If I could give this lower I would, I've had nothing but bad experience here, I came in to buy a bike from them in February of 25'. I got it home as a "road ready " bike and I took it out first nice day and the stator went out on me the first 20 mins ( witch is one of the most common issues with these r1s) I then had to trailer it up to get it fixed, after having it for 2 weeks finally said it was ready to pick up, I got it back home and rode it and it was leaking from the gasket and then soon after that the starter went out too, after I did all the work on it the bike was running great, I unfortunately totaled it not too long after, I asked for gap just incase something like this happened and they did not include that in the warranties that they where trying to sell me even though it was the biggest thing I wanted, now a year later I have been trying to cancel the warranty for a month now and have decided to call the warranty company myself and SPENCER never sent it through even though I have called and emailed to check on it and he said that the warranty company was corking on it, they cannot work on it if you never send it in SPENCER, I highly recommend never buying anything from this dealership and especially SPENCER as a salesman, he is very unhappy and unwilling to help at all, just another money hungry salesman. read more

Purchase a 2021 Yamaha WaveRunner from Monroe Motorsports their service department is terrible it's been in service 12 times not to say they had it all last summer was able to ride it twice it was back in service for the past 3 weeks for a battery they called me Friday it's ready to come pick up well today's Wednesday now it's not ready it's still charging do not recommend their service for anybody horrible customer relations nobody seems to know what's going on zero Stars never going back read more

Please don't waste your money in the service department in this place. took my bike to them for a backfire issue. said It was fixed. Got it home and it still backfired and it had a high idle. talked to the mechanic and he actually came to my home and look at it. Said it was because I modified my exhaust NOT Tried to convince my Wife that it was leaking oil at the head gasket NOT. It was a $4.00 gasket for the cover for the cam chain tension cover. took it down to Florida and a guy fixed it in 30 minutes. the guy in Florida also found that the carb boots were cracked, did these people? Brought in a running (albeit poorly running) RZR for repair. They took it on and had it for 4+ months. Was called and told they could not get it running after replacing some parts and that I needed to come get it and pay them $1300 dollars for their efforts... I would stay as far away from this incompetent shop as humanly possible unless you like to spend money to make your ATV, UTV or SXS not run. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. read more

I was traveling from Washington state to Connecticut when I noticed that my rear tire needed to be replaced. Joe in the parts department ordered a replacement and said it would be in the following day. Murphys Law strikes again. It was not delivered. Joe found an excellent alternative and had it mounted immediately. I cannot praise Joe or the dealership enough. They have a tremendous inventory and it is well worth looking around. I don't have the greatest credit, and I am a first time buyer, so they tried pulling a fast one on me. They had these ridiculous charges, and then tried to tack on a $1,000 finance fee on a bike that is around $4,500. Talked to this other dealer and they were amazed at what they were trying to pull. If you want you're credit checked and then be told you don't have the proper drivers license then this is the place for you. The credit report stated Monroe Powesports checked my credit , not the credit union that was supposed to. I asked them to have the ding from my credit report removed. I guess they have better things to do. The credit manager was confrontational and said he didn't want to argue about me questioning the trade in value of my bike. Overall I would look elsewhere for a bike these people are only in it for the money. The bike I was looking at was overpriced by 2,000 at least and then my bike was only 2,000 less than the blue book showed. Do you homework. read more

