This place is awesome and if not the best donut shop in the Texoma area. The service is always exceptional and the donuts are too short of delightfulness. My only issue with this place is whatever what time I go here rather it's 3:30, 8, 10 or 11 AM they are always out or not ready of the treats il still wanting to try so I almost always end up getting the basic glazed/chocolate frosted. Here's what could work, I'm thinking instead of just creating small batches of their signature donuts if they had "toppings" to add and that way if they happen to run out of a like an apple pie donut, they could just add some of the apple glaze to a maple frosted one. I think adding a toppings selection could make this place go up a little bit, this way the customer could get a donut they would want it and not leave empty handed or disappointed. The quality of the food has gone down. I used to live for these pigs and the last three times I have gone they have been extremely greasy. Impossible to eat. Momo's is the best tasting doughnuts in North Dallas. I am sadden to have to give a 2 star review. My husband' usually gets them for me but today I did so myself. Upon arrival we were not greeted by anyone who was working. I heard them greet the man in front of us and the two customers who came in afterwards. Customer service was terrible for just average food. How a donut shop can possibly make a profit when the customer isn't even greeted when they come in the door is beyond me. I walk up to the display case with my son and the employee just says "yeah". Not a how may I help you or a good morning what can I get you. The donuts are good and there's a nice variety. We like that there always seems to be something new every time we go in. Our problem is there's no signage to indicate what things are. My husband asked if they had any peanut butter donuts (our daughter loves peanut butter), and they gave him the peanut butter cup donut. Our son loves M&Ms, so my husband also got the M&M donut. The only reason our son didn't get sick is because my husband happened to take a bite of the M&M donut before our son and discovered it had peanut butter frosting! Our son is not deathly allergic, thankfully, but this seems to be a serious oversight. Peanut allergies are extremely common. Because they only gave him the peanut butter cup donut when he asked for a peanut butter donut, we wouldn't have thought to ask if any of the other donuts had peanut butter frosting. I guess you have to really grill the employees if you have a food allergy to make sure no one gets sick. Our son was very sad when we had to take his M&M donut away. read more

I've been to Momo's several times and had a great experience the food is great! But today was a disappointment, I'm unfamiliar with the menu the person at the cash register had little patience. She was a pregnant woman rude and unhelpful, she had an attitude as it showed I guess she got tired of "helping" and eventually left leaving a young man to help me who was not any better, he had an attitude as well and rude, I decided to walk out and go somewhere else. Out of all the times I've been here, this one experience has me not wanting to come back at all, I've bragged about Momo's and referred people to this place but after today I have my doubts about the customer service here. They run out fast so hurry in the mornings. Went in this morning for an order I placed ahead of time: assorted half dozen donuts and 4 Monte Cristos for a brunch. I get there about 10 minutes early and they said the Monte Cristos would take about 30 more minutes since their servers went down and that part of my order didn't go through. Not a problem at all, because they are seriously worth it. Ran a couple errands in town, came back and they were fresh and hot! Plus, they gave me 3 plain glazed and 3 chocolate glazed donuts for free. A dozen awesome donuts, 4 meaty and cheesy Monte Cristo donuts, for less than $20. The flavors are obviously a rip-off from the amazing @donutbar @crafted.donuts in California and we knew that going in, but they weren't done nearly as well and seemed a bit stale when we got there at 8:30am. Once you've had the best ranked donuts in the country, nothing else quite measures up, but these were really just blah. My biggest complaint is that the prices aren't listed and they just kinda made them up on the spot, while chatting about what to charge us in Spanish.
