I had a prenatal massage today & it was so relaxing. She knew exactly what was wrong with me , my lower back and hips been hurting like crazy to the point where I couldn't even walk sometimes and I'm only 4 1/2 months pregnant. Just had my first massage from Monica, and I'll definitely be going back. Not only is she a sweet, lovely person but her hands are truly healing. I hate deep tissue massage because I find it painful and the opposite of relaxing. Monica was able to very gently work my problem areas and relieve my knots without causing me pain or discomfort. Even thou, this is not the first time at Monica, my hubby and I have been here a couple of time. Monica is amazing. She is very friendly, nurturing, and you can really tell that she actually cares.
