From that very moment of filling out paperwork and explaining my prior situation the entire staff showed me nothing but comfort ,empathy And positive support. I had gone awhile to the point I was so insecure very low confidence and I would hide my teeth when I would talk or smile. Dr Ubaydi explain to me that this was going to be a very long journey in order to reach my personal goals but their main concern there get me out of pain first clean up and clear any dekay or cavities. They're even was a few times where I would feel extremely frustrated not visibly seeing anything but I was well aware of what was being done and I understood the process what needed to be done first but more importantly I trusted him. The route that we had talked about and what I decided on was to go with the snap and seal. I still remember the day like it was yesterday I was back at the office to have the top snaps put in. All the girls in the office were all standing around the doorway peeking in because they War just as excited as I was to see the end result. During the course of the year I developed a relationship with the staff and including the doctor to where I felt that Not only was I treated as a patient or a customer but also like a family member. the very moment that the doctor handed me a mirror so I can look at my new teeth and I couldn't do it because I was so nervous the day has finally come. Just hearing everybody's reaction of happiness before I looked in the mirror tears were already streaming down my cheeks and I couldn't believe what I was looking at. They gave me back my confidence and they gave me back my self dignity everything changed for the better. The entire experience dealing with the office and all the obstacles I had to to overcome the staff at crimson maple Dental made things a lot easier and comfortable throughout the process. And I couldn't thank them enough. From the bottom of my heart I will say it again thank you. You all helped change my life for the better. Once in the dental chair they tried to convince me to replace an additional 8 perfectly fine teeth! For aesthetics.. this is not a concern for me.. just my 2 that need replacing! The issue with this practice is more in their deceptive billing! The amount that I was quoted was higher than most other dental practices! I had gone to another dentist who advised me that if a dental practice is in your insurance network they are contractually obligated to charge an in-network amount! The office manager here is a relentless deceptive piece of work!! She acknowledged that this is what they are obligated to do, but she would not honor those in-network prices!! And if you choose a payment plan, they charge you differently based on the time frame of payback.. way too many other dentist out there and I wondered how much over billing they charge people who think this dental practice is good because of community word of mouth..
