They came on time this time around, which is nice. And service was speedy (around 1.5 hrs, last time it took them 4 hours). However, the guy who groomed my german shepherd this time told me he would DE-SHED, as that what I paid $120 for. It's been less than a week and my dog is already shedding from his back and hind legs. The girl that groomed my dog the first time was very thorough! My dog had a great experience, as you can tell by the photos. My dog is a malamute and requires a lot of deshedding, and yes there was tons of hair removed during the process. My Dog felt like a Rockstar seeing this amazing vehicle pull up just for him! Not only was my dogs grooming exceptional, my dog was so much more happier than going to a box store groomer, I've tried the local small shops (doggie depot ugh) that was my go to place 20 years ago. To some of the larger ones, but I noticed the HUGE difference in my dogs happiness. Just had Lua come to groom our older mastiff. It can be hard to find people to groom large dogs. Ours gets nervous on tables, ramps but he did awesome! Nails are trimmed and not too short so he isn't bleeding... he smells great and wasn't traumatized in the least!! Even got pictures while he was being washed up!
