Dr.Levkovic is a hidden gem! I'm so grateful to have found her office! Due to finances and dental anxiety it can be hard for me to find a good match but when I tell you this is the best dental experience I've ever had in the bay area I mean it. After my dental exam, I wasnt met with any judgement or scolding but she talked to me with such kindness and respect. She actually took the time to listen and help as well as go over contributing factors to my oral situation as well. For the first time I felt seen and felt so much hope to fix my teeth. You can feel she genuinely cares to help and educate you to be in a better position. I wasn't overwhelmed whatsoever. We're doing things one step at a time and that has been extremely helpful. Her staff is incredibly kind and soft spoken. I apologize I didn't catch their names but the woman at the front desk is very friendly and makes scheduling appointments seamless and a breeze and Dr.Levkovics assistant during the procedure is so nice and welcoming. Dr.Monika is an amazing dentist. For our family of four, she really cares not only about our teeth but our overall health. She is very honest and only does necessary work which is always done to perfection. Recently, she has used Ozone therapy on areas of recession. The sensitivity that I have been feeling from hot and cold is a thing of the past. So thankful that she has this therapy which takes minutes! The office staff is great too! "That was amazing!" I yelled after getting a periodontal scaling and big filling in a quadrant (Duration: Roughly 1h 15m). Dr. Monika performed the large filling in a matter of 10-20 minutes. Her hands are very gentle. And she knows how to do it with confidence! She is great to converse with. Her understanding in the parallelization of work on your teeth is very beneficial to long-term oral health. Knowledge about recovery time is very helpful from her. She'll know your teeth well! I recommend Dr. Monika to everybody I know! It may just be me but I feel absolutely no pain afterwards. I have a feeling she knows how to mitigate your pain pre-procedure, during, and after!! Natalie is also the first person you see when you enter the office! She's very knowledgable about insurance. Whichever ones you may have she can find you the one that will cost you lower. She's very reassuring and very quick too. Natalie can help! Just ask. Graciela was my dental hygienist, she is very sweet in handling your comfort. She knows when to expect nervousness. The experience was very comfortable. A tap on the shoulder to calm you down. She always made sure to check if you need more local anesthesia (numbing). Went out and bought an electronic toothbrush and Waterpik as recommended by her! Each time you can get to know the staff and how they are doing while under this tough time. And they ask you the same with lots of care. Dr. Monika and Graciela are very caring with everything about their patients, I feel safe with them. I'm excited to head to the next appointment! Book quickly! Dr. Monika's is a rare gem of a dental practice. Stop by for a consultation or subsequent visits and it's always comfortably the same. Dr. Monika's office is AWSOME. I was referred to her by some coworkers in 2013 and she has been nothing but great. Her office is open on Sat. She gives free whitening if you refer a friend. If you have been moving from dentist office to dentist office to find someone you really like and who really care about the health of your teeth, this is the office. The day after Thanksgiving a filling in my front tooth came loose. Worst timing ever on my part, with most enjoying a long weekend. I called Dr. Levkovic's office Saturday evening. The recording gave her emergency number, which I called and left a message. I received a text message from her with an appointment. What dentist does that! I had my first appointment with Dr. Levkovic yesterday. I've never minded going to the dentist, but after having had braces on for a couple of years, I need a few fillings. (My orthodontist removed my fillings when he took my braces off--oops). I had a pretty bad experience with my braces, and Dr. Levkovic was really sensitive to that fact and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. She was a great listener and really understood my concerns. I found her on Yelp, and I am really glad I read the other reviews. Everyone in her office was super friendly and helpful: the receptionist, the dental assistant, Lily, and Dr. Levkovic herself. Also, I received a treatment plan, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the estimated cost. My former dentist in Monterey (who is also a wonderful dentist, but her fees are exorbitant) had quoted me several thousand dollars more. I was thinking about switching to another dentist, but I was very pleased that Dr. Monika Levkovic had taken over the establishment and Lily the dental hygienist stuck around. So I decided to stay. Dr. Monkia took over this dental office when my original Dentist (Dr. Abay) retired. She is really nice! she listens to her paitents and really tries to work WITH you. She's extremly gental, and makes sure you're comfortable. The staff is really nice and they were extremely helpful in getting me what i needed for my daughters. She was even able to get my two year old to cooperate for a check-up! I recently decided to get a primary dentist and stumble upon Dr. Levkovic's office. Hands down the most comfortable and friendly dentist office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting.
