We had a rough day and he went out of his way to make it better and he did. Professional, attentive and compassionate. What an asset he is to your establishment!

Upon arrival, the exterior presentation is entirely acceptable, with the prominent Chauhan signage elegantly displayed on the corner. I must note, however, that securing a proper space for one's vehicle can prove to be quite a formidable task given the bustling street-corner geography. Yet, crossing the threshold entirely redeems the journey. The interior architecture is beautifully rich with traditional Indian decor and a sophisticated celebration of Indian culture, creating an exquisite, deeply authentic ambiance that I found immensely pleasing. A thoroughly charming server promptly attended to our table, extending a remarkably warm welcome and elegantly noting that Chef Chauhan personally ensures the staff is trained to an elite standard a dedication to excellence that I always respect. We engaged in a brief, lovely conversation, after which my companion requested a traditional hand cake, while I selected the Gol Guppa Shots, a highly curated take on traditional Indian street food. The efficiency of the kitchen was highly commendable, presenting our starters to the table within a swift ten minutes. The culinary execution was an absolute triumph remarkably fresh, beautifully balanced, and an absolute treat to the palate. All in all, the entire afternoon intermission was a complete success. The seamless combination of rich cultural charm, attentive hospitality, and flawless preparation was thoroughly delightful, and I shall most certainly be returning for future upscale refreshments

A Fantastic Indian Lunch Buffet!…read more Taj is a gem! The restaurant is modern and very clean, and they have a full bar, but the food is the star. The lunch buffet here is the perfect size with excellent chicken, goat, and vegetarian options. The food is delicious and so flavorful. The staff will bring a basket of fresh baked Naan to your table. Taj is nice enough for a date or for a work lunch. I'm definitely coming back soon.

We ordered family-style, and every dish that hit the table was vibrant, aromatic, and made with love. The tandoori chicken was simple yet so comforting, it arrived in a sizzling skillet adding a hint of flare in the presentation. Each chicken piece was beautifully charred, and coated in a bold, smoky marinade. The curries were so rich and each one had its own personality. The creamy yellow curry from the Chicken Korma was very rich in flavor while the saagwala was earthy, well-seasoned, and not over-puréed. Personally my favorite was the chicken korma the curry sauce was just on another level, I highly recommend this dish. The lamb biryani was another highlight with fragrant basmati rice and huge chunks of lamb generously garnished with fresh cilantro. Bread lovers be warned! The naan was hot, fluffy, and perfect for scooping up sauces. We also tried the aloo tikki as an appetizer and they were crisp on the outside yet so soft inside. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a full Indian spread with friends or family, then make sure you check Taj out!
