This is my go to store i drive about an hour and half here everytime i need something. I drive right past 3 or 4 other grow shops straight here because they are so helpful, well priced, great customer service, never got any expired nutrients. My order of 6 cvault containers arrived fast, but 2 of them leaked bad. I contacted monster gardens about this problem on Thursday 5-26. I stressed that I need these containers for product in about a week, and I was told that he was going to talk with the owner and call me right back. I received no call back. 5-31 I call again and talk with Jade who seemed very helpful. He told me that they would ship me out new containers asap and email a return label for the 2 containers that leak. No label was sent, so again on 6-1 I had to make yet another call, and explain to a third person what the issue is. I was told again that I would receive a call back, and this time I did. However, this representative was rude and told me that they wouldn't be sending me replacements. I'm now unable to order these containers elsewhere in order to get them in time. Had I been informed of this the first time I called I could have and would have ordered them from them or elsewhere and would have received them in time. TERRIBLE communication amongst this companies reps, and between the reps and costumers. Also, the fact that they didn't make it right after dealing with these hassles was very disappointing. Horrible experience on the phone. Called to buy over $450 worth of equipment. When I asked the guy clarify the return policy,(since im spending so much and its all electronic stuff) he referred me to their website saying its pretty clear. When i told him i needed further calcification since I've already read it, he literally said "it seems clear to me". What a jackass. read more

I met Dylen, I explained how I did things inside and wanted to know about outside, he spent a ton of time with me and I ended up spending 30 bucks to try some stuff he was recommending when I know stores that would have loaded me up with crap I didnt need. We LOVE this store!!! We live 2 1/2 hours drive away but it is worth it! My husband and I went there on a Saturday for the first time. We needed to purchase a lot of items to start our grow. We are first time growers and needed a lot of information also. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They are also very supportive! We have emailed, text, and made phone calls since our purchases in February 2019. Jade and Mark are awesome!!! They have given us expert advice and help every time we ask. The prices are extremely reasonable and they never try to 'upsell' you anything you don't need. Our garden is a huge success and we couldn't be happier! Ordered a tent 8 days ago went to pick up last Saturday said it was available but want so paid them to ship it not driving 3 hours again. Monday they call say it's ready to pick up. Wednesday i call guy says it just got there to late to ship out will go out Thursday. Well right there someone is lying they both can't be telling the truth. Have sent 4 emails no answer try to call goes to voice mail says to leave message with phone number will get back to you on Saturday was 4 hours later still no call back. Dont want to drive up there again. Can't till Saturday so 2 weeks to get it 6 hours of driving. All i want is my tent. Knew i should have gone with amazon would have been cheaper and no hassles and would already be using it. read more

This time I didn't add my discount code correctly, and had a bunch of questions about the product and got everything I needed the my discount was refunded and got it quickly. More than two months ago, I made an order at your store. Paid by credit card, and then store employees were asked to pay by bank transfer. You returned the money to my bank card, but not all, of the amount is large, and when converted from euros to dollars I lost 150 euros. You did a 5% discount to compensate for these costs, but it is less than 150 euros. I paid for a new, bank transfer. And when the money arrived it turned out that you run out of ballasts that are necessary for me, I do not understand why you do not put them up for me, because I had already paid them before. After you have sent me a parcel with no ballast, but it never came to me, and as I understand it, again it's your fault. You promised to pay me back, and then sent a handwritten piece of paper without the stamp of the bank that the money allegedly sent on April 9. As a result, more than two months of waiting and spoiled my nerves, I have not got my money back. When I asked where the money is, you said go to your bank and ask for the money, but in my bank do not know where the money is, they do not come to them. I asked you to send a document about wire transfer with the stamp of the bank's , but you no answer. If, within a week after this letter I will not get back all the money spent by me, I'll spend another 2 months or more to fight with you. read more
