My husband called ahead, so there was a sales lady waiting for me, ready to show me where to look for little boy party clothes. I was about to check out and run when I remembered our son might also want socks, underwear, and clean clothes for the next day, and I was able to procure everything in another few minutes of furious shopping. I even found birthday cards for Grandma Robyn and my father-in-law, who was also celebrating a birthday. I didn't have time to explore and appreciate the rest of the store, but it was big and charming, well stocked with toys and gifts in addition to all the wardrobe necessities. Service was fantastic. The woman helping me even said I could return whatever I wanted, but everything was cute and high quality, so I kept it all. I am now a devoted Chicken Little customer, and will come back any time I need kid gear in Santa Barbara.

Especially with the constant sales and promotions they always seem to have. There is always a decent amount of employees walking around who are nice and reasonably knowledgeable, but the layout is so straightforward that it's easy enough to figure out the different departments and where one may find something on their own.
