okay so I went in to get some of my roots covered to add some blonde and then I wanted something different a pop or red for fall (they did the blonde and "red" at the same time) so when she pulled foils it was already pink bc it was bleeding all over. I payed $300 dollars for what is a joke on my head and they acted like it was good I was so inflamed I payed smiled and left my hair loooks nothing like what I asked I would never recommend it to anyone and I can do my own hair you pay to have someone do it so that you don't have to but here at this salon you may as well call them newbies bc I knew better when she started doing it at the same time. it's sad when money is more important than your hair .... read more

I visited their Turkey Creek location and had a deep tissue massage with Mia. The week before I had visited another local massage place and the massage was really weak. When my co-worker went to Belleza and had a great massage with Addy they told me I should try it. I went and was so happy I did. Mia was able to target my trouble spots and work out the knots. It is a little pricey, $85 for a deep tissue massage, but it was money well spent. If you want a fantastic massage spend the extra money and get it here instead of wasting your money on less expensive bad massages. I don't even want to give it stars. This was my first time getting my hair done in Knox and I trusted them with my life. I had Audrey and I asked for very specific things and she did not meet any of those expectations. She didn't blend my roots, she did a hard straight cut when I specifically asked for a soft cut with layers (absolutely no layers in my hair) and I mentioned I needed some color under all my hair since I wear it up a lot and she did two stripes making me look crazy. I also asked for curtain bangs but not very dramatic and she just took a chunk of my hair in the front...with no angle, and just cut across. I cant even put my hair up anymore because a big chunk falls out and makes me look like I have a BOB in the front of my hair. I don't recommend her at all. I'm not sure about anyone else at this salon but She doesn't know what she is doing and my hair looks terrible. I went somewhere else to get it fixed and it still is bad. Also be prepared to spend some money. this is the most expensive hairstyle i've ever gotten done. wish i could get a refund and take back my tip read more

If possible, I would avoid the front desk and one person in particular. While a fifth grader could enter your annual calendar, beginning in January, it will not be entered with the times you selected--even though you have chosen the same appointment time in the past. Really? Pathetic and intentional. It is not comforting to know that the customer is not considered nearly as important as one incompetent employee. And, don't worry, there will be no apologies for mistakes that have occurred, not once, but now three times. It's time for a change to a competitor who recognizes that customers populate your bank account, not one bad employee. On a brighter note, my stylist and pedicurist are wonderful. I was super nervous about having my hair taken back to its natural color with highlights after a botched job years ago from another salon. My hair turned out beautiful thanks to Mikala. She also did highlights for my teenage daughter. The salon is a family/team atmosphere and all the stylists are very pleasant. We will be back for sure! read more

Going to a new stylist can be daunting when perming hair, but from the initial consultation to the perm cutting and styling process I felt at ease and confident with fact that it was going to turn out well. For a message... YES! For hair color... NO! The message therapist they employee are awesome... no complainants there... But when I tried to get my hair colored I was left very disappointed and $175 poorer! That's right, they charged me $175 for a PARTIAL highlight and base color.... and it was nothing impressive, color faded in 3 weeks and looked pretty brassy, even with using specialty shampoos to prevent it. On top of that, the colorist just didn't listen to what I wanted... and her assistant was terrible she pulled my hair countless times, even hit me in the head with a blow dryer once! took forever to do a simple blow out... a straight blow out... for someone with extremely straight hair should be pretty quick... she also didn't listen to me and my hair looked like crap... If this review was based on just the salon side they would get a one star... but the message is great! read more

