Despite the challenge of learning aerial silks, sky dancing, flying, or whatever you'd like to call it, I've always felt comfortable and confident with Kat's guidance. I would highly recommend Come Fly With B if you've ever been interested in silks - whether you've seen them on Cirque de Soleil or have no experience whatsoever. When we arrived we were greeted with great enthusiasm and made to feel comfortable. It was my brother and sister in laws 40th anniversary. They received kind gift from WFF which was an awesome personal touch to our private session. The experience was a bit difficult, challenging but great fun. This review is a bit delayed and I lost the name of our instructor but she was fun, clear in her instructions, extremely safety conscious while making it fun. Excellent choice of music for us and tempo for the work out. She adjusted to each persons comfort zone. I was used to wearing a harness so it did not bother me but my family was not and our instructor made sure adjustments and added pads were given to adjust for each persons body frame. I highly recommend this experience whether it's a one time fun adventure and celebration or a new form of work out for you. It's fun to fly around the facility and restrooms extremely Clean, well air conditioned and decorated. My apologies in not Being able To identify our instructor. She deserves recognition because she made our experience 5 star. There is a photo of her so maybe management will comment on her name. I was scared that it will be awkward since I had no flexibility whatsoever but Natalie worked with me at my own pace and show me the correct way to position my arms/legs so that I can work the right muscles group. I don't even know how to do a good curl up and she taught me all about working my abs and how it's supposed to look like. No one has ever done that for me before but I now know how to tone my stomach and what the strategy is. It isn't about if you can follow along but all about if you are working the right muscles and how to strengthen it so you can finally tone your body. Don't be discourage to try it because you lack most things other people have. Natalie will help you out at your own pace. So much positivity here. Will definitely be a regular.

Also they only offer a membership for $199 for 4 classes , but this includes open gym- but don't offer a more affordable tier for family's who won't participate in open gym. Some families have full schedules and they can only make their dedicated time of week and they don't want anything extra - but you still have to pay for something extra here . because of that reason we stopped going over the summertime. I thought about rejoining and gifting a membership to my kids again for Christmas , but seeing their prices, never changed or added a membership with just once a week class prices I decided to pass. We had a similar parkour gym when living in San Diego and it was only $80 a month for you once a week Class and your member price for drop-in open play was $15, $10 if you brought in more than one kid and $20 for nonmembers... this place would have more members if their prices were more reasonable.

I can't believe the impact this place has had on my health!…read more As a two-time cancer survivor, I was nervous about getting back into working out. Chemotherapy put me into early menopause, and I eventually developed osteoporosis. My doctor told me how important strength training was, but I was honestly afraid of getting injured. After my first appointment at The Exercise Coach, I realized I needed to make a change. I signed up right away and committed to coming in twice a week. Five months later, I had another bone scan, and the results were amazing. Not only have I reversed my osteoporosis, but my bone density has improved by 4.5%! I actually cried when I got the results. I feel stronger, move better, and have so much more confidence knowing my bones are healthier and stronger. The Exercise Coach truly works. The staff is incredibly supportive, and I genuinely enjoy coming in. It feels like being part of a small family. What means the most to me is seeing how impressed my doctors are with my progress. We got to see the instructor perform and show off their skills with a great DJ. They were offering some great deals on their classes including BOGO rates. It was such a Party in there. He is a passionate, veteran instructor who will also keep you safe. I enjoyed his cues such as smiling, or reminders to slow down and really feel engagement of my body to do certain tricks. I hope to go again! Maybe even check out the aerial yoga class. :) I have been recommending his studio specifically to my friends who are into burlesque, but I also know he'd make any novice feel both comfortable and rewarded with just the right amount of challenge. :)
