My dog gets overwhelmed easily, but the groomer kept talking to him and giving him breaks whenever he noticed him getting anxious. When he brought him back out, I could barely recognize him -- he looked cleaner, softer, and a whole lot less scruffy than before. The "before-after" look really matched what I saw in their photos: tidy, rounded face, trimmed body, and clean paws. The only thing I'd adjust next time is to shape the ears a little more evenly, but that's not a dealbreaker. For a service that comes straight to your driveway and saves you a whole trip -- I'm glad I tried them.

I am not one to complain but the last grooming appointment my dog had did not go well. My dog has…read morehad several appointments and I have had no problems with them , always on time , my dog always looked great. The last visit the groomer finished and my dog looked great but as he walked into my house he was limping. I didnt think anything of it but as the days passed his limp became much worse. My vet said he pulled a muscle in his rear leg. A couple days later my dog was unable to put any weight on his leg at all , so I took him to the Veterinary Hospital in Walnut Creek , he had destroyed is ACL and needed surgery. He had TPLO surgery , over two months of recovery ( very difficult time ) and he is currently going to rehab 2 times a week for at least 3 months. I dont know what took place in their grooming van but I am positive the groomer knew my dog was injured in her care and she said nothing to me. My dog will never walk correctly and vets tell me there is a 80% chance he will need the same surgery on his other rear leg. To be fair he is not a small dog, he is a 4 year old black lab that weighs 120 pounds and I think it would be very difficult for the small female groomers to control , he probably weighs more than they do. I know stuff happens but it would of been nice if I was informed he might of been injured while being groomed.

The "business" itself looks like a dirty apartment where someone is living--there was a motorcycle in the living room, a gaming setup, and cat hair everywhere. It sends a very mixed message when a grooming business is this unhygienic. I waited for two hours, only for the groomer to hand me back a cat that was still damp and hadn't been brushed or trimmed. She didn't do the nails, the sanitary trim, or the undercoat--which was the main reason I came. To make matters worse, she then sent me an invoice claiming my cat was "pretty chill." If she was so "chill," there is absolutely no excuse for why the service wasn't finished. The owner expected me to come back a week later to "finish" the job. I am not going to subject my pet to that level of stress a second time, nor do I have the time to waste on a business that can't provide a calm, professional atmosphere. Save your money and take your pets somewhere that actually prioritizes cleanliness and basic professional standards. She also dumped Dawn dish soap directly onto my cat's back without even checking for fleas first, claiming it was 'just in case.' This stripped my cat's coat and is completely unnecessary for an indoor pet. To top it off, she used a loud blow dryer without protecting my cat's sensitive ears.