Funny how you go to their FB page and all they have are raving reviews. Pretty suspicious!!! Everyone that I have done business with there has been nothing but rude, especially the girl at the counter! They give you a warranty but won't hold up to on their end. Gave us one free oil change on our quad. When we took it up there, they old us they never offered us that and wanted to charge us $300. we chose to do it ourselves for $50. So ordered a Starter for a CBR600RR was told that I could pay for two day shipping.. awesome! because who doesn't want to be out riding.. I was told the part would be there on Thursday.. so Thursday I call Around 3 they close at 7 was told the truck was unloaded yet so they didn't know if it was on there.. Monroe Motorsports calls says its on tomorrow mornings truck they called to verify! I call Friday morning after 10 I'm still told the truck isn't unloaded yet! I'm not sure who is responsible for these employees doing a job but I'm far from satisfied I was also told by a rude female shipping dates aren't guaranteed! so why are you charging me $25 for 2 day shipping! Then why was I called and told it'd be there today!! I was also told they'd refund my money for the inconvenience...I want the part that's sitting in your back room why is that so hard, I ordered it,I waited, I don't want my money back I want my starter! Bought a 2018 Yamaha VX Waverunner here. Ron Brazee was the salesperson I dealt with and he was top notch. From start to finish he had all the bases covered, and gave me a good check out concerning the operation of the machine. He was polite, never pressured me and it was clear he valued me as a customer and wanted my business. Other shops I have dealt with couldn't have cared less whether I was even there. Ron was extremely accommodating to my whole family when we picked up the machine and even made my kids feel part of the process. Other employees I encountered were friendly and helpful as well. Bought a Moped, they were suppose to get me a License sticker, went back 3 different times,over a Month and a half time, each time they said there had been a mix-up, told me it would be all taken care of,still no sticker, went to the Secretary of States office, which is right across the street, it cost me $2.00, that's right $2.00, but somehow they just couldn't get it done, the Moped is Great, but their customer service is HORRIBLE, they will NEVER see me in their Business ever again, I wouldn't even buy a Sparkplug from them now. read more

I ordered a starter for my girls CBR600RR on Tuesday, was told that my part would be here in 2 days three counting the day I ordered it. Well called yesterday it was supposed to be on delivery truck but nope no call no nothing. Todays the third day truck still not unloaded and no part yet what and who is running this place !! I paid for 2 day shipping was told it would be here I call up there a girl in parts has a smart mouth says that there not promising any shipping days !! First off I paid 2 day shipping and was told it would be here now she's saying otherwise this is B.S. I'm trying to keep my cool but this is ridiculous !! I want my starter not my money my part that was promised in two days !! I will take my business down the rd to Trojan and we come from a big family of riders so that's a lot of lost business !! If you are considering buying from them "Think Twice!" If you are buying from out of state ..Do yourself a favor and Don't! I recently purchased a Motorcycle from Monroe Motorsports and I was not satisfied with the transaction! First they tried to charge me taxes for an out of state purchase. I had to call the Michigan dept of revenue to clear that up! Then they insisted on a documentation fee for an out of state purchase. (not required as per the dept of revenue) I specifically asked for photos of the bike I was considering buying. I didn't get the series of walkaround shots that I requested. Once I got there from out of town I noticed that there was a "Fuel Tank dent" on the bike that was not disclosed!. I specifically asked if there was any visible damage to the bike before I gave a $500.00 "NON-Refundable Deposit" and if I had received the photos I requested I would have be able to see the damage! I did buy the bike however, and I have estimates of roughly $300.00 to repair the dent locally. The Sales Manager was less than helpful and did not offer any response to the damage other than .."You got a good deal on a used bike!" No!!!, I would have gotten a good deal if it wasn't a damaged used bike!! The purchase was as is ...so there was no offer to compensate me for the newly found dent!!!. It is possible that the bike was damaged moving it from the sales floor to the warehouse but I doubt it! I will say that my sales guy was very helpful and extremely apologetic, but had no power to rectify the problem. The Sales Mgr didn't care whatsoever about "customer satisfaction" since he knew he would never ever see me again! As they say...."Buyer Beware!" so Beware if you are an out of state buyer!!!!!!!!!! Update!!!. After this review was posted I got a call from Darren the sales mgr at Monroe Motorsports. He seem genuinely surprised that I gave such a poor review. He said that after the attempts they made to pull the dent out of the gas tank everything was "hunky dory" I told him that after I had flown 800 mi to pick up the bike my choices were few. So I decided not to continue my protest, (since he told me then that he would not offer any other solutions), but place it in the court of public opinion. No offer was made to compensate me for the repair and in the spirit of compromise I even offered that I would consider splitting the cost and a check for $150.00 or half of the repair would satisfy me. He briskly stated that the transaction was completed and no compensation for the damage would be forthcoming! Well this bike was purchased at the motorsports auction in CA and I am very sure that Monroe Motorsports made a "tidy profit" on the sale of this repossessed motorcycle. And with the $450 conditioning fee that Monroe charged me! ...It seems that they are more concerned about themselves and their PROFIT, than the satisfaction of the customer.
