The technicians are very nice and yes will offer other services but I understand that's their job, to upsell. I have consistently been satisfied with their eyebrow threading and the occasional lip wax. The interior is very calming and pretty. The wait is usually 0-10 minutes and the threading service will typically take less than 10 minutes. Always satisfied with my defined and full brows once I leave!

I just left and my eyebrows are the most uneven they have ever been. The young woman (Rosie) who did them took no ownership and was indifferent as I showed her the issue. I went into bubbly's today for the first time in a long time since my last experience wasn't very…read moregood. I went today around noon and the lady working didn't say anything to me just pointed at the chair didn't really bother me but anyways my service was done and i looked in the mirror and i still had 6 hairs under my brows that she didn't get. I pointed at the hairs and said look but she just said responded with asking if i wanted gel on them. The tops of my evebrows were also left unfinished. Left a picture below showing the top of my brow that personally looked unfinished. I've never had my brows look like that after threading.
