4Zero4 N/A Atlanta Lager, a non-alcoholic twist on their flagship 404 Atlanta Lager. Both delicious!

What an awesome location for an awesome brewery! The Monday Night team have perfected the customer service experience, and have taken that concept across the southeast to great success. The Proofing Company is just another example of the team knocking it out of the park on all fronts. For starters, its location within Kern's Food Hall means that you can have any number of cuisines with your brews, but they have direct signage to order from Disco Chicken and T. Ralph's. Along with the full lineup of stellar craft beer, they have a killer lineup of bourbon and whiskey worthy of the name. David, the GM, is a stellar dude and willing to accommodate you however he may be able to. The environment was solid as well, as you plentiful seating on top of easy access to the lawn just outside with comfy furniture and a large TV. Perfect for big games! Overall, a pretty killer time was had, and I fully recommend giving them a try if you're in the area and are in the mood for a libation or two.

This place was ok. Prices are high. You can get better beer, better service and better prices at many other breweries in Knoxville like Xul & Yeehaw to name a few. When you pay you dont see the breakdown as to what you are paying for, you only see a total price and of course the annoying tip page. I clicked on my receipt being sent via text to me. The thing that pissed me off was that they added a "service charge" and I was never told I was going to get charged a service charge. There are also no signs anywhere posted that you will be charged a service fee & nobody tells you. I did tip and I always tip based on service. But this service charge is B.S. If you do want to drink alcohol at Kerns Food Hall go to Eggspectation next door, Better experience, better prices and no "service charge". Should be listed as "Rip off fee" instead of "Service Charge". See my attached picture of receipt.

The food was tasty, the beer was excellent and the atmosphere even on a drizzly Saturday afternoon was nice. For full disclosure, I cannot say it was the best sauerbraten I've had...that would be Monica's at Schnitzel in Vidor, TX...but it was very tasty. And the prices surprised me in their reasonableness. I look forward to returning soon and trying a schnitzel.

Brunch gives you access to a small buffet (fresh fruit, potato salad, chicken salad, pasta salad, brownies, and cookies) that you can help yourself to while waiting for entrees. I split a mimosa carafe which was delightful, their coffee is spectacular as well. While it was packed, I could still speak at a normal volume with my partner and enjoy our valentines morning! The energy and ambiance didn't feel overly hurried and it was overall very welcoming and pleasant. I ate the quinoa benedict and LOVED it!! For two entrees, coffee, and a large mimosa carafe we split about $50.

We got the deviled eggs, southwestern Benedict, green tomato Benedict, and the breakfast burrito. Everything was great. I didn't have anything to drink other than water, which seems silly at a place that has beer in the title, but check out the brunch. The servers were mostly younger folks, but really attentive and professional. The vibe is clean and casual. A spot that the local college kids dig, which I wasn't mad about. I'm a kid at heart. My buddy got the ice cream cookie thing and the banana pudding taster. The ice cream cookie will make me quickly turn into the Michelin man, but damn it was good.

Our pup travels everywhere with us, so finding these spots is important to us. It was very spacious too - so we weren't on top of other guests. They have an extensive menu and the same with the beer list. There is something for everyone, from hoppy IPAs to fruity sours. Not sure which beer you may like - get a sample. Or try a flight! For lunch, we got the deviled eggs to start - something that is a go-to for us. They were solid and enjoyable. For the main, we opted for the Abridged burger and the Chicken club. Both were solid as well. Fries were crispy, but a bit over-salted, and I enjoy some salt. So made a note for next time to "go light". Service was good too. Overall - really only a tiny detail to 'complain' about, but easily taken care of next time. We will be back for sure - I want to try their pizza!

There are times that it's really busy so if you're ordering a personal pizza and sandwiches make sure your sandwiches are ordered first, I say this since they have a kitchen and a pizza kitchen, so I have had pizza come out first and friends at the table waiting on a sandwich for sometime. The ambiance is inviting, cocktail bar as well as beer tap bar, and several areas of tables to enjoy a meal. Worth stopping in!

There's parking out front and plenty on the streets nearby. I was in Knoxville with some friends and we decided to check out Last Days of Autumn Brewing - the storefront is a bit sketchy but don't let that fool you - the taproom is larger than it appears from the street. You walk through to reach the bar towards the back of the room. We decided on some flights to sample what was being offered. I had: * Young Nathan Jr Bitter - Session/Ordinary 4.9% ABV - Malty roasty body, well balanced sweet malt to hoppy finish note of chocolate. Fairly easy drinking. 3.8/5 * 94 Accord Pale Ale - American 4.5% ABV - Citrus notes with a somewhat bitter hoppy finish, great lacing. 3.5/5 * Oracle 25 (Galena) Pale Ale - American 5.5% ABV - Very easy drinks lager, light body with rice? I'd imagine it would be great with food as it's very neutral. 3/5 * Six Gun Sound Porter - English 4.5% ABV - Fruity medium body bitter, citrus and herbal notes with a hard stop finish. Well balanced, not much sweet malt to speak of. 3.5/5 Overall I felt like the beer was competently made but very directed towards the neighbors, that from the look of the place, were frequent visitors. Also the general ABV of what I sampled I felt were produced as accompaniment to the food being offered (the night I visited was apparently a seafood night). I thought the service was decent considering it was an order-at-the-counter situation. I plan to visit again.
