I was overjoyed and pleasantly surprised with how consistently happy/friendly/caring the staff are day after day. I truly feel that my son is loved there everyday by all the teachers and management not just his primary teachers. And the management team appears flawless/kind and a pleasure to work with! I could go on but truly we LOVE it here that sums it up!

As a new mom, I greatly appreciate the human connection that all of the caregivers provide. Every day I am greeted with a smile and asked about how my daughter's night was. Beyond that, the caregivers are always happy to give me advice and support after a long night or fussy morning. I am thoroughly satisfied with her infant care, and am even more excited for her to progress through the childcare program. The layout of the building allows me a glimpse into the other early childhood classrooms, and I am constantly amazed by the variety of activities and teaching methods that I see on a daily basis. I also love that the program is part of 2nd Nature Academy. While we certainly don't want to rush our daughter's early childhood experience, we look forward to her continued education for many years to come.

I was a nervous new mother so I thought I was being critical of the lack of warmth from caregivers and staff. Aside from Carol who greets you upon entry there was no comfort in leaving your child there. I questioned myself thinking I was protective and went along with it. Over time it didn't change. I came one day to pick my child up early to find a substitute teaching acting extremely inappropriate with the children scolding them In a way that felt like she was losing control. Other staff members appeared embarrassed when I witnessed it. When speaking with the director I was reassured she wouldn't work with the younger kids anymore because " it overwhelmed her " I quickly learn from that point on it wasn't the right place for my child. I think they paint a pretty picture of what they offer but within the walls of the preschool is quite different. Their expectations are extremely high for toddlers and pre k and sadly lack the nurturing piece. I found the staff to be young with a lot of turnover. I found the director Jillian to be young, naive and lacking real life experience to be in her role. Be careful of the pretty picture it presents. I am so sad that I didn't go with my gut on day one... a new mother novice decision. Luckily my child has no memory and I have found a place that is nurturing with experienced staff.

I've never seen someone who is such a baby whisperer :) I was the part-time babysitter for one of the babies at her childcare center, and had the pleasure of picking her up and seeing the joy on all the babies' faces when interacting with Chelsea (owner). It is a small, close-knit community of babies and teacher, so there is a lot of intimate care and learning happening. Only about three babies at a time, sometimes less, and so many beautiful structures, toys, and books in a bright, comfortable home daycare space with a big beautiful backyard, with toys perfect for babies! If I ever have a child they were surely go here!! Amazing experience.

After doing several tours at different daycare facilities, we found Little Creek to be the best fit. The facility is open, clean and organized. The entire staff is friendly and very easy to talk to. They are attentive to our child and provide us with daily updates. Verna, the director, is always available via call or text whenever we need to reach out. Our son receives daily one-on-one therapy sessions from Early Intervention and ABA. The staff has been amazing and very accommodating to our child's schedule. Even his therapists have noticed the positive changes in our son since attending Little Creek Academy. Principal Linda's experience in the filed of education is equals to my age. I was a big fan of her ethics and principles. Linda and her daughters will be looking after the school so its family owned school( not a business). It was bittersweet to say goodbye because the staff really became like family. I cannot say enough positive things about Jen Morse, the Center's Director, and her entire leadership team, the teachers, assistants, chef, etc. It was clear from the first day I visited when I was evaluating schools before having my son, that everyone truly cares for each child, enjoys their work and have great respect for each other. The majority of the staff that were there the day we joined the NGCC family are still there today, and that says everything. I was very impressed with the diverse curriculum and the attention they give each child. NGCC having an onsite kitchen and chef that prepares healthy, kid friendly meals for the students was a life saver for this working mom because I didn't have to spend the time packing up meals each night. Instead, I was able to spend that time with my family which was invaluable. Children are life's greatest treasures, and I want to thank everyone at NGCC Marlborough for taking such great care of my little man when I couldn't be there. Also, Director Lynn is a gem! Leaving your Little is difficult already, Lynn provides comfort and professionalism that make the situation easier. We immediately felt part of the family.
