of color, I couldn't help but notice a lack of warmth or inclusivity during each of my visits, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, between the unclear pricing and unwelcoming environment, I won't be returning.
