On Wednesday's Courville offers a hot meal and a cold one called Love Lunches. The name definitely fits because you get a taste of TLC in each bite. You are welcome to come in and eat inside or take it with you. I ordered for hubby and myself, two Cobb salads to go. These salads really hit the spot during these hot summer months. The first thing that caught my eye was the beauty of the presentation. It was lovely to look at and even better to eat. This salad radiates with the vibrancy of spring, with an array of beautiful, bright colors.
