Cool place for a small group of friends or family. The price for the child as well as the adult admission (only $1 more) appeared to be reasonable for this creatively haunting experience. The 18 holes of glow in the dark fun-filled blacklight scary comical cartoonish creatures were an interesting sight to see. This was way better than your typical outdoor miniature gold experience with a traditional and/or local theme. The music was fitting for the landscape and is family appropriate. Plus it is a great activity in the summer when the outdoor temperature is over 90 degrees all day long. The ambient temperature was comfortable and most guests seemed to be having fun with some frustrations with their putting skills. You cannot miss the entrance way to this fun place! Customer Service: The customer service is great! All staff working here gave us positive attitudes, joked with us and definitely engaged in with customers. It is unfortunate to see that there was a wait time to actually play putt-putt, however, it was best made up with the arcade games. Quantity/Quality: The quantity of the place could definitely use some more space between the arcade section and the putt-putt area. There were quite a few aracde games to play, however, while there were 2-3 birthday parties here it was quite filled on both ends and you did have to wait to play a game or putt-putt. The quality of the place is in great shape. I did enjoy the black lighting aspect as there were tons of decorations setup in the establishment. The putt-putt course itself was good. There are several wholes that allow you to make it your own, you can move ball stoppers around, and spin wheels that tell you, you have to do a certain trick while playing, etc. For 4 of use in our mid 20s we enjoyed this. We really like Monster Mini Golf! It's really neat when you walk in and your teeth/clothing glow- kids get a real kick out of it. The DJ played excellent music and they had random contests for the kids in which employees would give them huge amounts of tickets for dancing crazy, answering questions correctly, etc. It was very interactive. The prizes are your typical cheap toys though (no biggie). The party rooms are really cool; bordering creepy, but not scary. Not a good place for pre-schoolers. Noisy and chaotic. The venue is pretty cool, but it is too small for the amount of customers and the wait was tagged at 30 minutes but ended up being an hour. Once we started playing, we had a gaggle of uncontrolled kids behind us. We skipped a couple of holes to keep them from waiting, but they were hot on our tail anyways. I absolutely love this place. Something about seeing the neon makes it really exciting. I love how the monster theme is everywhere! It's not a huge location but it's a decent size. Haven't done the mini golf since we went with a toddler but we attended a birthday party and a company party at this location and had a blast both times. My only complaint for the party rooms is they are sort of small and dark. But they're decorated like a haunted house which I thought was pretty awesome! They also have an arcade with fun games, a bit expensive in my opinion but then again I'm used to Chuck E. Cheese prices of one token per game. If you head into a hallway and downstairs they have more arcade games and laser tag! Decent prices for the laser tag but check out Groupon for an even bigger saving! Went here using a groupon at the very end of summer and was pleasantly surprised! A friend had mentioned this place but I didn't take it too seriously, but its kind of genius to have mini golf indoors in a hot city like San Antonio, and combining it with backlight decor makes it even cooler to any little kiddos. I'll be honest though, we both had a ton of fun and we certainly aren't little. Easily a fun place to go on a date or with the while family, and everyone can enjoy the experience! Though course looks small, it's really a great use of space and has more holes than you would expect, and they get progressively harder, allowing for a range of skills. If you haven't had your fill of fun by the time you're done golfing, there is also an arcade with old school classics such as skee ball and air hockey! I'm somewhat surprised that I didn't see a snack at anywhere, it that may simply be due to lack of space. Customer service was surprisingly good, considering all employees appeared to be teenagers. As we left, we were given an additional coupon for BOGO entrance on our next visit! Though normally I can't see too much point in returning to a mini golf course, we had a surprisingly good time. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes (we went Saturday night around 830) but I would much rather wait and be more spread out than everyone bunched up. They time your start so you don't overcrowd other patrons, which is a great idea!. There is so much to look at, its visually stimulating to say the least. My kids and I really enjoyed it here. There was a bit of a wait at each hole but that can happen at any putt putt golf location. The decor was funny/scary.
