It wasn't crowded at all, and there were plenty of seats available, which made the experience even more comfortable. The concept is fun and easy -- you build your own bowl by choosing proteins, veggies, sauces, and more, then hand it to the grillers who cook everything fresh right in front of you. Thank you Mongolian BBQ for a fantastic dinner. Stopped in to get a to go order on my way home from work. I was welcomed with very friendly and helpful team members. They showed how to "stack" the bowl to get a huge stir fry. They also suggested how to get the perfect sauce flavor combo with the sauces. Don't forget to add the garlic bread it's so good. Build your own bowl, similar to a Genghis Grill setting. One price no matter how much you get, which can be good or bad. Lots of protein, veggies and sauce options, and it seems they swap out what they have. You add the rice or noodles to your bowl, which if you want to pile up, it's going to have to be noodles as the rice doesn't pile as well. It's also all cooked at the same time, so the rice and noodles don't get as crispy. Your sauce goes directly on your bowl and isn't added after. Still tasted great! read more

Stopped in because I have been craving something close to Genghis Grill. As soon as I got the "food bar" I was very disappointed. Everything looks (and probably is) from a can. Nothing was "fresh" about the options. There is nothing worse than canned carrots and pineapple. Only thing I did like was the sauce recipe recommendations. The "add on" egg was gross af. It looked like an omelet had just been chopped up and placed on the plate. The staff was ok-ish. We really enjoyed our meal at the Mongolian Grill in Page, AZ! All the food was fresh, and we were impressed by how generous they are with the portion size and let us pile whatever we wanted in the bowl. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The food was not of the best quality, the vegetables are not fresh but canned! Drinks: it's just creating a chlorine-flavored water that you pour into the machine! This place was great! When I went, the parking lot was blocked off. But the open sign was on, so I circled the block, found a space, and went it. It is not AYCE, like j was expecting for some reason. So all Mongolian bbq grill I've been to have been all you can eat. The bowl they give you is tiny and not worth the $18. On step 2, it says enter the buffet which is misleading. If you want to eat at an overpriced place and still leave feeling hungry, this is the place for you. Agree with most reviews. The quality of food is horrible based on the price and portion they charge. The taste is mediocre at best. I came in because I don't feel like cooking tonight. I wouldn't eat here again. The food was very below par to Ghangis Khan (if you're from cali) the noodles arent thick and they are ramen noodles that get soggy fast. I think this place is a complete and utter scam. Please avoid it at all costs. The only thing that was ok was that the staff was polite and helpful. But I could easily have 2 really yummy meals for the amount of money I paid them in the city of Page. First off unlike all Mongolian places in USA these guys allow you to fill your bowl just once. The whole fun of trying a mangolian place is trying different combinations of stuff but sadly you are not allowed to. There are no instructions on quantity of sauce so we ended up with really bland food with very little sauce. They allow you to add sauce but won't cook it again of course. Their veggies are stale and dry, most were pre cut and frozen, some were too soggy and some were too dry. The meat looked dry and there were like 4 options. Then they up charge you on all additional items like eggs or store brought pieces of garlic bread. The Garlic bread tasted like shitty regular bread... had no garlic bread flavor, was really thick and hard. read more

There is no fresh veggies, they use canned and frozen veggies. On the veggie bar you will find canned carrots, frozen okra, frozen broccoli that they defrosted frozen cauliflower defrosted canned corn. Not an onion or bell pepper in sight. Also the cook doesn't know what they are doing. Our noodles were so dry it was disgusting. DO NOT COME HERE!! This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The options are limited and all frozen or from a can, and the grill was very disorganized. My dad's food never came when ours got delivered, and when we asked about it the servers were rude, telling us to wait because they were busy. We asked multiple times over the course of half an hour, each time being told to be patient. His food ended up never coming, and he left hungry.
