When she mentioned her insurance card she used and the lady that she had dealt with we were told that that woman was on maternity leave and didn't know her job fully...so now my girlfriend had no contacts and is walking around blind. We called yesterday and was told you could come in and get her prescription so we can order them online and they said we could do that we came in today and she denied being able to give us any medical records. I then stated that she can't deny giving us that and that if we had known it was not being covered he would've went elsewhere. Were telling us that we had to pay the fee before we could obtain any of the records. Then when I went back 10 minutes later with information about the Hyppa act she gave me as little information as need be the optometrist came out and also gotten a verbal altercation with me and I was not where I wanted to go with that I just went into try and get the contact information so that we can go elsewhere with people that knew what they were doing and with somewhere that would cover the insurance like we asked and like we were told. We will never go back here and we suggest you don't either.

Even with a scheduled appointment, we waited over 45 minutes, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. When we finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed and careless. I did not feel confident in the results at all, and I left worried that my child's prescription might not even be correct. When I immediately asked to cancel the glasses order the same day, I was flatly refused with no clear explanation. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times the same day and again the next day, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. As a parent, being ignored when you are concerned about your child's vision is unacceptable. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I trusted this clinic with my child's eye care and left feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I would never return and strongly warn other parents to look elsewhere.

I had a bit of an issue with the new Retina camera (I have sensory issues) as it emits a very high pitched noise (think camera flash charging, but the sound never stops and it's really loud) and they were sooo gracious and patient with me. Incredibly understanding! They let me husband in with some earplugs for me, and I was good to go! They had no issues with understanding this and letting him bring them in for me. I'm also a contact lens wearer, and have gotten many fittings here, and just ordered my first boxes of contacts from them last year as well, and it was great! I got my first pair of glasses done by them last year, and omg I'm in LOVE with them. As a previous patient of Costco, you couldn't pay me to go back there, or anywhere else (they've messed up my glasses so bad, they're unwearable, so I wasted a lot of money) With Comfort Vision, you get what you pay for, and that a very high quality care of your eyes and eye health! I could clearly tell the difference between the lenses in all but a few circumstances, and those took all of a few seconds to resolve. I typically leave my options open even when I find world-class practitioners, but a 30-year search ended today. I've found my optometrist for life.

The front desk explained the insurance allowance and gave us a quote, but once a frame was chosen, multiple extra fees were suddenly added. The final price was nowhere near the allowance we were originally told. None of these additional costs were explained upfront, and the information given by the front desk was misleading. On top of that, my partner had a scheduled contact lens appointment, which was canceled only one hour before because the clinic suddenly claimed "training" was required--despite him already being a contact lens wearer. This requirement was never mentioned when the appointment was scheduled. Between the hidden fees, last-minute cancellation, and lack of clear communication, this experience was extremely frustrating and a total waste of time. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone expecting transparency or professionalism.

I was late to my appointment, and instead of being offered to reschedule, I was rushed into my appointment. The staff said they were "doing me a favor" by letting me still be seen, but I've never been treated so harshly at this eye clinic. This was after me apologizing for being late and even agreeing to do the additional (and out of pocket) OptoMap photos to speed up the appointment. If my late arrival was such a burden to the schedule, I would've rather just rescheduled.
