if I could give 0 stars I would .we've been storing our property at this business for more than 5…read moreyears. The first four years was smooth.. never charged a fee for anything. never had been locked out of our own two units we rent . the business was sold to new owner(s) a year ago. and ever since then iven been charged so many ridicules fees for this and that , it's almost as if theyre trying to extort people... What really did it for me and was my breaking point was when we gave a month notice that we were moving out of their units and we were all paid up for the entire month . now between having to work all the time and not owning struck or vehicle it took till the last second to get this done . one day we stayed past 9pm u till 945 and the next day we get a message saying that we're being charged a 50$fee for being on the property past 9pm. KEEP IN MIND nowhere on the property has any hours posted let alone ANYTHING in our rental agreement about being charged a fee for being a little late it's not like they even had a gate that locked at the time. SO.. with that being said when we finally got a chance to get the rest of our stuff we got there and OFCOURSE were red Locked because of the 50$ fee . Some months we may have paid more in fees than the cost of our rent. Not to mention the sheer rudeness and unprofessionalism shown by these owners. one more note almost everything we had was ruins by rats making nests in our furniture. It's low end storage owned by greedy people . I recommend chucks mini storage it's 12 min away in oak harbor.
