The felt on one table is ripped and it could have been repaired quite a while back. There's a nice VR game there but the headset has a messed up strap. Last time I was there it was broken so only one of the two positions was usable to play. They did some ghetto fix for it but it's really not up to par. I explained that to her, but instead of listening, she started yelling and cussing at us for no reason. She kept saying we couldn't get a refund because "it's the rules," which made the whole situation even more uncomfortable. Thankfully, the bartender stepped in and handled things professionally. She was respectful, actually listened, and ended up giving us a refund. Shortly after that, the employee who had been yelling left the building. Overall, very disorganized and unprofessional. The only positive part of the experience was the bartender who helped resolve the situation.
