It was my 1yo 1st ever hair cut. To say he was uncooperative is an understatement! He wouldn't hold still for 1 second. Tiffani was so sweet and professional. She did a great job! The haircut looks awesome; you'd never know he was doing his best tasmanian devil impression the whole time! The environment is so kid friendly and fun. We had a great experience! This was only my son's second haircut and the woman who was doing the haircut worked so well with him. They had LOTS of toys and TVs to distract the kids and keep them busy while waiting. We called them on our way and we're able to squeeze in for a quick cut even though she said they were booked for the day. VERY good staff! read more

We are really disappointed! We have been searching for a kids hair salon for the past 10 months and when we came across this hair salon we were excited and made the 45min drive to get our son's hair cut. The hair salon is wonderful my kids loved it we even bought a toy car but my son's hair cut was a total mess!!! We will have to shave his whole head or pay to get it fixed before Easter!!!! She listened to what we wanted for our son but she did what she wanted. His edges were not trimmed right and at the end she didn't even try to clean all the extra hair off his face, we were cleaning his face!!! The hair clipper was passed through his hair one time and fast, so fast that it didn't cut his hair correctly. I love this place my son got his first hair cut here. You just have to be really outspoken and tell them what you do and don't like and if you see something wrong with the hair cut you need to speak up and let them know what you want fix cause kids do move a lot so it's not easy for them to have a perfect hair cuts but the employees will take there time with you but like I said you just have to speak up. My son got a lot of hair in his face and I constantly had to ask them to clean it off but they did there job when I spoke up and that's all that matters. read more

My kids think this place is alright, although the stylists aren't very friendly. My one complaint, is that even with an appointment, we always end up waiting 15+ minutes. I think they take walk ins, even if they have an upcoming appointment. It just bugs me! read more

The girls working here need to learn some customer service. When someone walks into your establishment, acknowledge them and maybe ask if they have an appointment. Don't sit there talking about Google+ and look at the customer not saying a word. Then after the customer says "We have an appointment at 11" acknowledge they said something and maybe say "have a seat. It will be a few moments" instead going back to talking about Google plus. My daughter comes here because of the MDZ teen side but you bring her to the kids side to wash her hair. This WILL be the last time we come here! Not to mention a hairstylist next to the hairstylist cutting my daughters hair, left the station a mess and went to another customers hair. Really? Clean up your own mess! The only good thing is my daughter liked her haircut. read more

My only complaint is that with their punch card system they won't give you 2 punches for 2 haircuts if they're on the same day. I have twins, and if they both get their haircut only 1 punch. I'm paying for 2 services, why wouldn't the honor that? They're nice though, but I agree that they aren't very excited to be there. read more

My son absolutely hates haircuts and I finally decided to bring him in. He loved getting to sit in a car while getting his haircut. The stylist was really nice, friendly and quick. She even styled my son's hair and he loves his haircut. We definitely will be back. read more

We have gone here several times in the past. It was always great, but this time was different. The weather has been bad and we had an appointment. We were 5 minutes late and it took them 5 minutes to check us in. 10 minutes past our appointment time. I have three little boys and they refused to cut one of my babies hair. The hair cut would have taken less than 10 minutes. I was pretty mad and told them we would never be back. I lost my cool because the person behind the desk wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to her and she said we are busy today. I asked why my child and money were not as important as someone else? I have spent a lot of money here but I will not spend another dime here. I felt they really should have been more understanding. I am sure we weren't the only ones late due to the weather. read more

Had a bday party here. They had cupcakes individual ice cream cups and a soda of their choosing provided by the shop. They were allowed to dress up with Disney princess dresses and tutus. There were other things in the room like pirate outfits and accessories a few capes one crown that all of the girls wanted to wear. They need to update the dress up room with new items to wear,sew ripped seams and do some spot cleaning.the girls definitely noticed the ripped and stained dresses and avoided them. Each girl had their hair braided curled and pinned up with glitter sprinkled over the finished style. Each one was different. Very cute. Nails painted and glittered and mini makeup(eye shadow and lipstick). Lots of displays of toys and things to buy so be prepared for the never ending please and I want this. Overall it was a nice experience for the girls.now that it's over the price was kind of high for what we got.probably better suited to the younger kids(5-7). read more
