I got the pleasure of attending the grand opening of this beautiful pole dancing fitness studio. It's located in downtown Reno. We got to see the instructor perform and show off their skills with a great DJ. They were offering some great deals on their classes including BOGO rates. It was such a Party in there. I love this studio! Celeste, the owner, is so positive and welcoming. I came here for a birthday party class and was blown away by how they have transformed the space into something that is so bright, clean, and high end. I was a little intimidated when I walked in, as it was my first class, but our instructor, Rose, made me feel comfortable being there. Rose was so patient with everyone that was learning and made sure to cheer everyone on during the class. Rose explained each pose so well that it made it very easy to learn each move. Outstanding customer service! I feel like now a days it can be hard to find good customer service, but you can tell Celeste (studio owner) takes pride in her customer service. I accidentally purchased two class backs due to a network error and she responded to my email request for a refund within a couple hours! Beyond that, every instructor is so welcoming to questions, and never makes you feel as though you should already know something. It has been an amazing experience starting my pole fitness journey with Eathariel. I would give this studio 6/5 on customer service if I could. Cannot recommend enough!!! read more

I've seen alot of pole studios but nothing of this caliber. The owner poured her heart and soul into this place. When I walk into this space it feels just like the name.... Ethaerial! This is truly a safe space where you will feel inspired and supported, at least I do! The poles are between 13 and 14 feet tall and the ceiling is even higher so if you are at the top of the pole you still have room for an aerial invert without your feet hitting the ceiling. I was really excited to come try pole here. It looked super cute and welcoming on Instagram.I came from out of town and wanted to try something new. I'm a beginner to pole with no prior experience. I went in with full confidence and let me tell you 10mins in I felt defeated and wanted to leave. The instructor seemed annoyed helping me and made me extremely uncomfortable because I had no idea what I was doing. I think she just assumed everyone's takin pole before.? I had no knowledge of needing hand grip stuff. It didn't say that anywhere when booking/class description. I don't feel like this was beginner class (trying to climb the pole day one). If there was an into to pole class before coming to beginner pole that should of been made clear in prerequisites . I reached out to my friends that take pole and all stated that you don't start climbing pole until level 3/4. Again I know each dance community is different and how people teach are different. But I payed for this class and wanted to challenge myself to make it through. But the whole time I felt incompetent and unwelcomed.I gave two stars because the aesthetic is super cute and super clean.Huge shout out to a girl in the class Lindsey (I believe) She was so sweet and really trying to help me! But 0/10 on the instructor and not worth the money paid for the class. I do hope she change her attitude and becomes welcoming to others because that's what the dance community is about. read more
