James took my call and was professional and courteous. He told me to come right in and he would check the air pressure in each tire. When I arrived he greeted me, again very polite, he took care of me. It's people like James that can create repeat customers. I sorta feel like I was taken advantage of by the other business that does oil change only place. One of the oil technicians said he adjusted my air pressure. They got the car "fixed" quickly which was great. However they claimed it was something loose with my parking break. I barely drove it down the road and noticed nothing was different. So I took it somewhere else and got it sorted. When they called they mentioned that the problem could be something else but that it wasn't. I took their advice. They didn't even bother to drive it around to check their work. So disappointed.

I want to say they told me they'd look at the car Tuesday, but didn't look at it until the end of Wednesday. It's possible I'm confused on that point, since I called some other mechanics first. Once they got the car in, they did the work right away. The woman working the customer side of things was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Working with her made everything easy to manage. Complaints: - They for some reason "had to use a Denso" starter, which added a large amount to the final cost, and of course was marked up after that. Not sure why they needed to use a Denso, or why a remanufactured part cost more than twice the new parts at rockauto. - Bigger complaint: Looks like they used a remanufactured part, and no one asked or mentioned. So not only did I pay too much for a starter, but I thought I'd at least be getting a new one. - They replaced the air filter without asking and without naming it in the quote I was given over the phone. So another 20 bucks for something I could have ordered off Amazon and put in myself in 30 second. At least the filter was only about 4 bucks more through them than Amazon is charging during COVID, but it's about twice what I paid last time. It's really the principle of the thing. It's possible this stuff was just communication issues. I don't know why they "had to use a Denso", for instance, but also didn't ask about it. Because I had dropped the car off to get checked out, it's possible the air filter was something that should have been mentioned, but due to the nature of phone calls, it just slipped through the cracks as the woman was looking at the quote, and when I gave the go-ahead, the mechanics just did what I supposedly approved over the phone. So look, I have some concerns and some questions, but overall I'm guessing the work was done well. Using a remanufactured Denso means they probably made sure to use the "right" part even if it wasn't the cheapest. And the price (make sure you go on their website and print coupons first, and mention them before you make payment) and service are leaps and bounds better than what the local Toyota dealer offers. Besides, if they do a better job than most mechanics, it's worth paying a bit more to make sure it's done right. I'll probably come back here for the next thing that comes up, and hopefully next time there won't be any surprises or questions.

They were professional, friendly, and took the time to find a solution instead of just sending me on my way. Unfortunately, I didn't get the technician's name, but he was just as helpful and professional. Everyone in the store seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do and took pride in helping their customers. That positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I will absolutely be returning to this Discount Tire location for my future tire needs. They've earned my business, and after this experience, I won't be buying tires from Walmart again. Thank you to the entire Discount Tire team for the outstanding customer service!

Less stimulating than Holland Discount Tire. Many seats available spaced out, along with high tables for computer workers. Tajuan is extremely nice, and was super helpful with my car. Seems they omit bad reviews they are too dishonest and embarrassed to make right. However they can't control everyone and every review site, so sad. Terry has been a manager with Belle for a long time, and 25 years ago I WAS buying tires from him, unfortunately over time the quality of service and honesty has dropped so low and the to the level of flat out lying excessively about mechanical work has left me no alternative other then to shop at a more reputable business. I had a unfamiliar shaking in my front end. Was told it was a sticking brake caliper and they repaired the $30 part for $300. No problem, except that wasn't the problem. They were upset I wouldn't do a $100 alignment on front end that was only out 1 degree! Wouldn't have made any difference with the shaking. Then I returned saying the caliper replacement didn't help the shaking. Please Look at it again. They said Now that the tires were Totally Shot! Yes, the same ones they wanted me to spend a $100 alignment on? I said if that's only your theory so putting the front tire on the back should pinpoint if it's a tire issue. They were pissed off on a dead business day bothering to help solve a problem they claimed but didn't have the knowledge, expertise, or honesty to solve. Turns out it took me 5 minutes at home to look under the car and see that the front CV AXLE CARRIER BEARING had come completely torn apart. At the same time the wheels I had just had cleaned prior to my visit had been intentionally scratched up with deep and serious groves. It's just terrible how customers are treated if not spending money on unnecessary work at Belle tire. I didn't bother going back to this dishonest business and will stop bringing in the dozen plus cars I maintain also. History is same with Belles Alpine store ( where Terry used to manage) I was told an extra $100 on an alignment because it had a difficult bolt to remove. This after they were working on it. I had just put struts on this vehicle and the bolt they claimed was hard to get at took me 2 minutes to put a wrench on it. Total liars there also and prices for mechanical work are even higher than a dealer. I don't advertise I'm a certified mechanic when others are working on my cars. :) Note: BELLE Responded as any dishonest corporation would.
