Before I start, I live in a Kirkland and I had a horrible experience with the *Customer Service Assistant* at Maserati of Kirkland (horrible is an understatement) and thus I decided to try the Seattle location. I could never go anywhere else. Just to clarify, the sales team at the Kirkland location is super awesome (worked with Michal and Josiah) When I first came to Maserati of Seattle, Catia was my service manager and I had come in for a yearly service. She is professional, humble and very attentive to details. My service was done and there were some missing small parts at the exterior of the vehicle and they were taken care of on the house. After my service, I was given details of three additional things that should be replaced during my next service and it is absolutely not urgent. I was given the details of cost of each of those items and their current health condition. Fast forward to my recent service, Eric helped me set up my appointment, did communicate that they do not have a loaner for me but I will have a pick up and drop off. Catia followed up about my appointment a few days prior as planned. After the service they mentioned that they replaced 2/3 items that were suggested, third one was not required at this time and can be done in the next service. In addition to that they pointed out another item to be checked during next service and also confirmed that it is not going to affect my car and it is safe by all means. Worked with Catia, Seth and Eric during my recent visit. The team is professional, attentive to details, humble and very kind. My pick and drop was done by David, we had some nice chat, felt like I was catching up with a buddy. Overall it was a joy and I look forward to my next service. *Unlike service center at Maserati of Kirkland, who will push and charge you for things that may not need replacement right away, then they will ghost you first and then be absurdly rude with you on communications.

We have all our coverages with him (home, etc.). Recently had an unavoidable impact with a deer in the middle of nowhere 1000 miles from home after business hours on a Friday. Tried the State Farm app over that weekend to get the claim started, spoke with our assigned claim handler that Monday. He answered our questions and concerns clearly and patiently. State Farm settled the claim both swiftly and fairly. Someone from Marcel Dore's office also called during the process to check on us and make sure all was going well (though they don't handle the claims per se). I spoke with Noah last week to get the policy in place on our replacement vehicle and adjust something on another car's policy. He called me today to follow up and do an overall review of our policies and check where we might benefit from changes/additions. He is very knowledgeable, asks good questions, and I feel comfortable talking with him. We're very happy with State Farm and Marcel Dore's agency.

On May 11th, I reached out to get quotes for five properties and received a callback from Piilani the following day, May 12th. Our initial conversation was pleasant, and Piilani took down all my information, mentioning that I should expect to receive quotes within 24 to 72 hours. However, after not hearing back, I followed up on May 19th and was informed that Piilani was busy and would return my call soon. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. I tried once more on May 29th, and again I was told Piilani was unavailable and would contact me when possible. Despite these multiple follow-ups, I didn't get any response. Based on this pattern, it seems clear that Alliance Insurance is not interested in my business. Fortunately, there are plenty of insurance brokers and companies out there, so I'll be moving forward with other options.