Great stylists but disappointed in the adjustment from Covid. They would not blow dry my hair, which I understand, but they still charged me the 180$ I normally pay. I think there needs to be some adjustment when you walk out of there and don't even know what your entirely NEW haircolor looks like and you feel like a wet rat. Just had my hair rescued by Mackenzie. She fixed my highlights that had gotten too yellow and brassy, and brought me back to a nice cool blonde. And she layered my long hair to give it incredible volume without sacrificing length. Belleza does a good job making sure its stylists get plenty of educational training on color, cut, extensions, etc. and it showed in Mackenzie's work. I travel for work and have searched many cities around the country for a hair salon like this one. For most of my life, my curly and frizzy hair has been a major source of frustration. Growing up, I could never do the super straight 90s hair styles and the "Rachel" 'do was out of my reach. This salon is the only place I have ever been where not only is my hair understood and fixable, but the stylists actually STUDY difficult hair on a consistent basis. Not only that, the salon owner travels to Fashion Weeks around the world to maintain the current trends and styles with her workers. Very cutting edge for a city this size. Belleza is a top notch salon and spa. In the past I've had facials, massages and mani/pedis which were all great. I've had my hair done by a few different people there who each did a great job but I'm set on McKenzie V now for my cut and color. She will do exactly what you want or if you're not sure just trust her recommendations and you'll turn out way better. I just go in now and tell her do whatever it needs and she's always got my back. She's done my moms hair a few times also so any age should try her. The front staff are also really nice. I went here last week for my wedding hair, makeup, and my husbands haircut. My hair stylist was amazing and did a lovely job. She was sweet and made me feel comfortable. She gave me exactly what I was hoping for! My hair looked great in the photos. I wish I lived closer so I could go to her all the time! I did not like the makeup lady. She was difficult to work with and had no sense of my coloring. I am very pale with creamy undertones. She made me orange! And that was after I made her take off the original color and go lighter. She was kinda condescending and rushed the job. I honestly wish I had just tried to do it myself. It kinda makes me want to cry when I look at the wedding photos despite how much my photographer tried to edit the orange out. The hair stylist in charge of cutting my husbands hair did an awesome job. The new do works well for him. She even brought him over during our session to make sure I approved the look just in case. This place is pathetic. To begin with, due to Covid I was asked to wait n my car until I was told by them to come to front door. Which I gladly did. Once I got to front door, I wanted outside for 15 minutes until my husband got the attention of an employee going to lunch and asked if I had been forgotten. A few minutes later I was allowed in. I had a 1:00 appt with Abby. I sat in Abby's salon chair and waited and waited. NO OTHER PERSON IN THERE GETTING A HAIR CUT. Employees walked by me several times and no one acknowledged I was even there. I decided to leave at 1:40. Still no one else in there getting a cut. A group of employees were gathered at the front desk talking. When I told them I was leaving, I was offered a free haircut for another day. I declined. Why would I want to go back there? This place does not value customer satisfaction. I had booked a 4:30 appointment, arrived at 4:20 and they told me that my appointment was at 5. Ok fine, I'll wait. I know it was for 4:30 but whatever. Finally got in to see the stylist. She was rude and unsociable. Fine. I've had fantastic hair cuts from mean stylists in the past. Let's see what she can do. She spent only 20 seconds finding out what color I wanted, as if I was using up too much of her time to pick out color and match to my skin tone. She offered no advice or encouraging points. Fine. I could tell she was not that interested in what I wanted. Starting to get irritated at this point. As my color was developing, she went to cut someone else's hair. I get that, you have a business to run and the more people you can pack in the better. Fine. An assistant rinsed my color out. However I thought it was unprofessional to make me wait another 15/20 minutes AGAIN as you style this walk-in's hair (when I have an appointment) and then have me walk all over their hair clippings. Gross. Health hazard? Tripping hazard? After the cut, which was just ok (to go with my just ok color job) I had an appointment for a mani pedi. I waited for 25 minutes past my appointment time. Why are there even the guise of appointments at this place? It should actually be called a "first come, last served salon and cattle herding studio." I felt like I was an imposition at this place, and why should I pay top dollar to wait around and be treated poorly AND get mediocre results? I will take all kinds of abuse for amazing color and haircuts, but that is not what this place has to offer so I suggest you take your money to super cuts, you'll have a more enjoyable experience and the same finished product. read more

Christopher Smith, at Belleza, is one of the most gifted Artist of Hair you'll find anywhere in the WORLD!!! He saved my dreadlocks when I had an unfortunate accident with Bees wax... While his ability to color and style hair are definitely top of the line, his gifted ability to carry on humorous conversation, while being intelligently informative make the time there more enjoyable than a night out with my friends... Even therapeutic if I'm to be totally honest... The staff is always so courteous, the salon is very clean and the products they use are second to none! 100% satisfaction guaranteed every time, yet I've never had any issue that needed a 2nd time to get it right... 5+Stars!!! I know 4 beautiful ladies who get their hair colored and styled at this location, 2 are models and one is the girl in the before and after picture with the purple/blue hair...
